:01:16. > :01:18.should Scotland decide to go its own way.

:01:19. > :01:22.Others who want to see a No vote say devolution can still deliver.

:01:23. > :01:25.This isn't about processes, this is about people,

:01:26. > :01:28.and the best way, I think, to deliver for the people of Scotland,

:01:29. > :01:33.Wales, England and Northern Ireland is to have policies that work.

:01:34. > :01:37.Yes, there will be difference in areas, but we have a strong

:01:38. > :01:41.backbone, which is the UK economy, to ensure we deliver prosperity,

:01:42. > :01:47.The campaigns for votes on the final weekend in Scotland

:01:48. > :01:50.have stepped up a gear with opinion polls there still suggesting

:01:51. > :01:55.Whatever happens, the results of Thursday's referendum

:01:56. > :02:03.will have an impact in Wales and in the rest of the United Kingdom.
