:00:22. > :00:25.There are fears tonight that three men from Cardiff who travelled to

:00:26. > :00:29.Syria to fight with extremist groups may have been radicalised here.

:00:30. > :00:32.The three young men left their homes without telling their families.

:00:33. > :00:43.Two of the three have appeared in a recruitment video, thought to

:00:44. > :00:46.have been posted on the internet by the Islamic militant group, Isis.

:00:47. > :00:50.Reyaad Khan, Nasser Muthana and Aseel Muthana, brought up

:00:51. > :00:56.They are now linked to Isis, one of the most violent Islamist

:00:57. > :01:01.Disowned by Al-Qaeda for its brutality.

:01:02. > :01:07.This footage shows Nasser and Reyaad in an apparent Isis propaganda video

:01:08. > :01:15.In it, they are appealing to Western Muslims to join them

:01:16. > :01:26.20-year-old Nasser Muthana, an aspiring medical student,

:01:27. > :01:35.left Cardiff last November, telling his family he was going to

:01:36. > :01:36.left Cardiff last November, a seminar in either Leicester

:01:37. > :01:41.Reyaad Khan is thought to have left at the same time, telling his family

:01:42. > :01:44.he was going to Birmingham for an Islamic conference. Nasser's

:01:45. > :01:47.17-year-old brother Aseel is also thought to be in Syria. He left home

:01:48. > :01:50.in March this year telling his family he was going to a friend's

:01:51. > :01:56.house to revise for a maths exam. Today, a friend of Reyaad Khan's

:01:57. > :01:59.parents said they were shocked when police told them he had left the

:02:00. > :02:02.country. "Can you trace him down and track him down and find

:02:03. > :02:07.bring him back? I don't want my son to end up in the wrong hands and

:02:08. > :02:09.radicalised." But the police and intelligence service told her that

:02:10. > :02:14.by the time we go there, he will be gone from that part. It will be hard

:02:15. > :02:24.for us to track him down. It is three years since Nasser and Aseel

:02:25. > :02:30.at this mosque in Cardiff before moving to others in the city. It is

:02:31. > :02:33.said their views hardened over time. The imam at the mosque

:02:34. > :02:38.believes that they may have been radicalised elsewhere, but in

:02:39. > :02:44.Cardiff. It's not as simple as watching a video. It has to be an

:02:45. > :02:47.indoctrination, a process. People will have had to speak to them. It

:02:48. > :02:55.is believed Nasser and Aseel also attended this mosque in Cardiff.

:02:56. > :02:57.This evening, the BBC can confirm that this well-known Saudi cleric,

:02:58. > :03:00.who is banned from entering Switzerland, preached here two years

:03:01. > :03:07.ago. It is not known whether any of the three men who travelled to Syria

:03:08. > :03:16.were in his audience. Nasser and Aseel's father, Ahmed who does not

:03:17. > :03:27.want to appear on camera, told the BBC he is a broken man. I have not

:03:28. > :03:33.any sign of him to be a hardliner. He was always soft. He likes films.

:03:34. > :03:35.He likes science-fiction films. Aseel was a little bit active.

:03:36. > :03:43.house, he never stayed in one place for more than 10 or 15 minutes. This

:03:44. > :03:47.not the first time fears have been raised about radicalisation in

:03:48. > :03:53.Cardiff. In February 2012, three men, two of them brothers, were

:03:54. > :03:57.jailed for 40 years for plotting to bomb the London stock exchange. It

:03:58. > :04:10.has been months since the young men left Wales, it is unclear

:04:11. > :04:12.An inquest has been opened and adjourned into the death of

:04:13. > :04:15.a three-year-old girl who died in house fire in Carmarthen last week.

:04:16. > :04:17.Angel Jade Keogh's mother, Alice, has been discharged

:04:18. > :04:19.from hospital and the family has thanked emergency services,

:04:20. > :04:23.as well as friends and neighbours for the support they've been given.

:04:24. > :04:26.The BBC journalist Jeremy Bowen has taken to Twitter to raise concerns

:04:27. > :04:28.about his father's care at the University Hospital of Wales

:04:29. > :04:34.On the social networking site, he said Gareth Bowen, who's 84,

:04:35. > :04:38.was not given any food or water in error while

:04:39. > :04:46.Cardiff and Vale University Health Board says it's investigating.

:04:47. > :05:08.Start talking to your loved ones about what happens after your life.

