:00:37. > :00:41.Three local men in their 20s died, along with a man from Merseyside,

:00:42. > :00:46.It followed the death of an elderly woman who was hit by

:00:47. > :00:55.Candles were being looked at Corwen's church to commemorate

:00:56. > :00:57.those who died suddenly over the course of one dark weekend.

:00:58. > :01:02.A book of condolences has also been provided by the town council to help

:01:03. > :01:10.Our hearts go out to the families and friends involved.

:01:11. > :01:13.The community has been described as feeling numb, as people learn

:01:14. > :01:17.more about the devastating crash which happened at around 11:30am

:01:18. > :01:21.on Saturday at Druid, a few miles outside Corwen.

:01:22. > :01:24.Four men died when a Vauxhall Astra was in collision with a

:01:25. > :01:30.They've been named locally as Jacob Hocking, Jackson Edwards and

:01:31. > :01:35.These tributes have been left by siblings, grandparents, cousins,

:01:36. > :01:38.aunts and uncles to three happy young men

:01:39. > :01:44.A lot of people in Corwen know everyone, to be honest.

:01:45. > :01:51.If they didn't know all three of them, they knew one of them.

:01:52. > :01:55.Wrexham and all that lot, they all know about them

:01:56. > :01:59.Two men from Merseyside in the Zafira were flown to hospital

:02:00. > :02:04.The collision came the day after the death of a pensioner

:02:05. > :02:07.in her 80s, who was hit by a timber lorry in the high street.

:02:08. > :02:10.These flowers at the statue of Owain Glyndwr were left close to

:02:11. > :02:13.the scene of the accident, which closed the A5 for several hours.

:02:14. > :02:15.Already reeling from one tragedy here in the centre of town,

:02:16. > :02:19.just over 24 hours later Corwen was learning about another incident

:02:20. > :02:24.This time, the number of casualties and the ages of those involved

:02:25. > :02:35.One day they're here, the next day they've gone.

:02:36. > :02:40.Police are appealing for witnesses to both tragedies to come forward.

:02:41. > :02:43.In particular a woman driving a small red car and a man

:02:44. > :02:48.in a 4x4 vehicle who assisted in the aftermath of Saturday's collision.

:02:49. > :02:51.The Deputy Chief Constable of Dyfed Powys Police is under

:02:52. > :02:53.investigation after it emerged he had a relationship with the force's

:02:54. > :03:00.Deputy Chief Constable Carl Langley has been temporarily re-deployed to

:03:01. > :03:04.a Wales-wide role, while Samantha Gainard remains in her post.

:03:05. > :03:09.Dyfed Powys Police said they were looking at the possible consequences

:03:42. > :03:47.Now her mother says the drug, Roaccutane, should be banned.

:03:48. > :03:56.Her front room has become her classroom.

:03:57. > :03:59.Elin Rowlands may be back from hospital, but her life is still

:04:00. > :04:04.Not that most of us would recognise it as normal.

:04:05. > :04:08.She says the drug which was supposed to help with acne brought on side

:04:09. > :04:14.I was in the hospital and they found out it was pancreatitis.

:04:15. > :04:17.And this was one week before I was supposed to go to New York.

:04:18. > :04:20.They were like, "You'll be fine, it's just a drip."

:04:21. > :04:29.I started throwing up this black stuff and my body went into shock.

:04:30. > :04:31.Elin was taken to Alder Hey Children's Hospital

:04:32. > :04:36.In a series of operations there, she had all but

:04:37. > :04:42.The drug Roaccutane is commonly prescribed as an acne treatment.

:04:43. > :04:45.Some of its possible side effects, such as depression,

:04:46. > :05:03.In a statement, the manufacturers, Roche, told us...

:05:04. > :05:06.I have to take six of them every time I eat.

:05:07. > :05:08.Every time you eat? Every time.

:05:09. > :05:11.Elin Rowlands and her mum Denise say what seemed

:05:12. > :05:15.like a simple solution to an acne problem has left her to spend

:05:16. > :05:20.Some simply so she can digest her food.

:05:21. > :05:23.Both now question whether Roaccutane should be available at all.

:05:24. > :05:35.I should be going out with my friends, but I can't

:05:36. > :05:40.because I can't walk very far and I get tired really easily.

:05:41. > :05:46.I'm trying to be normal, but it's hard.

:05:47. > :05:49.With the side effects, I don't think that teenagers

:05:50. > :05:56.Well, I don't anyone should be on it.

:05:57. > :06:00.I know it's been around for years, I think it's been used for acne

:06:01. > :06:13.To be sure, many people have been helped by this drug.

:06:14. > :06:15.But in Elin's case, the damage she believes it's done

:06:16. > :06:21.79 jobs have been safeguarded following the sale

:06:22. > :06:27.Administrators have negotiated the deal for Caparo Wire to be bought

:06:28. > :06:34.Last month, another Caparo site at Tredegar saw 24 jobs go with the

:06:35. > :06:40.From today, landlords in Wales have to register their

:06:41. > :06:44.properties on a new list which is aimed at clamping down on rouges.

:06:45. > :06:46.The Welsh government says there will be checks

:06:47. > :06:53.on prospective landlords to see if they are fit and proper.

:06:54. > :06:55.However, the Residential Landlord's Association says it's worried

:06:56. > :06:58.about the cost of Rent Smart Wales, and question what it will do to

:06:59. > :07:04.We think it'll be good for tenants to be able to ask

:07:05. > :07:09.They can ask the landlord, "Are you registered, have you got a license?"

:07:10. > :07:11.I think tenants will be a very good source of information to make
