:00:00. > :00:00.Welcome to Wales Today, live from Bordeaux.

:00:07. > :00:10.Euro 2016 is about to kick off, and with it, the hopes

:00:11. > :00:19.They arrived amid high security, France in a state of emergency

:00:20. > :00:23.after recent attacks, tens of thousands of police

:00:24. > :00:30.The fans in fine voice - they've waited decades for major

:00:31. > :00:40.This stadium behind me is where Wales will take to the field

:00:41. > :00:44.The Wales squad left their training base in Brittany earlier.

:00:45. > :00:48.Chris Coleman says his men are ready.

:00:49. > :00:50.The results will be what they're going to be.

:00:51. > :00:53.But we'll make sure we take care of our performance and we

:00:54. > :00:57.And Wales in a major championship used to be the stuff

:00:58. > :01:07.As thousands of steel workers wait for news about their jobs,

:01:08. > :01:09.the call for a long-term solution to the steel-crisis

:01:10. > :01:13.And how the family of Oliver Edwards-Cavill -

:01:14. > :01:15.who took his own life - are campaigning for more

:01:16. > :01:32.support to prevent other parents losing a child.

:01:33. > :01:39.France is holding a month-long European football party

:01:40. > :01:41.and for the first time, Wales are invited.

:01:42. > :01:45.This elegant, sophisticated city of culture and breathtaking

:01:46. > :01:48.architecture has been transformed over last few hours, as fans pour

:01:49. > :01:59.If Chris Coleman's men want to be crowned European Champions and bring

:02:00. > :02:02.home the Henri Delaunay Trophy, they'll have to make it

:02:03. > :02:07.through seven games over the next month.

:02:08. > :02:11.They'll be cheered on by thousands of fans from Wales, just some

:02:12. > :02:16.of the half a million from the UK making the journey.

:02:17. > :02:19.But before there are any celebrations, Wales have

:02:20. > :02:29.They face Slovakia here in Bordeaux tomorrow at 5pm.

:02:30. > :02:32.Next, it's up to Lens for the highly anticipated clash with England.

:02:33. > :02:34.And it's back down the country to Toulouse, for the final group

:02:35. > :02:46.But the fans arrive in a nervous country.

:02:47. > :02:50.France is in a state of emergency, with 90,000 police and military

:02:51. > :03:09.Where this is attendance at a major tournament is not the only thing

:03:10. > :03:13.unprecedented about Euro 2016. France remains on high alert

:03:14. > :03:17.following last year 's terror attacks in Paris. Is thought to

:03:18. > :03:22.record 90,000 security staff are working here, and makes them

:03:23. > :03:26.officers from Welsh police forces. These officers along with Slovakian

:03:27. > :03:31.officers will be working in teams with French colleagues. We'll be out

:03:32. > :03:36.on the ground, engaging with all the fans, the locals and the neutrals

:03:37. > :03:40.who are coming to Saturday's game. We'll be advising and supporting the

:03:41. > :03:44.French police. There are also hoping to avoid

:03:45. > :03:51.scenes like these. Police using tear gas to break up of a brawl last

:03:52. > :03:54.night. But the Welsh fans in Bordeaux are not worried, just

:03:55. > :03:57.excited. We waited 58 years so we are not

:03:58. > :04:00.bothered. We're going to make the most of it.

:04:01. > :04:05.Never thought I'd Ashleigh make it in my lifetime.

:04:06. > :04:07.The more the better as far as I'm concerned.

:04:08. > :04:13.Everybody seems to be behaving themselves. The security is getting

:04:14. > :04:17.into the fans only. They check you down anything on your bike and go

:04:18. > :04:21.through banks, and anything they don't like to be locked up and they

:04:22. > :04:27.have to do that for up to 60,000 fans.

:04:28. > :04:31.The Welsh supporters have no truly arrived in Bordeaux, making the most

:04:32. > :04:36.of the French experience, which today includes a strike on some tram

:04:37. > :04:40.services around the city and then the more relaxing cafe culture.

