:05:57. > :06:01.is good for this business. But ironically, it isn't delivering
:06:02. > :06:05.many orders from the Celtic Manor. Although other hotels they
:06:06. > :06:08.supply are busier than normal. In the heart of the capital,
:06:09. > :06:12.the security barricades are up around the castle to protect world
:06:13. > :06:17.leaders inside, but, some say, damaging businesses outside.
:06:18. > :06:23.For 35 years, tourists crossed the road
:06:24. > :06:26.from the castle to buy gifts here. Certainly with ourselves, it would
:06:27. > :06:31.probably be a good three weeks with a turnover down something like 30%.
:06:32. > :06:35.The message from small independent shops in the
:06:36. > :06:38.heart of Cardiff is that the Summit is already denting their business.
:06:39. > :06:40.But in the long term, the hope is that the delegations
:06:41. > :06:44.and the world leaders will return to their nations with the idea that
:06:45. > :06:47.Wales is a good place to invest in, a good place to do business.
:06:48. > :06:53.And in those terms, it will be good for all of us.
:06:54. > :06:56.One of Wales' top chefs is playing an active part in promoting Wales
:06:57. > :06:59.and its products. Steven Terry has won Michelin stars
:07:00. > :07:04.and many other awards for his cooking in Wales and London.
:07:05. > :07:07.He and his team at the Hardwick outside Abergavenny have now been
:07:08. > :07:11.chosen to cook for the three most select banquets of the Summit.

:07:27. > :07:30.They will all benefit from that. The Summit is a good opportunity to
:07:31. > :07:33.freshen up the way other parts of the world think of Wales,
:07:34. > :07:36.how the nation is branded. It will take many more months
:07:37. > :07:40.before we know whether the Summit has improved that.
