:00:47. > :00:49.I drove four hours to come down here specifically to get here.

:00:50. > :00:54.I was just very disappointed the underground pit was closed.

:00:57. > :01:00.by National Museum Wales are affected by industrial action.

:01:21. > :01:26.But National Museum Wales says a cut of 4.7% to its annual grant

:01:32. > :01:41.They want to be treated fairly and in the same way as everybody

:01:42. > :01:46.It is the lowest paid, they want some security.

:01:47. > :01:48.The last planned strikes were suspended in September

:01:49. > :01:49.after negotiations but further disagreements means

:01:50. > :01:53.National Museum Wales says resolving it is a matter of urgency

:01:54. > :02:02.and an individual consultation process will start on Monday.

:02:03. > :02:05.An organisation which helps train people who want to work

:02:08. > :02:14.Creative Skillset Cymru says it's due to a lack of public funding.