:04:41. > :04:44.They're not even going to let the familiar weather spoiled the party.

:04:45. > :04:49.The atmosphere 's been amazing. Everyone talks to each other. As

:04:50. > :04:55.soon as you see another Welsh shirt, it's like hey, hey! You can join

:04:56. > :04:58.everyone and have drinks for them. The first half of the week we spent

:04:59. > :05:03.sightseeing and looking round the city. It's absolutely beautiful and

:05:04. > :05:07.the fans are turning up now in force. The atmosphere is building

:05:08. > :05:10.and everybody is looking forward to the game.

:05:11. > :05:13.And so is the new sports Minister who will arrive before kick-off

:05:14. > :05:19.tomorrow. People don't take an interest in the

:05:20. > :05:23.football team in itself are showing more of an interest as more and more

:05:24. > :05:26.attention than that they wouldn't have been and is a message for our

:05:27. > :05:31.elite athletes and for everyone who's interested in some form of

:05:32. > :05:35.sport or exercise. It's a real bonus for Wales on the sporting front and

:05:36. > :05:39.obviously, it's an opportunity to sell Wales to the world.

:05:40. > :05:43.Wherever you are, the agonising wait for the kick-off is almost as an end

:05:44. > :05:47.and while security is visible, is only one thing on the minds of fans,

:05:48. > :05:49.and that's watching their team make history.

:05:50. > :05:52.The Wales squad left their training base in Brittany earlier,

:05:53. > :05:55.and have been training on the pitch in Stade de Bordeaux tonight.

:05:56. > :05:57.Manager Chris Coleman has just given his final press conference

:05:58. > :06:00.Iwan Griffiths is following the team for us.

:06:01. > :06:11.What's the mood in the camp less than 24 hours before kick-off?

:06:12. > :06:18.There's definitely a feeling of excitement here tonight. You could

:06:19. > :06:23.describe the mood in the press conference as emotional. Chris

:06:24. > :06:27.Coleman celebrating his 46th birthday today, just urging his

:06:28. > :06:33.players to enjoy this moment. It's been a long 58 year wait. We're

:06:34. > :06:39.nearly there. Threading that if at the stadium, the Europe campaign

:06:40. > :06:43.gets under way for these men. The self-proclaimed band of brothers

:06:44. > :06:47.taking the opportunity to get a feel of the pitch, less than 24 hours

:06:48. > :06:52.before this historic adventure kicks off against Slovakia.

:06:53. > :06:55.We'll have goose bumps, that's for sure especially with the Welsh fans

:06:56. > :07:00.singing the anthem and knowing everybody in Wales is watching on

:07:01. > :07:04.TV. The people not in the stadium will be supporting us and getting

:07:05. > :07:09.involved in a major championship instead of watching obviously on the

:07:10. > :07:14.TV. To be fully involved as a nation is going to be amazing for everybody

:07:15. > :07:18.and we hope we can do everybody proud.

:07:19. > :07:23.Chris Coleman on the day he turns 46 says they're prepared and ready.

:07:24. > :07:27.We're going to enter the tournament in the same spirit that we entered

:07:28. > :07:32.the campaign and that is, when we walk onto the pitch, we give

:07:33. > :07:35.everything for our jersey and what will be will be after that and the

:07:36. > :07:40.results will be what they're going to be but we'll make sure we take

:07:41. > :07:44.care about performance and we'll do our nation proud.

:07:45. > :07:48.The Slovakian is also in town. They won seven back-to-back games

:07:49. > :07:52.qualifying for this tournament including a memorable victory

:07:53. > :07:58.against Spain and they beat world champions Germany just a few weeks

:07:59. > :08:05.ago in a friendly. Liverpool's captain will captain the side while

:08:06. > :08:08.their current top scorer is arguably the squad's most important player.

