:04:55. > :04:58.confirmed that they will stick to their deal or that they have
:04:59. > :05:04.alternative sensible proposals that will mean it can go ahead. It is
:05:05. > :05:11.disappointing that the Secretary of State spent a large part of his
:05:12. > :05:17.speech trying to score points. This is about being in government.
:05:18. > :05:22.Mayfield was that I was here to report on progress that a Welsh
:05:23. > :05:25.Government is making against a lot of obstacles.

:13:55. > :14:04.as an ongoing operation which is crucial. He was to keep this as a
:14:05. > :14:11.dedicated oil refinery with all the jobs and expertise and skills
:14:12. > :14:17.retained on site. The deep natural harbour is one of the main selling
:14:18. > :14:18.points. That is still much more to be done before the deal is
