:01:32. > :01:38.the checks to cover his expenses. The jury heard he was given

:01:39. > :01:42.a cheque that was signed and blank. It was claimed he gave that cheque

:01:43. > :01:47.a value of ?2,500 and used it to reduce his credit card bill.

:01:48. > :01:54.The court was then told Naz Malik took a second cheque

:01:55. > :01:57.while he was away one day and used it to pay ?9,340

:01:58. > :02:01.into his personal bank account. At the time, in August 2010,

:02:02. > :02:09.the amount outstanding on his credit card was also ?9,340.

:02:10. > :02:17.The third allegation relates to a life assurance policy taken out

:02:18. > :02:19.on behalf of his wife. The prosecution says

:02:20. > :02:26.the policy was paid for dishonestly through his bank account,

:02:27. > :02:31.with monthly direct debit payments of nearly ?90 being made from early

:02:32. > :02:35.2008 to early 2012, adding up to a total of more than ?3,500.

:02:36. > :02:40.Naz Malik denies all three counts of fraud and the trial continues.

:02:41. > :02:44.Unemployment is continuing to fall in Wales.

:04:43. > :04:44.Ched Evans back, but this petition has been signed by more than 60,000

:04:45. > :04:48.people, not all of them fans. Some say they want to see a strong
