:00:52. > :00:54.so it is important that we get a Public Health Bill through that
:00:55. > :00:56.will command support across the assembly.
:00:57. > :00:58.We have to recognise reality, and there are many aspects
:00:59. > :01:01.of the Public Health Bill that are important, and it is important
:01:02. > :01:07.Mr Jones has said he wants more cooperation between parties
:01:08. > :01:12.in Cardiff Bay, so he will go back to the drawing board
:01:13. > :01:17.He needs opposition support to get his policies and his budgets
:01:18. > :01:21.through, and reached an agreement with Plaid Cymru to
:01:22. > :01:27.But they were very few details in the deal between the two parties.
:01:28. > :01:29.The First Minister said many details were unclear about Plaid Cymru's
:01:30. > :01:36.He also was not keen on the party's call for an independent commission

:01:47. > :01:48.As I have said, for Plaid Cymru support on future votes,
:01:49. > :01:53.including legislation and budget, I expect to see some progress
:01:54. > :01:55.and no reneging on the agreement we have
:01:56. > :02:02.Another area where things could get a bit rough is the M4 relief road.
:02:03. > :02:04.The government favours the so-called black route Plaid Cymru or post
:02:05. > :02:07.They prefer another plan, called the blue route.
:02:08. > :02:10.We would not support the blue route, for the simple reason
:02:11. > :02:13.that it is a dual carriageway and there is no point in replacing
:02:14. > :02:15.one dual carriageway that is crowded with another dual carriageway,
:02:16. > :02:19.that makes no sense to me, given the fact is not that much
:02:20. > :02:22.Secondly, the blue route runs past literally thousands
:02:23. > :02:32.Labour could rely on support from the Conservatives, but all parties
:02:33. > :02:37.will have to wait for an independent enquiry into the M4 first. One thing
:02:38. > :02:39.they do agree about is that there is different way of working in Cardiff
:02:40. > :02:40.Bay now. Two of the bidders for TATA's UK
:02:41. > :02:44.steel plants have drawn up plans to work together,
:02:45. > :02:45.the BBC understands. Liberty House,
:02:46. > :02:46.and a management buy-out team But they say that they're willing
:02:47. > :02:50.to working in partnership. TATA are expected to decide this
:02:51. > :02:53.week which bidders will be successful after they put
