:00:00. > :00:00.spells and it will get warmer -- sunny spells. A story with a happy

:00:00. > :00:08.ending. Tonight a major search

:00:09. > :00:11.off the coast of Anglesey after a 12-year-old-boy is swept out

:00:12. > :00:19.to sea in rough conditions. The sea conditions are horrendous

:00:20. > :00:22.out there and the visibility has really dropped. With the rain, the

:00:23. > :00:25.helicopters are struggling. Dozens of emergency personnel are

:00:26. > :00:28.involved in the operation here, which will continue until darkness

:00:29. > :00:42.falls. Protestors begin to set up camp in

:00:43. > :00:47.Newport ahead of the Nato summit. Thousands

:00:48. > :00:50.of campaigners are expected. Charity boss Naz Malik is cleared

:00:51. > :00:52.of two counts of fraud. The CPS will decide whether to seek

:00:53. > :01:03.a retrial over a third charge. "Tortuous and at times

:01:04. > :01:07.uncomfortable". The Welsh regions break their

:01:08. > :01:10.silence 24 hours after signing a new And meet Maisie, the ballerina from

:01:11. > :01:15.Barry, ready to leave home after winning a place at the prestigious

:01:16. > :01:28.Royal Ballet School in London. Good evening. A major search is

:01:29. > :01:30.underway this evening after a 12-year-old boy was swept out to

:01:31. > :01:33.sea off the coast of Anglesey. Emergency crews were called to

:01:34. > :01:35.Aberffraw beach this afternoon following reports that

:01:36. > :01:37.a family group had got Conditions

:01:38. > :01:49.on the water today were described as horrendous by the coastguard

:01:50. > :01:51.as helicopters and lifeboat crews They'll keep looking for any sign

:01:52. > :01:57.of the missing boy Strong winds whipped the sea

:01:58. > :02:03.off Aberffraw into a frenzy. The Porthdinllaen lifeboat rising

:02:04. > :02:06.and falling on large waves as it It's thought he was with his family

:02:07. > :02:13.visiting from the north of England. He and a younger boy were paddling

:02:14. > :02:25.near rocks when they got We had a call that there was a

:02:26. > :02:29.person in the water. He was with another child in the water, they

:02:30. > :02:34.were paddling and the waves came in and they were swept out. The father

:02:35. > :02:39.managed to get one of the children out of the water and grandfather

:02:40. > :02:42.went into rescue the other lad but a wave swept over. He lost grip of the

:02:43. > :02:49.grip of the missing child.

:02:50. > :02:50.The search involved police, coastguard lifeboat crews,

:02:51. > :02:53.the RAF search And rescue helicopter from nearby valley as well

:02:54. > :02:57.Onlookers say the conditions made the search all the more challenging.

:02:58. > :03:07.Very big seas. It is surprising how rough it is today. We have got to

:03:08. > :03:13.Mac lifeboat out there today. -- two lifeboats. We have got a police

:03:14. > :03:17.helicopter and there are coastguards and police dotted around the beach

:03:18. > :03:21.and headline. There are enough people around today. Lots of

:03:22. > :03:26.children, some even in swimming costumes.

:03:27. > :03:29.The boy's family were taken to a nearby ambulance station to be

:03:30. > :03:31.treated for injuries they sustained during their rescue attempts.

:03:32. > :03:34.Police officers are helping to support them while they wait

:03:35. > :03:36.This is a popular beach for tourists and local people

:03:37. > :03:39.but many here today have been shocked at the sudden deterioration

:03:40. > :03:43.in the weather and the tragic turn of events it brought about.

:03:44. > :03:49.Conditions have brightened considerably over the past hour but

:03:50. > :03:52.it is still quite windy. We are as far as the vehicles can go because

:03:53. > :03:58.the main beach is about ten minutes walk down the estuary. This family,

:03:59. > :04:02.who we understand are from Huddersfield, will be anxiously

:04:03. > :04:05.waiting for any news as a result of the search operation.

:04:06. > :04:07.Campaigners have started arriving at a make shift camp-site in

:04:08. > :04:11.Thousands of protestors are expected over the next week.

:04:12. > :04:14.It comes as police step up their preparations in the city,

:04:15. > :04:16.with almost 10,000 officers part of the security operation.