:08:09. > :08:14.He's obviously a great player but, you know, you've looked at them, to

:08:15. > :08:17.now research, then our work on the field but at the end of the day,

:08:18. > :08:22.it's the same as always, we concentrate on ourselves and how we

:08:23. > :08:28.can hurt Sabato. It's been a long wait with Wales

:08:29. > :08:32.having to sit out of each major footballing tenements since 1958.

:08:33. > :08:34.This evening, fans placed their hopes on these men to make that wait

:08:35. > :08:39.The thoughts of Chris Coleman and the players there.

:08:40. > :08:42.A little earlier, I caught up with former Wales midfielder

:08:43. > :08:46.Robbie Savage to hear how he sees the challenge that Slovakia

:08:47. > :08:58.Weiss, Mak and obviously Hamsik, who can score goals.

:08:59. > :09:02.I think he got a five goals in the qualifying campaign.

:09:03. > :09:07.They won six out of six in the first six games,

:09:08. > :09:10.so they're not to be taken lightly but I think it's a game,

:09:11. > :09:13.it's a massive, massive game, it's a game Wales cannot

:09:14. > :09:17.You speak to pundits, former players from outside of Wales,

:09:18. > :09:22.where do they place Wales' s chances in this tournament?

:09:23. > :09:25.Well, I know we keep saying about Gareth Bale,

:09:26. > :09:27.but with him on the pitch, he's a superstar.

:09:28. > :09:31.And that's why I think we are different to the Republic

:09:32. > :09:33.of Ireland and Northern Ireland, because there haven't

:09:34. > :09:38.England have got, you know, Ian Kane and Rooney and Delle Ali.

:09:39. > :09:44.So if he can stay fit and you can get the ball as often as he can,

:09:45. > :09:46.I think the last 16, with a possible quarterfinal

:09:47. > :09:48.is a real opportunity but first and foremost,

:09:49. > :09:54.you cannot lose against Slovakia tomorrow.

:09:55. > :09:56.Everything on Gareth Bale's shoulders.

:09:57. > :10:00.I wouldn't say on his shoulders, but when you're involved in 9 out

:10:01. > :10:06.of the 11 goals in the qualifier, you have to say that going forward,

:10:07. > :10:08.we are reliant upon him, no doubt about that.

:10:09. > :10:11.Will he go with Robson Kanu, will he go with Sam Vokes,

:10:12. > :10:15.Will he go with Dave Edwards or Andy King

:10:16. > :10:19.So, you know, I'd go for it, I'd go with Andy King

:10:20. > :10:21.in the middle of the park, with Ramsey and Allen,

:10:22. > :10:24.but I've got a sneaky feeling he might go withthe more physical

:10:25. > :10:27.Robbie, you came close to qualifying yourself.

:10:28. > :10:32.While you're there, how excited are you?

:10:33. > :10:38.You know, I speak to John Hartson, Craig Bellamy, of course,

:10:39. > :10:42.we missed out to Russia but this group of players has bonded so well

:10:43. > :10:47.and to be here as a pundit, you know, it's my third one

:10:48. > :10:51.but when you've got involved within it, it's fantastic.

:10:52. > :10:57.I've been with all the fans in Bordeaux this morning.

:10:58. > :11:02.There's 10,000 fans expected so it's brilliant for everybody

:11:03. > :11:09.My heart says yes, my head says it's going to be tougher

:11:10. > :11:23.Robbie Savage. It's quiet here this evening. 42,000 fans will stream

:11:24. > :11:26.into the stadium tomorrow. Kick-off is at five o'clock. I bring you all

:11:27. > :11:27.the reaction on Wales today tomorrow evening. Back to you, Lucy.

:11:28. > :11:31.The new Economy Secretary is calling for a long-term solution

:11:32. > :11:34.to the steel crisis that will protect jobs, whether Tata

:11:35. > :11:39.Ken Skates says the company would have to show that it

:11:40. > :11:41.could sustain steel making at Port Talbot if it decided to hold

:11:42. > :11:45.on to the plant, while Plaid Cymru says Tata must not be allowed

:11:46. > :11:48.to benefit from proposed pension changes aimed at helping

:11:49. > :11:59.Our business correspondent, Brian Meechan, has the latest.

