:00:55. > :01:10.They haven't even arrested him, they just locked him up.

:01:11. > :01:15.They are holding him and just trying to claim money off him all the time.

:01:16. > :01:18.He's not a baby no more but to me he is my baby.

:01:19. > :01:20.He is. I just want him home.

:01:51. > :01:54.It is notorious for having amongst it, corrupt

:01:55. > :01:57.politicians and was most recently in the news for housing a crystal

:01:58. > :02:05.meth factory that was run by prison inmates as well as prison guards.

:04:30. > :04:30.what powers are transferred to Cardiff Bay.

:04:31. > :04:43.Cemlyn Davies watched the television debate.

:04:44. > :04:52.What next for Wales? That is the question that has brought leading

:04:53. > :04:56.politicians to the Senate this evening for a special addition of

:04:57. > :05:03.the Welsh report. Leighton Andrews and Andrew Davies were joint bike

:05:04. > :05:08.Kirsty Williams from the Welsh Liberal democrats and Leanne Wood.

:05:09. > :05:12.Scotland has been promised further powers if it votes against

:05:13. > :05:16.independence on Thursday but Leanne Wood who has been campaigning for a

:05:17. > :05:23.yes vote is sceptical. In the event of a no vote, team Westminster have

:05:24. > :05:27.come up with these promises for Scotland to have additional powers.

:05:28. > :05:32.I am not convinced it will happen. If you go back to 1979 when there

:05:33. > :05:38.was a rapper Rendon in Scotland and Wales. Margaret Duchess said if

:05:39. > :05:42.Scotland voted no there would be additional powers on the table but

:05:43. > :05:48.it did not happen. Kirsty Williams and her party want a no vote, but

:05:49. > :05:51.the leader of the Welsh Lib Dems is worried Wales could be forgotten

:05:52. > :05:57.with the attention centred on Scotland. What worries me is if we

:05:58. > :06:00.don't get our act together in Wales, Wales will be left out of this

:06:01. > :06:06.debate. The Westminster government will move forward dealing with

:06:07. > :06:12.Scotland. There is a responsibility for all abuzz to come together to

:06:13. > :06:16.speak with one voice to make it to the Westminster government what we

:06:17. > :06:21.want is for Wales. This arguing will leave Wales on the sidelines and we

:06:22. > :06:26.will lose out. We need clear consensus moving forward, with a

:06:27. > :06:30.clear message to Westminster about aspirations for people in Wales to

:06:31. > :06:37.have more say. For Scottish voters it is a simple choice, yes or no to

:06:38. > :06:41.independence. Wales' future appears to be more complicated and the

:06:42. > :10:02.debate here is only just beginning.
