:01:39. > :01:44.Steel experts warn that whoever takes over has a tough job ahead.
:01:45. > :01:45.We have significant overcapacity in the industry.
:01:46. > :01:47.Some commentators have calculated it could be between 30
:01:48. > :01:49.and 50% over capacity, so to make an industry
:01:50. > :01:55.internationally competitive in those conditions is a real challenge.
:01:56. > :02:04.After a meeting in Mumbai later this week, a shortlist of two or three
:02:05. > :02:10.The companies have all signed agreements not to disclose
:02:11. > :02:14.information, but two went public before that.
:02:15. > :02:20.Excalibur, led by Stuart Wilkie, is the management buyout team
:02:21. > :02:23.which would implement the turnaround plan to make Port Talbot profitable.
