:01:52. > :01:55.21st-century schools, we have been investing almost
:01:56. > :01:59.?2 billion in our infrastructure in Wales.
:02:00. > :02:03.And we've got to remember that what we've done is to use
:02:04. > :02:07.procurement as a tool to really build the companies within Wales.
:02:08. > :02:11.The M4 relief road is another potential infrastructure boost
:02:12. > :02:16.But parties disagree on whether or not it's worth
:02:17. > :02:18.using the Welsh Government's entire ?1 billion borrowing
:02:19. > :02:25.I want to see us taking a slightly broader stance towards
:02:26. > :02:30.We ask ourselves not how can we build a road, let's ask how can
:02:31. > :02:33.we make sure that people and goods can move around freely
:02:34. > :02:46.around our own area and into and out of other areas.
:02:47. > :02:48.There was also a consensus that smaller businesses
:02:49. > :02:54.Reduce the cost of business, such as business rates, but also
:02:55. > :02:58.Then, inward investment, looking after those that