:12:00. > :12:06.The week continues for Tata workers, not only in Port Talbot but across

:12:07. > :12:11.the country. Steel prices have begun to rise and losses at this site are

:12:12. > :12:15.starting to fall. The UK Government's is also negotiating

:12:16. > :12:20.with Tata on issues like reducing the company 's pension liabilities

:12:21. > :12:24.and energy costs. Some believe that the Indian company is reconsidering.

:12:25. > :12:28.At its first interview with this programme since being appointed, the

:12:29. > :12:33.new economy Secretary says Tata will have to show it image for the

:12:34. > :12:41.long-term if it's not selling. We want sustainable solution that

:12:42. > :12:43.provides steel-making jobs in Wales. For many communities, Steelers

:12:44. > :12:46.essential for the country. And our preferred option would be for any

:12:47. > :12:51.buyer for Tata to maintain for the long-term steel-making in Wales.

:12:52. > :12:55.That is being expected to release a short list of potential bidders for

:12:56. > :13:00.weeks but still is alleged worries about what's happening. Liberty

:13:01. > :13:04.stealing Newport is one of the company is expected to be on that

:13:05. > :13:14.list, along with Spell at birth and another investor. -- X Balaban. Tata

:13:15. > :13:17.workers held a rally in London last month and the Business Minister

:13:18. > :13:21.marched alongside them but some argue these workers and other

:13:22. > :13:27.members of tartar's pension scheme shouldn't lose benefits if the

:13:28. > :13:30.company does decide to keep its UK operations.

:13:31. > :13:36.This is Tata is opportunity and liability. In law they cannot walk

:13:37. > :13:40.away from it. Tata group can meet this pension fund deficit and it

:13:41. > :13:48.would be morally and legally wrong for all kinds of other corporations

:13:49. > :13:51.to let Tata to walk away from its responsibilities.

:13:52. > :13:55.Both the UK Government and Tata said they working together to secure the

:13:56. > :13:57.future of the business and secure the best outcome for members of the

:13:58. > :14:01.Around 50 people gathered in Pembrokeshire today to discuss

:14:02. > :14:04.concerns about mental health support for young people.

:14:05. > :14:07.The public forum was organised by the family of 15-year-old

:14:08. > :14:08.Oliver Edwards-Cavill from Pembroke Dock who took

:14:09. > :14:13.Pembrokeshire Council and Hywel Dda Health Board were due

:14:14. > :14:15.to be on the panel but both were unable to attend.

:14:16. > :14:18.The health board said this was due to sickness.

:14:19. > :14:19.The Council has been asked to comment.

:14:20. > :14:23.It's hoped the forum will help to improve services.

:14:24. > :14:29.Young people are identifying that they want to see services

:14:30. > :14:32.improved but also maybe the establishment and development

:14:33. > :14:36.of more maybe appropriate type services that are not necessarily

:14:37. > :14:39.mental health but more emotional well-being,

:14:40. > :14:44.to do that transfer from young person to adulthood.

:14:45. > :14:47.A coroner has told Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board it must push ahead

:14:48. > :14:50.with plans to set up a special team to help mothers-to-be

:14:51. > :14:55.It follows the death of 22-year-old Shanice Priestley who was eight

:14:56. > :14:58.months pregnant when she hanged herself at her home

:14:59. > :15:02.The health board said it is developing a perinatal mental

:15:03. > :15:09.The Welsh Government has stepped in to attempt to end a dispute

:15:10. > :15:11.affecting staff who work for National Museum Wales.

:15:12. > :15:16.Members of the PCS Union have been taking continuous strike action over

:15:17. > :15:18.plans to end extra payments for working weekends.

