:00:00. > :00:10.You can see more on all of today's ceasefires and get a first

:00:11. > :00:15.Good evening. Some breaking news tonight. In the past hour, a man

:00:16. > :00:19.from Dolgellau has been airlifted to hospital with what are believed to

:00:20. > :00:23.be serious leg injuries. It follows reports that explosives have been

:00:24. > :00:26.detonated. The police, North Wales Fire and Rescue and ambulance

:00:27. > :00:30.services are working at the scene, believed to be a private house in

:00:31. > :00:34.the town. We'll bring you more on that story when we have it.

:00:35. > :00:37.In other news, Wales could receive more money from the Treasury under a

:00:38. > :00:39.Labour UK government, according to the Shadow Scottish Secretary.

:00:40. > :00:44.Margaret Curran said the formula for funding the devolved nations

:00:45. > :00:48.wouldn't change. But she said Labour would recognise, Wales' "claim to

:00:49. > :00:56.extra resources". Daniel Davies reports.

:00:57. > :01:01.It determines how much Wales has to spend on public services, including

:01:02. > :01:06.schools and hospitals. Known as the Barnett Formula, it has been around

:01:07. > :01:12.since the 1970s, proof according to some but it has stood the test of

:01:13. > :01:14.time. But Labour ministers in Cardiff Bay disagree, saying the

:01:15. > :01:18.system short-changes the Welsh Government, and they want a new one.

:01:19. > :01:23.On the campaign trail, Ed Miliband said a Labour UK government would

:01:24. > :01:27.keep the Barnett formula, which sets the Scottish budget as well. Mr

:01:28. > :01:32.Miliband also said Labour would look at claims Wales loses out. One of

:01:33. > :01:35.his Shadow Cabinet members, campaigning against Scottish

:01:36. > :01:41.independence, said Labour recognises there is as Pacific set of funding

:01:42. > :01:46.issues in Wales. Does that mean more funding for devolved services in

:01:47. > :01:52.Wales? I think that looks the more funding in the future. Ed Miliband

:01:53. > :01:55.has recognised the very specific issue in relation to Wales, not to

:01:56. > :02:04.resolve that at the expense of Scotland as some may claim, to make

:02:05. > :02:07.sure Welsh issues are addressed. The Sunday Herald became the first paper

:02:08. > :02:12.to called for a yes vote in the independence referendum. Funding is

:02:13. > :02:16.a big part of the debate. If Ed Miliband gets to Downing Street, he

:02:17. > :02:19.will not change things for Scotland. The aim is to keep things as they

:02:20. > :02:22.are in Scotland while also satisfying Welsh Labour ministers

:02:23. > :02:24.who want what they called their funding.

:02:25. > :02:27.A 42-year-old man from the Port Talbot area has been arrested in

:02:28. > :02:30.connection with allegations of 'malicious communication' following

:02:31. > :02:33.the death of the teacher Ann Maguire at a school in Leeds. Mrs Maguire

:02:34. > :02:37.died after suffering multiple stab wounds on Monday. A 15-year-old boy

:02:38. > :02:41.has been charged with her murder. The Chair of Governors at a school

:02:42. > :02:44.in the Ebbw Valley at the centre of an alleged murder plot says he's

:02:45. > :02:47.proud of the way staff reacted when concerns were first raised. Police

:02:48. > :02:52.were called to Cwmcarn High school on Thursday to investigate the

:02:53. > :02:55.behaviour of two pupils. Maths teacher Alison Cray, who's

:02:56. > :03:02.understood to have been the intended target, has also praised the school.

:03:03. > :03:05.The Cardiff City Supporters Trust is asking club owner Vincent Tan to

:03:06. > :03:08.switch the team's colours back from red to blue to help restore what it

:03:09. > :03:12.calls the 'severely damaged relationship' between the club and

:03:13. > :03:21.fans. Cardiff were relegated from the Premier League yesterday after

:03:22. > :03:25.only one season in the top flight. One way of saying the supporters, we

:03:26. > :03:28.value you, would be for a Vincent Tan and the club to say we're

:03:29. > :03:32.changing the blue as soon as possible. That is what the vast

:03:33. > :03:34.majority of supporters want, one way of making up for a really

:03:35. > :03:38.disappointing season. Rugby and Pontypridd have won the

:03:39. > :03:41.Swalec Cup for the third time in four years. This afternoon they beat

:03:42. > :03:44.Cross Keys 21-8 at the Millennium Stadium. Centre Gavin Dacey scored

:03:45. > :03:48.the second of their two tries. Ponty are still on course to complete the

:03:49. > :03:50.League and Cup double for the second season in a row.

:03:51. > :03:53.Cricket and Glamorgan's bowlers enjoyed a good day as they started

:03:54. > :03:57.their Championship match against Worcestershire. They reduced the

:03:58. > :04:03.visitors to 232-9 at the close. Graham Wagg and Dean Cosker have

:04:04. > :04:04.four wickets each. The Bank Holiday weather forecast

:04:05. > :04:09.now with Sue Charles. The Bank Holiday weather forecast

:04:10. > :04:13.Good evening. It has been a largely dry weekend but the satellite shows

:04:14. > :04:19.most sunshine further south and east. Thicker cloud made it hazy

:04:20. > :04:23.across North and West Wales. After a fine start tomorrow, rain returns

:04:24. > :04:27.later in the day. Tonight stays largely dry and clear, frost free,

:04:28. > :04:32.but it could turn chilly in rural mid Wales. Tomorrow starts trying

:04:33. > :04:36.with sunny spells but cloud will thicken from the West, patchy rain

:04:37. > :04:43.spreading in later. Warm southerly air, highs of 15 Celsius along the

:04:44. > :04:47.north coast tomorrow. Low pressure moving in from the Atlantic then, it

:04:48. > :04:51.will push the hide it has been keeping things settled out towards

:04:52. > :04:55.eastern Europe. Sunshine and showers on Tuesday and more unsettled

:04:56. > :04:57.midweek. Windy with bright spells and some showers.

:04:58. > :05:02.And that's Wales Today. Enjoy the Bank Holiday. Goodnight.
