0:00:13 > 0:00:16taken to search the ruins.

0:00:16 > 0:00:18And why your local pharmacy might be

0:00:18 > 0:00:22doing more to free up our doctors' surgeries.

0:00:37 > 0:00:40"We just want him home" - that's the message from the family

0:00:40 > 0:00:42of Christopher Huxtable from Swansea, who's been missing

0:00:42 > 0:00:44for almost two weeks after Didcot Power

0:00:44 > 0:00:47Station collapsed.

0:00:47 > 0:00:50His partner says she's been kept in the dark over delays in finding

0:00:50 > 0:00:53the three unaccounted workers in the rubble,

0:00:53 > 0:00:55and thinks rescue teams were called off too soon.

0:00:55 > 0:01:00Ben Price reports.

0:01:00 > 0:01:02These were the scenes following the collapse

0:01:02 > 0:01:05of Didcot A Power Station.

0:01:05 > 0:01:08A mass of rubble, complete devastation.

0:01:08 > 0:01:11Two weeks on, and three workers are still missing.

0:01:11 > 0:01:16One is believed to be 34-year-old Christopher Huxtable from Swansea.

0:01:16 > 0:01:20His partner of 15 years has already started an online petition to get

0:01:20 > 0:01:24the three men out.

0:01:24 > 0:01:26Today Jade Ali, also from Swansea, met with the Health

0:01:26 > 0:01:29and Safety Executive to find out more about the rescue effort,

0:01:29 > 0:01:33having been frustrated by the situation so far.

0:01:33 > 0:01:38Our heads are like rollercoasters.

0:01:38 > 0:01:40We can't sleep at night, we can't eat.

0:01:40 > 0:01:45It's just so painful.

0:01:45 > 0:01:47I need my Chris home.

0:01:47 > 0:01:49It has been too long now, and they are not doing

0:01:49 > 0:01:50anything about it.

0:01:50 > 0:01:54What are you asking them to do, what do you want to see happen now?

0:01:54 > 0:01:56Movement on that site.

0:01:56 > 0:02:00The HSC says the priority is to recover their missing bodies,

0:02:00 > 0:02:02but that it's proving difficult due to the scale and complexity

0:02:02 > 0:02:07of the incident.

0:02:07 > 0:02:09Thames Valley Police says they're still investigating the cause.

0:02:09 > 0:02:15Back in Swansea, as the news continues to spread,

0:02:15 > 0:02:17many in the community have been shocked by what has happened.

0:02:17 > 0:02:19It is the topic of many a conversation here,

0:02:19 > 0:02:22Mr Huxtable's family is well known in the area.

0:02:22 > 0:02:25Those closest to him say he is a very pleasant young man

0:02:25 > 0:02:27always ready to stop and have a chat, and they now hope

0:02:27 > 0:02:29he can be found as soon as possible.

0:02:29 > 0:02:32The community is behind the family, and just hopes for some resolution

0:02:32 > 0:02:39for the family as soon as possible.

0:02:39 > 0:02:42We know what has happened, but the family, if it is like

0:02:42 > 0:02:45myself, would want some conclusion.

0:02:45 > 0:02:47It is a nightmare situation for the loved ones of

0:02:47 > 0:02:49the three missing workers, but Chris Huxtable's family says

0:02:49 > 0:02:54they will continue to believe he can be pulled out alive.

0:02:54 > 0:02:58They have given up hope on our men.

0:02:58 > 0:03:01Us family are not giving up hope.

0:03:01 > 0:03:08There is a God up there, and miracles happen.

0:03:08 > 0:03:11Those who are part of a multi-agency operation at the Didcot site

0:03:11 > 0:03:13say it could be weeks, if not months, until the remaining

0:03:13 > 0:03:20bodies are recovered.

0:03:20 > 0:03:23A 36-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder

0:03:23 > 0:03:28following the death of a woman in Cardiff Bay.

0:03:28 > 0:03:3065-year-old Christine James, who lived alone, was found dead

0:03:30 > 0:03:32in a flat in Century Wharf last Wednesday.

0:03:32 > 0:03:35Family members raised the alarm after she failed to arrive

0:03:35 > 0:03:37at Gatwick Airport to catch a flight to Florida.

0:03:37 > 0:03:43A 66-year-old man who had been arrested has been released on bail.

0:03:43 > 0:03:45Two former Conservative MPs, Neil Hamilton and Mark Reckless,

0:03:45 > 0:03:48are tonight a step closer to winning seats in the national assembly

0:03:48 > 0:03:51as members of Ukip.

