:01:29. > :01:32.proactive in helping the steel industry, cutting energy costs and

:01:33. > :01:36.taking action on cheap imports. And it says it continues to engage

:01:37. > :01:40.closely with steel companies, including Tata steel, on how to help

:03:01. > :03:02.say they have now raised their target of half

:03:03. > :03:05.a million pounds to buy A new local enterprise now intends

:03:06. > :03:08.to convert the old Corn Exchange in Crickhowell -

:03:09. > :03:11.into flats and small shops - which they say will be in keeping

:03:12. > :03:26.with the historic High Street. All the activity around stopping the

:03:27. > :03:30.supermarket has been converted into action in actually buying it and

:03:31. > :03:34.doing something with it. Extremely unusual. I haven't seen it happen

:03:35. > :03:38.anywhere else. I think it says a lot about the people here, the trust

:03:39. > :03:41.they have placed in this small group of volunteers, because we are all

:03:42. > :03:42.volunteers in this, you actually pledged this level of money to

:04:12. > :04:15.falling to minus six Celsius. Turning colder again tonight with a

:04:16. > :04:19.few wintry showers. This evening, and a full rain, sleet and snow for

:04:20. > :04:23.parts of North and mid Wales. Mostly dry further south but less than four

:04:24. > :04:27.patches developing and cloud thickening, too. That should prevent

:04:28. > :04:31.temperatures falling quite as low as last night. Still a frosty start

:04:32. > :04:35.from any tomorrow. Some ice possible. Probably not as bright as

:04:36. > :04:39.today. Some sunny spells but generally a bit cloudy for most. A
