:00:32. > :00:36.He fell 50 feet into the River Taff, breaking his spine in four places.

:00:37. > :00:39.His mother believes he was bullied because of his disability.

:00:40. > :00:46.Described by his mother as a boy with a positive attitude,

:00:47. > :00:49.18-year-old Joshua Davies is now facing months of intensive treatment

:00:50. > :00:53.after the accident which almost cost him his life.

:00:54. > :00:56.Joshua was crossing this bridge in Pontypridd when he said

:00:57. > :01:07.He climbed on the outside of the railings to escape, claiming

:01:08. > :01:13.He broke his back in four places, both his ankles and his wrist.

:01:14. > :01:16.Today, his stepfather and mother were back at the scene.

:01:17. > :01:18.They say he was bullied because he has Asperger's syndrome,

:01:19. > :01:33.He's a young boy, he doesn't deserve what he's been left with.

:01:34. > :01:37.I just wish I could take it away from him.

:01:38. > :01:40.I know that Joshua has been bullied and I know that other

:01:41. > :01:44.As much as Joshua pretends everything is OK, if you're

:01:45. > :01:53.It has had a huge impact on the family.

:01:54. > :01:59.His older brothers and his sister, they are all very upset.

:02:00. > :02:02.On the day they saw Joshua in hospital,

:02:03. > :02:06.The charity which supports people with autism

:02:07. > :02:17.A huge amount of people are affected by this particular issue.

:02:18. > :02:26.This survey we did with families, we found that, particularly in relation

:02:27. > :02:29.to Asperger's syndrome, about 90% of parents reported that there has

:02:30. > :02:32.Police say they have investigated three allegations of assault against

:02:33. > :02:36.They say there is no obvious link with this latest incident.

:02:37. > :02:39.Three boys have been arrested and released on police bail.

:02:40. > :02:42.Delegates have started arriving, the navy has docked,

:02:43. > :02:49.There are warnings of traffic disruption, roads between the Celtic

:02:50. > :02:52.Manor resort in Newport and Cardiff are the most likely to be affected.

:02:53. > :02:53.Tonight, there've already been arrests

:04:12. > :04:14.Albania and Croatia are the newest members with more nations

:04:15. > :04:21.Around 60 heads of state and government leaders are expected

:04:22. > :04:29.Behind the ring of steel, they will discuss the future of Afghanistan,

:04:30. > :04:34.where Nato troops are preparing to pull out, and the crisis in Ukraine.

:04:35. > :04:37.One man who has been on the inside in the past is the UK's

:04:38. > :04:43.It's not for show, it's very serious.

:04:44. > :04:49.But a lot of it is predetermined with drafts and communiques.

:04:50. > :04:54.But the key questions of what is going to happen in Afghanistan

:04:55. > :04:57.after the withdrawal, how do you ensure the interoperability of NATO

:04:58. > :05:03.forces, what is going to happen with Ukraine, those are big issues and it

:05:04. > :05:11.opinion. NATO's mission used to be so simple in the old days,

:05:12. > :05:21.Now with complicated conflicts smouldering on its borders,

:05:22. > :05:31.today's alliance is coming to Wales to decide its modern mission.

:05:32. > :05:34.A soldier from Wrexham was killed during an attack by insurgents on

:05:35. > :05:37.an army check point in Afghanistan in 2012 an inquest has heard.

:05:38. > :05:39.Grenadier Guardsman Jamie Shadrake, who was 20,

:05:40. > :05:44.The coroner said, he was satisfied that the Army had since

:05:45. > :05:51.We believed in Jamie and what he was doing in Afghanistan.

:05:52. > :05:53.His selfless sacrifice has helped the people of Afghanistan

:05:54. > :05:59.and I am so proud of my son and what he has achieved in his short life.

:06:00. > :06:02.As a family, we are grateful to the help and support that we have

:06:03. > :06:08.received from the Grenadier Guards through this difficult time.

:06:09. > :06:10.A Welsh country and western singer, who hosts a programme on

:06:11. > :06:14.BBC Radio Cymru, has apologised for posting a comment

:06:15. > :06:18.on Twitter which was offensive about the Pakistani community.

:06:19. > :06:21.John Jones later deleted the comment which said there were,

:06:22. > :06:25."Too many of them in the country anyway," and apologised.

:06:26. > :06:30.BBC Wales said the original tweet was totally unacceptable.

:06:31. > :06:32.It has written to him, outlining the high standards it

:06:33. > :06:39.The family of a 12 year old boy who was swept out to sea off Anglesey on

:06:40. > :06:41.Friday has thanked everyone involved in the search for his body.

:06:42. > :06:43.Issac Nash, who's from Huddersfield in Yorkshire, was

:06:44. > :06:53.on holiday with his family, when the accident happened near Aberffraw.

:06:54. > :06:55.The Royal British Legion has launched a pop-in centre in Cardiff

:06:56. > :06:58.where people leaving the armed forces will be able to

:06:59. > :07:00.The First Minister visited the centre

:07:01. > :07:03.which aims to help the Legion meet a growing demand for its services.

:07:04. > :07:22.Similar facilities will be opening in Swansea, Wrexham and Caernarfon.