0:03:51 > 0:03:53It follows a bitter row amid claims that they were being

0:03:53 > 0:04:00imposed on Wales.

0:04:00 > 0:04:03for the election on May the 5th - as has Ukip's leader in Wales,

0:04:03 > 0:04:06the MEP Nathan Gill.

0:04:06 > 0:04:08But they've both been confirmed as regional candidates

0:04:08 > 0:04:12for the election on May the 5th - as has Ukip's leader in Wales,

0:04:12 > 0:04:13the MEP Nathan Gill.

0:04:13 > 0:04:15The parents of the part-time Welsh soldier Craig Roberts,

0:04:15 > 0:04:17who died on an SAS selection exercise in the Brecon Beacons,

0:04:17 > 0:04:20have called for the law - which gives the Ministry of Defence

0:04:20 > 0:04:22immunity from prosecution - to be scrapped.

0:04:22 > 0:04:24The Health and Safety Executive heard that without it,

0:04:24 > 0:04:34the MoD would have faced court action for corporate manslaughter.

0:04:36 > 0:04:37The MoD has said it's made improvements

0:04:37 > 0:04:39and is conducting an inquiry.

0:04:39 > 0:04:41Pharmacies across Wales are soon to be able to treat people

0:04:41 > 0:04:44with minor ailments - like earache, chicken pox and colic

0:04:44 > 0:04:46- as part of a plan to free up doctors' time.

0:04:46 > 0:04:49For the first time, pharmacists will be able to access patients'

0:04:49 > 0:04:52health records - as part of the plan to reduce waiting times

0:04:52 > 0:04:53at GP surgeries.

0:04:53 > 0:04:55Caroline Evans reports.

0:04:55 > 0:04:57How long have you had those symptoms?

0:04:57 > 0:05:01A couple of days.

0:05:01 > 0:05:05If, like the Deputy Health Minister, you have conjunctivitis,

0:05:05 > 0:05:08instead of going to the GP, you could soon be diagnosed

0:05:08 > 0:05:11and treated in your local pharmacy - a change designed to free up doctors

0:05:11 > 0:05:19to deal with more complex cases.

0:05:19 > 0:05:21The Welsh Government has spent ?750,000 integrating technology,

0:05:21 > 0:05:24so that for the first time, pharmacists will have access

0:05:24 > 0:05:26to patients' records.

0:05:26 > 0:05:29It is actually a really exciting development.

0:05:29 > 0:05:31Quicker access for people through community pharmacies,

0:05:31 > 0:05:35for those common ailments, less pressure on GPs' surgeries

0:05:35 > 0:05:38for appointments where they don't need to see the GP,

0:05:38 > 0:05:43and from the patient's point of view, that more rapid acccess

0:05:43 > 0:05:46and from the patient's point of view, that more rapid access

0:05:46 > 0:05:47should be a real benefit to them.

0:05:47 > 0:05:50It is thought giving pharmacists the access to see what people may

0:05:50 > 0:05:52already have been prescribed could prevent admission to hospital

0:05:52 > 0:05:55- currently a third of all hospital admissions are due

0:05:55 > 0:05:57to medicine issued.

0:05:57 > 0:06:02While some here thought it a good idea, others had concerns.

0:06:02 > 0:06:07Some pharmacists are very good and we do use them,

0:06:07 > 0:06:08but are there laws about privacy?

0:06:08 > 0:06:12I'm not so sure.

0:06:12 > 0:06:14I think they are pretty good at diagnosing, and anything

0:06:14 > 0:06:16they couldn't they'd refer me to the doctor.

0:06:16 > 0:06:19I think it is a good idea.

0:06:19 > 0:06:22I've just taken my wife up to the doctor's to get a tablet -

0:06:22 > 0:06:29it would be much easier to come here.

0:06:29 > 0:06:31But the pharmacist told me people needn't be

0:06:31 > 0:06:32worried about confidentiality.

0:06:32 > 0:06:34Each pharmacist is given their own unique login,

0:06:34 > 0:06:36which they're not allowed to share with anyone else.

0:06:36 > 0:06:38And the record is not a complete medical record,

0:06:38 > 0:06:41it is a summary record which only shows allergies

0:06:41 > 0:06:44and medicines currently prescribed.

0:06:44 > 0:06:47There will be 26 specific ailments pharmacists are allowed to treat

0:06:47 > 0:06:49without referring to the GP, and people can opt in

0:06:49 > 0:06:54or out of the scheme.

