:05:06. > :05:09.Lindsey Thomas had been accused of failing in her duty in not examining

:05:10. > :05:13.him in person after speaking to his mother on the phone the day before

:05:14. > :05:16.he died. But Dr Lindsey Thomas's legal team argued it was not enough

:05:17. > :05:21.evidence fully properly directed jury hearing at Cardiff Crown Court

:05:22. > :05:26.to find a not guilty of gross negligence when it came to the duty

:05:27. > :05:30.of care she had over Ryan. The judge instructed the jury to find Dr
