0:01:51 > 0:01:53who want to leave the EU.
0:01:53 > 0:01:56As we have said all along, there is no such thing as EU money.
0:01:56 > 0:02:00It's our money which we send to Brussels, we get a small fraction
0:02:00 > 0:02:03of it back, we then have to match fund it, we have to spend it
0:02:03 > 0:02:07on projects they tell us to spend it on and we have to put an EU flag