:15:19. > :15:21.The Museum has now offered a lump sum, equivalent to five years' worth

:15:22. > :15:25.The Welsh Government is financing half of the offer.

:15:26. > :15:27.The union says it's considering the details and hopes

:15:28. > :15:38.Three days of celebration to mark the Queen's

:15:39. > :15:41.a service of thanksgiving at St Paul's Cathedral this morning.

:15:42. > :15:44.And among those chosen to lead the prayers is Hilda Price

:15:45. > :15:58.from Cardiff, who shares her birthday with the Queen.

:15:59. > :16:03.We give you thanks for Jesus Christ. His body may be united in his love.

:16:04. > :16:07.Mrs Price, who was born in Carmarthen, said

:16:08. > :16:11.when she was told she was to take part, it was the shock of her life.

:16:12. > :16:13.Rugby and Wales centre Jamie Roberts says players are always on edge

:16:14. > :16:15.when facing New Zealand, more so than when playing

:16:16. > :16:18.They face the All Blacks in Auckland tomorrow.

:16:19. > :16:23.But kicking coach Neil Jenkins says they won't be intimidated.

:16:24. > :16:27.Their home record is pretty impressive and no matter where they

:16:28. > :16:30.play in the world, they are pretty impressive, so I think obviously,

:16:31. > :16:32.we've been here as some of the players

:16:33. > :16:36.World Cup in 2011, and semis and the third

:16:37. > :16:37.quarter didn't go too well for

:16:38. > :16:40.us on those occasions so hopefully we can turn that around

:16:41. > :16:53.Let's re-join Tomos now in Bordeaux. for you at 8.00pm.

:16:54. > :16:55.Since 1958, the closest a Welshman has come to playing

:16:56. > :16:59.in a major football tournament is on a computer.

:17:00. > :17:01.And with that in mind, here's our guide to Wales' group

:17:02. > :17:05.at Euro 2016, which celebrates both the beautiful game

:17:06. > :17:16.Wales are in group B, alongside England, Russia and Slovakia.

:17:17. > :17:20.First up, Slovakia - underestimate them

:17:21. > :17:25.They've just beaten world champions Germany in a

:17:26. > :17:28.friendly and beat Spain during qualification for the Euros.

:17:29. > :17:31.Wales have played them twice before and

:17:32. > :17:39.A 5-2 win away but a 5-1 thrashing in Cardiff.

:17:40. > :17:42.The only high point of that game - Gareth Bale's

:17:43. > :17:51.Apparently, they won something back in 1966 but

:17:52. > :17:56.Their team is full of stars and full of

:17:57. > :18:00.Harry Kane and Jamie Vardy among the Premier League's top

:18:01. > :18:06.With a perfect record in qualifying ten wins from ten games,

:18:07. > :18:11.they are favourites to top the group and beat Wales.

:18:12. > :18:13.But they don't always live up to the potential when

:18:14. > :18:20.Responsible for Welsh heartbreak when they beat us

:18:21. > :18:25.in the play-offs for Euro 2004, Fielding a player, Yegor Titov,

:18:26. > :18:32.There aren't too many household names in the

:18:33. > :18:36.Russian squad and their star player Alan Dzagoev

:18:37. > :18:37.has already withdrawn through

:18:38. > :18:42.The Russians have bags of experience but they're an ageing

:18:43. > :18:46.squad and Wales' pacey attackers will love to exploit that.

:18:47. > :18:50.Finish in the top two and Wales go through to

:18:51. > :18:52.the next round but the four best third-place finishers

:18:53. > :19:13.Lets hope Wales will prosper throughout this tournament

:19:14. > :19:16.24,000 Welsh fans have tickets for tomorrow's game.

:19:17. > :19:18.They'll be savouring all the atmosphere here in Bordeaux.

:19:19. > :19:22.But many more will be on the edge of their seats back home in Wales,

:19:23. > :19:23.watching the game with friends and family.

:19:24. > :19:26.Carwyn Jones has been looking at how Wales is preparing for

:19:27. > :19:29.the tournament that's been 58 years in the making.