:04:17. > :04:32.The first of what may well to thousands. Protesters setting up

:04:33. > :04:36.camp in Newport ahead of next Thursday and Friday's NATO summit.

:04:37. > :04:41.The banner outside acting as an unofficial welcome sign for the top

:04:42. > :04:46.inside work is underway on the temporary kitchens and the toilets

:04:47. > :04:50.have been delivered. There is an estimated between seven million and

:04:51. > :04:55.10 million people around the world who have made homeless by NATO

:04:56. > :05:00.actions and that is what is creating tensions in the world and why there

:05:01. > :05:06.is more conflict. It is an insult that it comes to Wales, given our

:05:07. > :05:11.history of working for peace. The message that we are hoping to

:05:12. > :05:18.send out is, please, everybody, stop and think what has happened to NATO.

:05:19. > :05:22.Stop and think of the reckless decisions our leaders are making

:05:23. > :05:28.when they born and pollute and destroy other parts of the world. On

:05:29. > :05:34.the other side of town, preparations are also being made. Lee scored and

:05:35. > :05:37.are being delivered to the Rodney Parade Stadium, where officers will

:05:38. > :05:45.be based. Heavy-duty hardware designed to block roads, paid for by

:05:46. > :05:53.the UK Government. Overall, 9500 police officers will arrive from 43

:05:54. > :05:56.forces, including those that protect the UK's nuclear sites. 1500

:05:57. > :06:02.officers will come from South Wales. They will be rejecting 150 world

:06:03. > :06:12.leaders and ministers, including the American president. Today, following

:06:13. > :06:17.developments in Iraq and Syria, the UK's terror threat level was

:06:18. > :06:22.increased to severe, which means it is highly likely an attack could

:06:23. > :06:26.happen. But despite all this, it is business as usual in Newport city

:06:27. > :06:32.centre, with only the suggestion something big is around the corner.

:06:33. > :06:37.Jonathan owns a bar in the city and lives near one of the proposed

:06:38. > :06:41.routes. If anything were to happen, it is

:06:42. > :06:45.possible we would stay at the premises overnight instead of going

:06:46. > :06:53.home. This family are also making plans.

:06:54. > :06:57.My children's scores are closed so I can't go into work because I can't

:06:58. > :07:03.afford childcare so that will be the major disruption.

:07:04. > :07:07.We were going to do stuff like laser tag but we couldn't. We couldn't go

:07:08. > :07:13.because NATO is on. Cardiff has borne the brunt so far of the

:07:14. > :07:20.disruption. This security fence cuisines various congestion around

:07:21. > :07:22.the city centre. The Celtic Manor Hotel at the heart of the summit is

:07:23. > :07:30.also starting to resemble a fortress. While there are few

:07:31. > :07:33.visible signs in the city centre that NATO is coming to Newport,

:07:34. > :07:39.there is a definite feeling that something big is an the horizon.

:07:40. > :07:44.Just how big and how it affects people here, we will know in the

:07:45. > :07:48.next few days. For now, the streets are police and protest free but

:07:49. > :07:51.there are signs that may be about to change.

:07:52. > :07:53.A man has died in hospital four days after

:07:54. > :07:55.allegedly being assaulted outside a pub in Caerphilly town centre.

:07:56. > :07:57.26-year-old Jake Sweeney who lived in the area,

:07:58. > :08:03.A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

:08:04. > :08:06.A woman from Bargoed, who's volunteering at an orphanage

:08:07. > :08:09.in Morroco has said she was attacked by a man with a machete.

:08:10. > :08:14.Naomie Greenslade was with friends in Marrakech when she was attacked.

:08:15. > :08:19.Police have arrested a local man on suspicion of attempted murder.

:08:20. > :08:22.The next phase of a major overhaul of public transport in south east

:08:23. > :08:26.The Cardiff Capital Region Metro project wants passengers to be able

:08:27. > :08:29.buy a single ticket and go anywhere on the network.

:08:30. > :08:32.The scheme aims to improve access to the capital from areas like Merthyr,

:08:33. > :08:39.Rhymney, Gwent, Rhondda and the Neath valleys.

:08:40. > :08:42.The former Chief Executive of a race equality charity has been found not

:08:43. > :08:47.guilty on two charges of defrauding the now defunct organisation.

:08:48. > :08:49.65-year-old Naz Malik headed the All Wales Ethnic Minority Association or

:08:50. > :08:55.The jury failed to reach a verdict on a third charge.

