:00:55. > :01:01.this was the moment Frankie Jones claimed Commonwealth gold. It was

:01:02. > :01:09.her routine with the ribbon that brought the first gold for Wales in

:01:10. > :01:12.Glasgow. She wowed the judges with a performance of skill and agility and

:01:13. > :01:20.grace. There was a nervous wait after an appeal from the Canadians.

:01:21. > :01:29.Then, overwhelming relief and joy. From the first moment holding the

:01:30. > :01:32.flag, the best four days of my life. Watching in the stands, one of the

:01:33. > :01:42.proudest father is in Scotland today. I am speechless. You cannot

:01:43. > :01:48.explain it. Wonderful. I will never experienced anything like it again.

:02:37. > :02:39.no plans for retirement, Welsh gymnastics and not letting her go

:02:40. > :02:44.far. They are recruiting her as a coach to mental future talent.

:02:45. > :02:47.And Frankie's haul of one gold and five silvers means if she was

:02:48. > :02:51.a country she would be eighth on her own in the overall medal table!