:19:30. > :19:36.Camera phones at the ready because the euro is looming large on the

:19:37. > :19:41.Welsh capital. As if we needed any reminder, a giant Welsh football

:19:42. > :19:43.shirt now dominates the city 's shopping precinct, a photo

:19:44. > :19:49.opportunity this proved impossible to resist. Something else that

:19:50. > :19:52.appeared in Cardiff is this a fan zone, a huge field behind the

:19:53. > :19:56.castle, where Wales supporters can come together to enjoy all the

:19:57. > :20:02.action. Tomorrow, around 6000 football thanks -- fans will be

:20:03. > :20:08.gathering here to watch Wales played Slovakia on a giant screen placed

:20:09. > :20:11.behind me and that's green organisers say is the largest high

:20:12. > :20:16.definition screen anywhere in the UK. Watching the last minute

:20:17. > :20:22.preparations with pride as Blackwood student Marc Jones. He fired up a

:20:23. > :20:26.social media campaign calling for a fan zone in the capital when it

:20:27. > :20:31.looked like wasn't going to be won. His petition got 1000 signatures in

:20:32. > :20:36.a fortnight and it's all paid off. Hopefully in years to come, people

:20:37. > :20:41.will be looking back at thousands of people celebrating here and looking

:20:42. > :20:45.back at it. So really emotional! It'll be just

:20:46. > :20:50.as emotional for fans in Swansea, the city 's Castle Square is hosting

:20:51. > :20:55.a fan zone two. Tomorrow, thousands of supporters are expected to take

:20:56. > :20:59.the train, heading into city centres to enjoy the match. British

:21:00. > :21:04.Transport Police is beefing up its presence on the rail network.

:21:05. > :21:09.We do have sufficient resources to make sure we cater for normal

:21:10. > :21:13.footfall through our stations but also that extra level that might

:21:14. > :21:21.come through and parts that might come through with the way for drug.

:21:22. > :21:24.Throughout the tournament, at nightfall, 16 historic landmarks

:21:25. > :21:28.including Conwy Castle will turn red. Be lit up throughout the group

:21:29. > :21:32.stages and as and as long as Wales is in the tournament, fans will be

:21:33. > :21:33.hoping the night sky stays that way well into July.

:21:34. > :21:37.Well, the mass exodus of Wales fans started a few days ago.

:21:38. > :21:40.The initial few dozens have now been joined by thousands

:21:41. > :21:45.Those without a ticket to the game at Stade de Bordeaux

:21:46. > :21:49.will be able to watch it in the fan zone in the city.

:21:50. > :21:54.Tonight, people are gathering for the opening game

:21:55. > :22:15.This is the Bordeaux fan zone and you can watch it. Actually, 62,000

:22:16. > :22:21.people can come here and watch every game. Bear in mind, that's 20,000

:22:22. > :22:25.more than will be in the stadium against Slovakia tomorrow. These two

:22:26. > :22:28.fans will be there. You've been a lifelong football supporter.

:22:29. > :22:35.What's it like to finally be here? Absolutely incredible. It's the

:22:36. > :22:39.final leg of a journey that I started about 31 years ago in

:22:40. > :22:43.Cardiff. It is a journey never thought I'd make and here we are

:22:44. > :22:49.today in the fan zone in Bordeaux, absolutely loving it.

:22:50. > :22:55.And it's going to emotional. I think I cried when we beat

:22:56. > :22:59.Belgium, I certainly did cry when I went to Zeneca. Tomorrow, when they

:23:00. > :23:04.play the national anthem, I'll be in tears of joy.

:23:05. > :23:09.Ryan, can you quite believe this moment is actually here?

