:02:04. > :02:09.rated as one of the highest in Wales. The council were planting
:02:10. > :02:13.fresh flowers and the effort is appreciated by the people living
:02:14. > :02:23.here. The streets are kept very clean. Whatever I have requested,
:02:24. > :02:26.they have come up trumps. Although some local businesses feel the
:02:27. > :02:31.council is not providing the help they need to succeed. They have
:02:32. > :02:40.another down anything for my business. I have run them numerous
:02:41. > :02:43.times on different things. Eight miles up the road, half the people
:02:44. > :02:56.are happy with the quality of service. It scored an average of
:02:57. > :03:06.just 51%. Do they want an improvement in the bins, roads?
:03:07. > :03:16.Stacey runs a coffee shop. She isn't happy with the quality of her
:03:17. > :03:22.council services. It is never no parking. Customers have to use our
:03:23. > :03:29.back entrance. It's not fair. For regulars, it is a similar feeling.

:03:37. > :03:42.varying views but all I councils face an ongoing financial squeeze.
