:03:16. > :03:22.information. The coroner said today he would look at his state of mind
:03:23. > :03:26.on the day she died. The Army's rules and regulations. And

:07:59. > :08:01.this for Ukip? The timing is difficult and strictly speaking they

:09:49. > :09:53.tidal energy projects. It is investigating an eight figure sum in
:09:54. > :09:59.tidal lagoon power, which will give it a 60% share. Starting in Swansea
:10:00. > :10:04.Bay, it was to generate publicity by using the tide. But why invest an
:10:05. > :10:10.eight figure sum when tidal lagoons Swansea is not even going ahead yet?
:10:11. > :10:14.Because we are supporters of their technology, we are supporters of the
:10:15. > :10:18.people. We believe this technology will take it forward to the next
:10:19. > :10:23.stage. How much research have you done looking into their business
:10:24. > :10:27.plans, their technical logical plans? We are quite up to speed with
:10:28. > :10:32.the technology of energy creation and we have looked at their plans in
:10:33. > :10:36.terms of viability, we have looked at the plans in terms of the
:10:37. > :10:38.environmental impact, we have looked at the plans in terms of the cost
:10:39. > :11:02.curb and we're comfortable with them all. As plans developed,
:11:03. > :11:04.more investment is likely to be made. The company say they have
:11:05. > :11:06.analysed every detail of the plans, technological and business plans as
:11:07. > :11:09.well, behind tidal lagoon project. They are confident it is the way
:11:10. > :11:12.ahead and they are excited that one of the lagoons on the drawing board
:11:13. > :11:14.is alongside this site in Newport. They are also working on a tidal
:11:15. > :11:16.power project in India. The family hopes to create a multi-million
:11:17. > :11:17.pound renewable energy business to supply energy intensive industries
:11:18. > :11:20.like steel with low-cost power. A cash injection for
:11:21. > :11:29.the Tidal Lagoon Project Any company likes an investment of
:11:30. > :11:34.many millions and that money is likely to increase if tidal lagoon
:11:35. > :11:39.power produces more projects. If they do the six they want in the UK,
:11:40. > :11:44.let alone abroad, we can expect more money from the Gupta family. But it
:11:45. > :11:49.will also be welcomed by the company because it is a sign of confidence.
:11:50. > :11:54.We thought, they thought, their whole plans were to be on site in
:11:55. > :11:58.Swansea by now. This is a project that has had delay after delay and
:11:59. > :12:02.still there is not an agreement with the UK Government about what will be
:12:03. > :12:13.the price of the elegance of the. There are reports today that they

:12:54. > :12:56.Plans to re-write the devolution settlement are so flawed
:12:57. > :12:57.Assembly Members should reject them altogether.
:12:58. > :13:00.That's according to a team of academics and former senior civil
:13:01. > :13:02.servants who say the Draft Wales Bill doesn't give
:13:03. > :13:08.The draft bill includes giving new powers to the Assembly
:13:09. > :13:09.over energy, transport and its own elections.
:13:10. > :13:12.The Welsh Secretary Stephen Crabb has said he'll listen
:13:13. > :13:19.The legislation, the legislative process needs to be paused,

:14:27. > :14:29.councillors, including the council leader, registered their dismay on
:14:30. > :14:33.Twitter. The grumbles of discontent have not got as bad as in other
:14:34. > :14:37.seats where Labour has used all women short lists in the past, but
:14:38. > :14:42.there are those who are annoyed that these decisions are taken by the
:14:43. > :14:46.Welsh Labour executive, not local party members. And there are some
:14:47. > :14:51.men who would have liked to have stood but now won't get the chance.
:14:52. > :14:56.They include this councillor, who calls himself a disgruntled former
:14:57. > :15:01.potential candidate. I don't think it is the way to bring about
:15:02. > :15:05.equality. In order to bring equality, I don't think you should
:15:06. > :15:09.then have an injustice. The idea behind it is admirable, that we
:15:10. > :15:13.should have more women involved in public life, I absolutely agree with
:15:14. > :15:18.that, but we should do it the right way. We should not patronise women
:15:19. > :15:23.by saying you can only achieve something in life if others are
:15:24. > :15:28.hampered. In the town, opinion was mixed. It doesn't have to be a
:15:29. > :15:32.female, as long as someone is doing the job. I think it is about time
:15:33. > :15:37.women had an opportunity, expressing their opinions and putting forward
:15:38. > :15:40.their views. I think it is a difficult challenge because what you
:15:41. > :15:47.want is the best people to do the job, whatever their sex or gender.
:15:48. > :15:51.To have all women, it is almost sexually biased. Welsh Labour said
