:01:51. > :01:53.the safety of our fans is best placed.

:01:54. > :01:56.Now, that may include options around both the deployment

:01:57. > :01:58.of police officers outside the stadium

:01:59. > :01:59.and also possibly inside the

:02:00. > :02:04.stadium but those are discussions have next week.

:02:05. > :02:06.Back at their base in Brittany, the players are focused

:02:07. > :02:10.on the next challenge against England in four days' time.

:02:11. > :02:13.You see in the media all what's been going on,

:02:14. > :02:17.we are a bit out of the way at our base so we've not seen any

:03:04. > :03:05.the 22 current councils to eight or nine.

:03:06. > :03:11.There is no magic number for Welsh councils any more.

:03:14. > :03:18.Leighton Andrews' plan to reduce the current 22 authorities

:03:19. > :03:20.to eight or nine gained little support on the ground.

:03:23. > :03:24.role, the new man in charge told the Sunday

:03:28. > :03:29.was open to ideas on how to move forward.

:03:59. > :04:01.what, listen to us because we deliver those services.

:04:02. > :04:03.Mark Drakeford says he'll visit every local

:04:04. > :04:05.authority in the weeks to come in the hope of agreeing

:04:06. > :04:13.A PA system is being launched at hospitals in Mid and West Wales

:04:14. > :04:14.to discourage smokers from lighting up.

:04:15. > :04:16.Hywel Dda University Health Board has placed red buttons

:04:17. > :04:20.in its hospitals enabling people to trigger an announcement

:04:21. > :04:23.reminding individuals that hospitals are smoke free.

:04:24. > :04:30.The policy also includes e-cigarettes.

:04:31. > :04:36.Celebrations have been held across Wales to mark

:04:37. > :04:38.From officially organised council-events, to neighbourhood

:04:39. > :04:42.street parties - people have been out in force to mark the special

:05:01. > :05:02.Cardiff was typical of hundreds across Wales.

:05:03. > :05:04.A birthday celebration, yes, but also a great

:05:05. > :05:08.Quite a lot of people move in and out of the

:05:09. > :05:12.streets and it's a way of getting to know our neighbours.

:05:13. > :05:15.Just a really fun day, really, we thought

:05:16. > :05:18.it would be rained off last night but thankfully the sun has come out

:05:19. > :05:20.and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves.

:05:21. > :05:23.You must have seen very many street parties over the years, have

:05:24. > :05:28.Because you've had the Jubilees and all them,

:05:29. > :05:29.you know, street parties, I think it's great.

:05:30. > :05:34.Back in Mold, in conjunction with this event, the

:05:35. > :05:37.council is sending a four feet high birthday card to the Queen designed

:05:38. > :05:39.by local schoolchildren and signed by residents of the North Wales

:05:40. > :05:46.After a dry evening, rain will spread in overnight.

:05:47. > :05:48.Monday will start dull with rain at times -

:05:49. > :05:50.but some brighter spells will develop later.