:08:56. > :09:05.Naz Malik made no comment as he left court moments

:09:06. > :09:13.after thanking the jurors who found him not guilty on two counts for

:09:14. > :09:16.The All Wales Ethnic Minority Association was set up

:09:17. > :09:22.in 2000 to promote equality across an increasingly diverse country.

:09:23. > :09:24.Awema received public funding from the Welsh Government,

:09:25. > :09:31.from the European Union and from the Big Lottery Fund.

:09:32. > :09:38.Mr Malik, seen her celebrating after the 1997 devolution referendum,

:09:39. > :09:41.was accused of fraudulently using a chunk of the charity's money to

:09:42. > :09:44.reduce his personal debts by nearly 12 thousand pounds.

:09:45. > :09:47.This building in Swansea is where Awema was based from 2008.

:09:48. > :09:49.The court heard that blank cheques, pre-signed

:09:50. > :09:55.by the charity's treasurer Stephen Matthews, were kept in

:09:56. > :10:00.a drawer belonging to the finance director to be used in emergencies.

:10:01. > :10:04.In March 2010 Naz Malik obtained one of those cheques, written

:10:05. > :10:07.in the sum of ?2,500, and put it towards his credit card bill.

:10:08. > :10:13.He always maintained the money was to cover expenses he'd

:10:14. > :10:16.incurred over the previous months and that he'd given all his bills

:10:17. > :10:19.and receipts to the finance director, Saquib Zia, who had then

:10:20. > :10:26.After eight hours of deliberation at the jury rejected the prosecution

:10:27. > :10:35.The third count related to a life assurance policy Mr Malik took out

:10:36. > :10:38.on behalf of his wife Bronwen and which cost the charity more than

:10:39. > :10:47.Mr Malik told the jury he was entitled to implement the policy

:10:48. > :10:51.as part of his Awema pension scheme and he'd taken a salary sacrifice

:10:52. > :10:58.The jury failed to reach a verdict on count two, which

:10:59. > :11:04.alleged Mr Malik used a second cheque with a value of ?9,340.36 to

:11:05. > :11:11.The Crown Prosecution Service said it review its position

:11:12. > :11:14.The Crown Prosecution Service said it will review its position

:11:15. > :11:21.before deciding whether or not to seek a retrial.

:11:22. > :11:23.Our political Editor Nick Servini joins me now.

:11:24. > :11:35.This could be the final chapter in the long-running story of Awema

:11:36. > :11:39.which has been a significant one for a number of reasons, but primarily

:11:40. > :11:42.because this wasn't just one of the ethnic minority charities operating

:11:43. > :11:47.The Welsh Government wanted to have a single organisation that it could

:11:48. > :11:52.Over the course of a decade, more than ?7 million went through

:11:53. > :11:57.And the man who has been running it during that time was

:11:58. > :12:00.the chief executive Naz Malik, who has now been cleared of two of

:12:01. > :12:04.However, questions remain about the financial accountability of Awema,

:12:05. > :12:13.and these were outlined in a series of reports which ultimately led to

:12:14. > :12:15.the funding being withdrawn by the Welsh Government and the charity

:12:16. > :12:23.Now all of this has come to an end with the decision at

:12:24. > :12:26.Swansea Crown court to clear Naz Malik of fraud while he ran Awema.

:12:27. > :12:31.The legacy of what happened at Awema will be felt strongly

:12:32. > :12:34.among the existing charities representing black

:12:35. > :12:48.This is what the leader of one charity told me.

:12:49. > :12:52.Still there will be people out there who will continue to think

:12:53. > :12:55.of Awema, they will not think of the fact that the chief

:12:56. > :12:59.executive has been acquitted of these serious allegations.

:13:00. > :13:01.They will continue to think of Awema

:13:02. > :13:07.so it's going to be a few years before we can actually eradicate

:13:08. > :13:23.that stereotype and that philosophy from the minds of people.

:13:24. > :13:25.The Welsh Government gives out around ?300m a year to charities,

:13:26. > :13:28.and there have been big changes to tighten up the rules.

:13:29. > :13:30.The Welsh Government says those changes were being introduced anyway

:13:31. > :13:33.but there is a strong feeling in charitable sector that Awema gave

:13:34. > :13:42.The Welsh regions break their silence

:13:43. > :13:47.after signing a new agreement with the Welsh rugby union.