0:06:54 > 0:06:57While the service is well established here, it won't be rolled

0:06:57 > 0:07:02out to other parts of Wales until later this year

0:07:02 > 0:07:06but it is expected that by 2018, it will be available in almost half

0:07:06 > 0:07:12of all community pharmacies.

0:07:12 > 0:07:14Rugby - and Wales have called Ospreys scrum-half Rhys Webb

0:07:14 > 0:07:17into their 6 Nations squad.

0:07:17 > 0:07:19The 27-year-old was training today ahead of the potential title

0:07:19 > 0:07:28decider against England at Twickenham on Saturday.

0:07:28 > 0:07:30Webb hasn't played international rugby since a serious foot injury

0:07:30 > 0:07:34in September - but played a full game for the Ospreys at the weekend.

0:07:34 > 0:07:36Stacey Fox from Swansea has won the Prince's Trust Young Achiever

0:07:36 > 0:07:38of the Year Award.

0:07:38 > 0:07:40The 23-year-old gave up her education to care

0:07:40 > 0:07:50for her sick parents - but by the age of 18 both had died.

0:07:50 > 0:07:53Having gone through depression and a breakdown, the trust

0:07:53 > 0:07:55helped her gain confidence and secure a full-time job.

0:07:55 > 0:07:57The Prince's Trust says Stacey has demonstrated incredible

0:07:57 > 0:07:59resilience and determination.

0:07:59 > 0:08:02Let's see what the weather has in store - Derek's

0:08:02 > 0:08:03got tonight's forecast.

0:08:03 > 0:08:06We haven't quite shaken off winter yet, it's pretty cold out

0:08:06 > 0:08:09there tonight, and last night some of us were treated to a wonderful

0:08:09 > 0:08:11display of the Northern Lights; it's less likely we'll see

0:08:11 > 0:08:15them tonight though.

0:08:15 > 0:08:18Weather-wise a few showers in the west and southwest,

0:08:18 > 0:08:20elsewhere a dry night, a widespread frost, and then later

0:08:20 > 0:08:24on tonight cloud will spread from the west.

0:08:24 > 0:08:26That'll bring a little rain, falling as snow on some

0:08:26 > 0:08:30of the hills and mountains.

0:08:30 > 0:08:32So, by tomorrow morning temperatures should be above freezing.

0:08:32 > 0:08:34It will be cloudy though, and damp in places -

0:08:34 > 0:08:37a little rain, and still a little snow on some

0:08:37 > 0:08:38of the hills and mountains.

0:08:38 > 0:08:42Across the rest of the UK a bright and frosty start to the east

0:08:42 > 0:08:44and southeast of England.

0:08:44 > 0:08:47A warning of ice for northern England and Scotland,

0:08:47 > 0:08:49with some patchy rain spreading eastwards during the day.

0:08:49 > 0:08:52Sleet and snow on higher ground.

0:08:52 > 0:08:54It should brighten up though across Scotland

0:08:54 > 0:08:58and Northern Ireland, with a few showers in the afternoon.

0:08:58 > 0:09:01In Wales tomorrow afternoon mostly cloudy - a few spots of light rain

0:09:01 > 0:09:03but some dry weather as well, and temperatures a little higher

0:09:03 > 0:09:05than today, reaching 5 to 9 Celsius.

0:09:05 > 0:09:08And then tomorrow night it may start dry but then we've got

0:09:08 > 0:09:10some rain on the way, some moderate to heavy rain likely,

0:09:10 > 0:09:15and again some snow on high ground, the winds picking up as well.

0:09:15 > 0:09:18And then on Wednesday a windy day, strong to gale force northwesterly

0:09:18 > 0:09:20winds; the rain will gradually clear though, and it will start

0:09:20 > 0:09:27to brighten up from the west, with some sunshine.

0:09:27 > 0:09:29Beyond that, Thursday much calmer and mostly dry, but then

0:09:29 > 0:09:32on Friday a little rain, and it will turn milder,

0:09:32 > 0:09:36temperatures rising into double figures, and at the moment

0:09:36 > 0:09:42the weekend looks drier and more settled, thanks to high pressure.

0:09:42 > 0:09:44Well, that's all for me, I'll see you soon.

0:09:44 > 0:09:46I'll wish you a good night.

0:09:46 > 0:09:50Nos da.

0:09:50 > 0:09:53We're back with the latest news and sport, traffic updates