:05:09. > :05:10.That's the message from the Welsh Government. From December next year,

:05:11. > :05:13.the law will change in Wales. We'll We'll have to opt out of donating

:05:14. > :05:16.our organs, rather than opt in donor card, like we do now. Adverts

:05:17. > :05:20.promoting the change are to start Adverts promoting

:05:21. > :05:21.the change are to start appearing Last year, 36 people died waiting

:05:22. > :05:26.for an organ donation in Wales. People are dying for want

:05:27. > :05:31.of an organ. The law is changing and the Welsh

:05:32. > :05:34.government wants us to start From December next year,

:05:35. > :05:38.it will be presumed we are prepared to give our organs when we die

:05:39. > :05:41.unless we decide to opt out. This is a bill which offers hope and

:05:42. > :05:45.hope to people who have no other. It is a big change

:05:46. > :05:47.and it is one which came with The decision to make it took

:05:48. > :05:51.many hours of passionate debate. Wales is the first of

:05:52. > :05:56.the UK nations to adopt an opt out. They won't change the law

:05:57. > :05:58.and practice until the 1st of December 2015, but we know that

:05:59. > :06:01.when you are making an important You need to do a variety of things

:06:02. > :06:09.in order to ensure that all sorts of people have an equal chance to

:06:10. > :06:14.find out about what is happening. That is why the advertising

:06:15. > :06:17.campaign is so important. The Welsh government argues that

:06:18. > :06:22.under the new law there would be 50 more organ donors a year

:06:23. > :06:25.but many are still not convinced and are concerned about

:06:26. > :06:32.the ethics of presumed consent. I'm absolutely in favour

:06:33. > :06:34.of increasing the number of organ But I think the Welsh government's

:06:35. > :06:41.new law is a bad law. It won't work, it has a danger

:06:42. > :06:44.of damaging the organ donation The views of the family will still

:06:45. > :06:53.play an important part in the decision of whether to take

:06:54. > :06:58.the organs of someone who has died. The advertising campaign comes with

:06:59. > :07:00.a message that the law is changing and we ought to

:07:01. > :07:05.start talking about it. There's just a month to go

:07:06. > :07:07.until the start of the 252 athletes will compete for team

:07:08. > :07:15.Wales in each of the 17 sports. And for defending champion

:07:16. > :07:18.Dai Greene, hopes of a medal this time around hang in the

:07:19. > :07:32.balance after a string of injuries. It depends on how well everybody

:07:33. > :07:35.else is running. I will not be in the best shape I have ever been in,

:07:36. > :07:44.that will I be in good enough shape to win a medal? I do know. Still

:07:45. > :07:49.five weeks to go and a lot can change in that time.

:07:50. > :07:53.Cricket and Glamorgan are building a big score and have a healthy lead

:07:54. > :07:55.of 178 after day 3 of their county Championship match at Bristol.

:07:56. > :07:59.Glamorgan ended the day 569 for 7, Jacques Rudolph out for 139.

:08:00. > :08:08.Scores on the doors weatherwise, Derek's got the forecast.

:08:09. > :08:13.Good evening. Great cricket weather today. Just a few heavy showers in

:08:14. > :08:26.the South this afternoon. In Cardiff, it was the hottest day so

:08:27. > :08:31.far this year. More fine weather to come tomorrow. For tonight, it is

:08:32. > :08:46.dry, a few patches of cloud. A warm and Monday night. --

:08:47. > :08:58.muggy. There will be some spots of rain in northern counties of

:08:59. > :09:02.England, drifting slowly southwards during the day. Otherwise, a lot of

:09:03. > :09:08.places drive. The best of the sunshine in the West Country. 24

:09:09. > :09:15.Celsius in London tomorrow. Cooler and fresher further north. In Wales

:09:16. > :09:20.tomorrow afternoon, a mixture of cloud and sunny spells. Most places

:09:21. > :09:32.drive, but perhaps a shower later on. 22 Celsius. A little bit cooler

:09:33. > :09:36.on the Northwest code. For Wednesday, more dry weather. Perhaps

:09:37. > :09:42.the odd shower breaking out later in the day. On Thursday, signs of a

:09:43. > :09:53.change is low-pressure starts to move in from the Atlantic.

:09:54. > :09:55.We're back in Breakfast from 6 tomorrow morning with

:09:56. > :09:57.the latest news and sport, traffic reports and weather forecasts.

:09:58. > :09:59.That's Wales Today, thank you for watching.

:10:00. > :10:19.From all of us on the programme, good evening.

:10:20. > :10:25.What's up? Oi, oi!

:10:26. > :10:28.Hey, Glastonbury. How you doing?