:13:48. > :13:49.And the ballerina from Barry, 11-year-old Maisie, preparing to

:13:50. > :14:00.live and train at the prestigious Royal Ballet School in London.

:14:01. > :14:03.It's been claimed that plans for a wind turbine at a Gwynedd village

:14:04. > :14:07.have divided the community and led to some families refusing to send

:14:08. > :14:13.Some parents in Llanaelhaearn near Pwllheli say they've been

:14:14. > :14:15.ostracised for opposing the scheme, which developers argue will

:14:16. > :14:26.generate hundreds of thousands of pounds for the area.

:14:27. > :14:30.This is a village of two sides, those who support plans for a 67

:14:31. > :14:35.metre wind turbine on a neighbouring hillside and those who don't.

:14:36. > :14:37.The planning application which will go before Gwynedd council on Monday

:14:38. > :14:40.is being recommended for refusal but a handful of parents like

:14:41. > :14:43.Ann Ireland say their opposition has led to them being ostracised

:14:44. > :14:52.Along with four others her son will be moving to a new school

:14:53. > :15:10.I just felt it was so unfair if he was going to be ostracised for our

:15:11. > :15:15.feelings. We went to a couple of meetings and we were told we would

:15:16. > :15:17.be cut off. At the 11th hour, I withdrew him and we have gone to a

:15:18. > :15:20.neighbouring school. Supporters of the scheme say it will

:15:21. > :15:23.bring in ?150,000 every year for the next 20 years to the village

:15:24. > :15:32.which is in one of Wales' poorest It is full from the bottom in terms

:15:33. > :15:37.of fuel poverty and if we can inject some implement into the area and

:15:38. > :15:41.direct financial support for the houses that suffer from fuel

:15:42. > :15:41.poverty, it will be of benefit to everybody.

:15:42. > :15:45.But opponents say they've seen no evidence to prove that the money

:15:46. > :15:48.will be of benefit to all and feel that allowing this one turbine could

:15:49. > :15:59.We have seen what happened in Powys and the Denbigh Moors and we don't

:16:00. > :16:07.think it is appropriate. It will be a 280 foot white monster. And the

:16:08. > :16:09.tip of the iceberg in terms of applications.

:16:10. > :16:12.The Welsh Government is considering requests to call in the application.

:16:13. > :16:14.However, this afternoon Gwynedd council received a request from

:16:15. > :16:17.the firm to defer the application which they say they'll consider

:16:18. > :16:21.The council has also written to those who've sent observations

:16:22. > :16:23.on the proposal to confirm the comments were their own,

:16:24. > :16:27.after it emerged that one letter contained a forged signature.

:16:28. > :16:29.With the new rugby deal signed off the Welsh regions have spoken

:16:30. > :16:39.Regional rugby bosses have this afternoon issued a heartfelt apology

:16:40. > :16:45.to fans for the anxiety caused by the on-going dispute in Welsh rugby.

:16:46. > :16:48.Talking publicly for the first time since they signed a new deal with

:16:49. > :16:51.the Welsh Rugby Union they acknowledge the two year process had

:16:52. > :16:54.been tortuous at times, but were now comfortable with the way ahead.

:16:55. > :17:07.For more than 18 months, these men have been locked in a protracted

:17:08. > :17:12.battle for the soul of the game in Wales. When yesterday's historic

:17:13. > :17:17.peace deal was announced, they were conspicuous by their absence. Today

:17:18. > :17:21.they have broken their silence. It has been very difficult at times and

:17:22. > :17:27.it has been very tough and uncomfortable at times. The

:17:28. > :17:32.important thing is that none of us can change history. We do now have a

:17:33. > :17:40.platform that is a good platform to work from the bed so -- for both

:17:41. > :17:44.sides and it gives us an opportunity to move forward.

:17:45. > :17:48.Dual contracts for other stars like Sam Warburton and Alun Wyn Jones are

:17:49. > :17:52.at the heart of this agreement. These, along with a strengthening of

:17:53. > :17:59.Gatland's law, encouraging players to stay in Wales, are part of a plan

:18:00. > :18:04.to keep hold of our top players. When I took over the Cardiff blues,

:18:05. > :18:08.I think all I have been doing is this negotiation with the Welsh

:18:09. > :18:14.Rugby Union. I'm looking forward to entering a new era where we have got

:18:15. > :18:19.a six-year agreement on the table and we can focus on the important

:18:20. > :18:25.things like having a successful team on the field and being sustainable.

