:03:38. > :03:43.reason they said that by the time we get there he will be removed from

:03:48. > :03:51.since they prayed at this mosque in Cardiff before moving to others in
:03:52. > :03:57.the city. It is said, their views had hardened over time. The imam at
:03:58. > :04:04.the mosque says he believed all three may be radicalised elsewhere,
:04:05. > :04:07.but in Cardiff. It is not as simple as then watching a video on the
:04:08. > :04:12.Internet. There has to be an indoctrination, a process, people
:04:13. > :04:16.would have to have spoken to them. It is believed the two brothers

:05:13. > :05:16.OK to attack targets in the West, and that is obviously a serious

:05:21. > :05:26.historically, one in nine people eventually come back to the UK arm

:05:35. > :05:37.them brothers, were jailed for almost 40 years for plotting to bomb
:05:38. > :05:41.the London stock exchange. It has been months now since the three

:05:55. > :05:58.vast amount of people live spoken to have expressed shock at these three

:06:15. > :06:20.Cardiff MP Stephen Doughty. Stephen, do you believe that these men were
:06:21. > :06:25.radicalised in Wales, in Cardiff? It is not clear. But it is clear that
:06:26. > :06:29.they have come under significant influences by people who are
:06:30. > :06:32.preaching a twisted and inaccurate form of Islam. That is certainly the
:06:33. > :06:37.view of the community leaders I spoke to a cross Cardiff. This does
:06:38. > :06:44.raise the question, do you believe the Muslim community in Cardiff is
:06:45. > :06:47.doing enough to police its own? From the man I spoke to and the community
:06:48. > :06:54.leaders I spoke to, it is clear that they all condemn these activities.
:06:55. > :06:57.They say they are both un-Islamic and against the principles of

:07:08. > :07:10.that, even with the best imam 's, young people have access to the
:07:11. > :07:16.Internet and other sources of information, so we cannot cover
:07:17. > :07:20.every single base. We need to tackle every angle of this. Is there is
:07:21. > :07:25.implicit criticism in your answer that some of the authorities are
:07:26. > :07:28.fallen down on the job here? The raw questions to be asked about what
:07:29. > :07:32.videos are available on the Internet and, indeed, some of the messages
:07:33. > :07:37.which are getting to these young people. But we all need to redouble
:07:38. > :07:39.our efforts. I'm convinced from speaking to the community leaders
:07:40. > :07:49.that we will continue to do that. Why do you believe that three young
:07:50. > :07:54.men, living in Cardiff, would leave their homes and go to Syria like
:07:55. > :08:00.this? That is the question at all of us are asking. Indeed, there is a
:08:01. > :08:04.lot of shock in the community and among local representatives. We
:08:05. > :08:07.cannot fathom every reason for each one. But what is clear is that
:08:08. > :08:12.people like this are often vulnerable, and are looking for
:08:13. > :08:15.answers on complex topics. Unfortunately, there are those who

:09:27. > :09:45.Last year, 36 people died waiting for an organ donation in Wales. The
