0:05:50 > 0:05:52already have been prescribed could prevent admission to hospital

0:06:32 > 0:06:34Each pharmacist is given their own unique login,
0:06:34 > 0:06:36which they're not allowed to share with anyone else.
0:06:36 > 0:06:38And the record is not a complete medical record,
0:06:38 > 0:06:41it is a summary record which only shows allergies
0:06:41 > 0:06:44and medicines currently prescribed.
0:06:44 > 0:06:47There will be 26 specific ailments pharmacists are allowed to treat
0:06:47 > 0:06:49without referring to the GP, and people can opt in
0:06:49 > 0:06:54or out of the scheme.
0:06:54 > 0:06:57While the service is well established here, it won't be rolled
0:06:57 > 0:07:02out to other parts of Wales until later this year