:18:26. > :18:29.Throughout this row, it has been the supporters who have arguably

:18:30. > :18:34.suffered the most, not knowing if they will have a teams to support.

:18:35. > :18:37.With a new season a week away, fancier in Llanelli are glad the

:18:38. > :18:43.bickering is over. It is about time we put this behind

:18:44. > :18:47.them. Can't wait for the new season to start. The money should have been

:18:48. > :18:52.released earlier. Hopefully we can now move forward.

:18:53. > :18:56.I think it is damaging for players, fans, everybody. People can't

:18:57. > :19:05.understand what is going on because they don't know. It beggars belief.

:19:06. > :19:10.I am just glad it is finally over and we can concentrate on the rugby.

:19:11. > :19:15.As a fan, you don't really want to see it.

:19:16. > :19:19.With the Pro12 about to start in earnest, Welsh rugby has received a

:19:20. > :19:22.much-needed boost but to reach this point, relations between the WRU and

:19:23. > :19:29.the regions reached uncharted depths. The balloons are beginning

:19:30. > :19:32.to heal but it is vital no fresh ones are open.

:19:33. > :19:35.Well, time to start talking about matters on the pitch with

:19:36. > :19:38.There are two pre-season friendlies tonight.

:19:39. > :19:41.Both Sam Warburton and Adam Jones have been named in the Blues side to

:19:42. > :19:44.Dragons number eight, Talupae Faletau, will get his first

:19:45. > :19:47.taste of pre-season action, as his side take on Northampton, and a

:19:48. > :19:52.The Scarlets welcome Gloucester tomorrow.

:19:53. > :19:55.Football Swansea City are hoping to continue their great start to

:19:56. > :19:57.the season tomorrow, they welcome West Brom to the Liberty Stadium.

:19:58. > :19:59.The Swans have won their opening two Premier League

:20:00. > :20:02.matches, and Manager, Garry Monk, says he wants to make more signings

:20:03. > :20:06.to the squad, before the transfer window closes on Monday.

:20:07. > :20:11.In the Championship Cardiff City travel to Fulham tomorrow afternoon.

:20:12. > :20:13.Manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, says he's hopeful of bringing

:20:14. > :20:21.An 11-year-old girl from Barry in the Vale

:20:22. > :20:24.of Glamorgan has been spending the summer holidays preparing

:20:25. > :20:27.for what could be the start of a glittering career on the stage.

:20:28. > :20:30.As her friends get ready to start comprehensive school, Maisie French

:20:31. > :20:32.is getting ready to start at the Royal Ballet School in London.

:20:33. > :20:51.Like many 11-year-old girls, Maisie loves to dance. What makes the

:20:52. > :20:59.difference is that is about to become a way of life for her. It is

:21:00. > :21:05.just expressing everything, kind of. Maisie started dancing at two and a

:21:06. > :21:09.half because she couldn't keep still. Her talent and ability were

:21:10. > :21:15.soon spotted and September, her young life will change forever. The

:21:16. > :21:21.Barry schoolgirl will start at the prestigious Royal Ballet School in

:21:22. > :21:25.London. Maisie won one of just 12 places, and although her mum will

:21:26. > :21:31.miss her terribly, she couldn't be prouder. I try not to think about it

:21:32. > :21:35.but she is in the best place ever and will be very looked after. The

:21:36. > :21:41.Royal Ballet School was featured in the film Billy Elliot. Darcy bustle

:21:42. > :21:48.is a former pupil. The school has a thriving programme, informing dance

:21:49. > :21:54.teachers of talent. Maisie has been an their radar for a couple of years

:21:55. > :21:59.and last year she set out on the audition process. I went into the

:22:00. > :22:06.audition and everyone was there. It was amazing. There were all the

:22:07. > :22:13.older girls there and they said, smile and enjoy it. Stretching,

:22:14. > :22:18.stretching, stretching. Maisie attends dance class most evenings

:22:19. > :22:22.and has been under the watchful eye of her teacher from the start. She

:22:23. > :22:28.was the one who put the application form in her bag. I am extremely

