:01:48. > :01:53.With the land already saturated and river levels already rising,

:01:54. > :01:58.they say the chance of further flooding is high.

:01:59. > :02:01.The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales has questioned

:02:02. > :02:04.whether a government review into the use of guns by police

:02:05. > :02:12.It's been ordered by the Prime minister following the Paris attacks
