:16:04. > :16:08.removed. The First Minister came down hard on this saying it will not
:16:09. > :16:11.happen during the course of the next financial year and hinted strongly
:16:12. > :16:14.if he is in power after May it will remain the case for years to come.

:16:17. > :16:20.Welsh businesses are hoping they can profit from an extra ?12 billion