:23:10. > :23:15.Not really. The sticker books and the songs, it's all been surreal and

:23:16. > :23:20.its sinking in. Walking around Bordeaux today and seeing all the

:23:21. > :23:25.flags and the fan zone, spotting Welsh people all over, it's sinking

:23:26. > :23:30.in but when those teams walk-out tomorrow, that's when we'll know. I

:23:31. > :23:35.really believe that this is happening, cos I still can't quite

:23:36. > :23:40.get my head around our little nation has finally got our spot on the

:23:41. > :23:46.world's speech. Release -- really proud.

:23:47. > :23:50.Thank you from that. It's been a mixed day here in Bordeaux,

:23:51. > :23:56.weather-wise, but the sun is coming out. Let's get the full weather back

:23:57. > :24:00.home with Llyr Gruffydd Davis. A mixed bag there is well. Humid

:24:01. > :24:04.conditions of the most to the country for most of the week, and

:24:05. > :24:10.into the weekend. Some showers tonight as well. The showers are

:24:11. > :24:14.mixed all over the place, not much of a pattern. Some late today

:24:15. > :24:20.brightness of the parts of Pembrokeshire with showers

:24:21. > :24:24.elsewhere, high over mid Wales. Some more heavy showers there but a mild

:24:25. > :24:31.night. Quite unsettled and certainly feeling maquis. We've got low

:24:32. > :24:36.pressure in charge of the weather and this is bringing more unsettled

:24:37. > :24:39.conditions. A series of friends in the West, pushing over the country

:24:40. > :24:44.over the next few days. Not necessarily bringing heavy rain but

:24:45. > :24:47.making things damper. Tomorrow morning, eight o'clock, we see

:24:48. > :24:51.plenty of sunshine in the south-east, spells of such a comment

:24:52. > :24:54.go during the day but further north, more showers. These could be heavy

:24:55. > :24:59.at times but still quite well, considering it's early in the

:25:00. > :25:04.morning. Some more showers as we go down into parts of south Ceredigion

:25:05. > :25:09.and barbiturates are. Quite a mixed bag ahead for Saturday. We'll see

:25:10. > :25:13.more showers throughout the day once again. Some drier spells as well. A

:25:14. > :25:21.hint of sunshine here and there before evening. In the evening,

:25:22. > :25:26.quite another warm evening, temperatures around 16-18dC and

:25:27. > :25:30.Saturday nights, Maggie once again. One or two afternoons boss of

:25:31. > :25:33.sunshine as we go into Saturday night but then, more rain pushing in

:25:34. > :25:42.from the south-west in the early hours of Sunday. Still feeling quite

:25:43. > :25:46.stuffy. Sunday itself, are starts across most of the country with rain

:25:47. > :25:50.pushing across the country, gradually clearing towards the east,

:25:51. > :25:53.so although it looks dismal on the map, we could see some dry weather

:25:54. > :26:00.and hints of brightness before we get to the end of Sunday. An outlook

:26:01. > :26:04.for the next two days. The showers continue for tonight, into Saturday,

:26:05. > :26:08.cloudy at times. Some showers across the country, wetter than for Sunday

:26:09. > :26:12.and the beginning next week, the mild conditions remain. More cloud,

:26:13. > :26:17.showers and sunny intervals, but are looking clearer and certainly

:26:18. > :26:22.brighter by the end of next week. Have a great weekend.

:26:23. > :26:34.Tomorrow, you can listen to commentary on the game on BBC world

:26:35. > :26:39.and Radio Cymru with updates on line. Live coverage on S4C and

:26:40. > :26:44.you're on BBC One Wales, the coverage starts at four o'clock.

:26:45. > :26:49.Kick-off at five o'clock. You won't miss a thing here on the BBC. The

:26:50. > :26:54.players are at their hotels to night. Quietly contemplating the

:26:55. > :26:55.task ahead on the streets and expectations are high and reaching a

:26:56. > :27:00.crescendo. Having endured decades of despair,

:27:01. > :27:02.years of footballing frustration and near misses,

:27:03. > :27:04.many thought this day would never come - that Wales would play

:27:05. > :27:08.on the big stage, making history.
