:01:11. > :01:17.Unveiled by the Welsh First Minister, Carwyn Jones,

:01:18. > :01:21.and his Flemish counterpart, it looks out now across ground

:01:22. > :01:24.which was once a battlefield where the Welsh fought and died.

:01:25. > :01:27.The new Welsh memorial is the product of four years of fundraising

:01:28. > :01:42.But looking at this now, I'm just flabbergasted that we've

:01:43. > :01:48.Everybody else thinks it's magnificent.

:01:49. > :01:55.This memorial is for everybody who contributed at that time.

:01:56. > :02:00.It's our national war memorial in this part of the world.

:02:01. > :02:02.Many of the more than 1,000 who attended the unveiling were

:02:03. > :02:08.The memorial is the first for Wales in Flanders and commemorates all

:02:09. > :02:11.those men and women who took part in the First World War.