:22:29. > :22:34.proud for her and for me, it is a dream come true. She has a passion

:22:35. > :22:38.and a commitment to it and she is one of those children who likes to

:22:39. > :22:44.perfect so I will be waiting for her to come back so I can see how happy

:22:45. > :22:47.she is. She is in the right place. And her mother is preparing for an

:22:48. > :22:53.emotional farewell when September comes. It has been an exciting

:22:54. > :22:58.journey and Maisie has already made remarks as top When we went to buy

:22:59. > :23:05.her uniform, she said his mother are you? She said Maisie French. She

:23:06. > :23:11.said, I will remember that because of Margot Fonteyn. My husband said,

:23:12. > :23:16.Michael Flatley! Nobody laughed. It was deadpan. I thought, there you

:23:17. > :23:22.go, she will be remembered now. Remember the name. Maisie French,

:23:23. > :23:24.the little ballerina from Barry, about to make a lead into the

:23:25. > :23:26.limelight. And Maisie leaves home and starts

:23:27. > :23:37.at the Royal Ballet School So talented and so perfectly

:23:38. > :23:43.prepared in everything she does. Her mum says they were waiting for the

:23:44. > :23:48.letter to say whether they had made it or not and her mother waited

:23:49. > :23:50.outside the Post Office waiting for it and then ran to the school to

:23:51. > :23:52.give Maisie the good news. Now the weekend weather and Derek,

:23:53. > :23:56.there's an improvement on the way? Felt more like autumn again

:23:57. > :24:02.today but I can promise some One or two showers

:24:03. > :24:11.but some sunshine as well. Sunday the best day

:24:12. > :24:19.of the weekend with lighter winds. This evening blustery with

:24:20. > :24:21.some more rain and drizzle. Turning drier and clearer overnight

:24:22. > :24:24.with a few spots of rain The wind easing but remaining

:24:25. > :24:33.breezy on the coast with lowest Tomorrow's chart shows low

:24:34. > :24:37.pressure over the North Sea. High pressure over the Bay

:24:38. > :24:39.of Biscay. So here's the picture for eight

:24:40. > :24:47.in the morning. Some sunshine in Monmouthshire

:24:48. > :24:50.but not dry everywhere. Southern Gwynedd, parts of Powys

:24:51. > :24:54.and Ceredigion could be a bit damp. One or two showers but some dry,

:24:55. > :25:01.bright weather as well. Breezy but not as windy

:25:02. > :25:09.as today with top temperatures Sunday's chart shows a deep low,

:25:10. > :25:21.the remains of hurricane Cristobal Fronts over Ireland with

:25:22. > :25:23.high pressure over Biscay. The wind lighter as well

:25:24. > :25:27.so feeling warmer. The Barry Wartime Weekend is

:25:28. > :25:39.taking place this weekend. If you're going along,

:25:40. > :25:53.Sunday will be the best day. While the Rhyl Air Show is

:25:54. > :25:56.on this weekend along with the BBC Most of the weekend dry

:25:57. > :26:12.in Rhyl with light winds on Sunday. So the weather this month hasn't

:26:13. > :26:14.been great, cooler and wetter than average, but summer

:26:15. > :26:18.is going to bounce back next week. The temperature on Sunday should

:26:19. > :26:21.reach about 18 or 19C but next week temperatures are going to rise

:26:22. > :26:27.into the low to mid twenties. High pressure bringing

:26:28. > :26:46.a more settled and warmer spell It may feel like autumn at the

:26:47. > :26:51.moment that summer is set to return. A major search is underway this

:26:52. > :26:55.evening after a 12-year-old boy was swept out to sea off the coast of

:26:56. > :26:58.Anglesey. Crews were called to the beach after reports that a family

:26:59. > :27:03.had got into difficulties close to the rocks. Conditions are making the

:27:04. > :27:07.search difficult. The sea conditions are horrendous

:27:08. > :27:11.and there and the visibility has really dropped. With the brain, the

:27:12. > :27:16.helicopters are struggling to do the search. There will be a point where

:27:17. > :27:20.we can't see and we will have to consider our search parties.

:27:21. > :27:25.And campaigners have started arriving at a makeshift campsite in

:27:26. > :27:29.Newport ahead of the NATO summit. Thousands of protesters are expected

:27:30. > :27:34.over the next week as police step up operations in the city was almost
