:00:07. > :00:17.Our top story? JoJo Mamam Bebe is among ten businesses signatories to

:00:18. > :00:27.a letter backing to remain in the EU. After the violence, authorities

:00:28. > :00:31.consider alcohol bans. John Arthur Jones in court charged with shining

:00:32. > :00:49.bright lights at RAF pilots during Hawk flying.

:00:50. > :00:55.The Chancellor says people need to think very hard before they risk

:00:56. > :00:58.putting to leave the European Union. George Osborne was visiting North

:00:59. > :01:02.Wales on the day a group of leading Welsh business figures backed

:01:03. > :01:06.remaining in the EU. They include the billionaire entrepreneur Terry

:01:07. > :01:11.Matthews but those who want to leave argued that it will make Wales more

:01:12. > :01:14.competitive and able to sell more across the world.

:01:15. > :01:22.The Chancellor Road with the studio railway but polls suggest it is his

:01:23. > :01:26.running campaign that could be on the verge of derailing. George

:01:27. > :01:29.Osborne visited this engineering works and warned that tourism and

:01:30. > :01:33.manufacturing would be damaged by the UK leaving the EU. Here in

:01:34. > :01:37.Wales, whichever way you thought, you can see the fact that you have

:01:38. > :01:42.conservatives, Welsh Labour, you have the Liberals, you have the

:01:43. > :01:45.Nationalists, the unions, businesses large and small, they are all saying

:01:46. > :01:51.the same thing, which is we are better off in the EU. For those on

:01:52. > :01:54.the other side of the argument, saying remain campaigners are being

:01:55. > :01:58.negative. The government have decided they want us to stay in the

:01:59. > :02:03.European Union despite pushing very hard for this referendum and they

:02:04. > :02:06.are modelling all the impact of living out but they are not looking

:02:07. > :02:15.at the positive side of it, the impact that pulling out could have

:02:16. > :02:18.on exporters. Some of the biggest employers in Wales, including major

:02:19. > :02:28.exporters, are firmly in the remaining camp. Airbus, which has

:02:29. > :02:33.6,000 employees here, has written outlining the benefits. BT has also

:02:34. > :02:39.written to them today. With 2,200 staff, had its gas is backing the

:02:40. > :02:46.EU. Ford is 1,900 workers also wants to remain. The has the backing of

:02:47. > :02:52.the boss of JCB and a major base in Wrexham. This professor was to leave

:02:53. > :02:55.the EU and has previously said over time it would mostly and its

:02:56. > :03:01.manufacturing in favour of design and high-tech. The whole point of

:03:02. > :03:06.the EU is, it is protectionist. I don't think Wales industry needs

:03:07. > :03:11.protection, it is highly competitive. It is high-tech in many

:03:12. > :03:16.cases, the car industry exports more than half its output outside the EU.

:03:17. > :03:20.It has great products, it has nothing to fear from competition.

:03:21. > :03:25.Brexit is worrying some. The boss of the global brand, JoJo Mamam Bebe,

:03:26. > :03:30.which has its HQ in Newport, is one of those who signed a letter from

:03:31. > :03:34.business leaders. 41% of exports from Wales go to the European Union

:03:35. > :03:43.which is an market of 500 million people. We're good at producing new,

:03:44. > :03:48.innovative ideas, services and ideas which we are, at the moment, selling

:03:49. > :03:53.to the world very well so why should we restrict our economic growth by

:03:54. > :03:55.this move backwards? Most business surveys suggest that firms are

:03:56. > :04:01.largely in favour of remaining in the EU. As it gets closer to polling

:04:02. > :04:01.day, many will be looking for signals that indicate which

:04:02. > :04:10.destination were heading for. A beetle is being held this evening

:04:11. > :04:14.outside the National Assembly to show solidarity with the victims of

:04:15. > :04:19.the shootings in Florida. 49 people were killed in the attack as a gay

:04:20. > :04:22.nightclub in Orlando which the FBI has described as an act of

:04:23. > :04:28.terrorism. Tonight 's event in Cardiff Bay was organised I pride.

:04:29. > :04:38.Welsh elite -- Welsh police officers will meet tonight to try and prevent

:04:39. > :04:41.violence. Football Association of Wales is also urging fans are not

:04:42. > :04:45.travel to the game if they don't have a ticket. Our reporter is in

:04:46. > :04:53.lean for us tonight. Behind me is the fan

:04:54. > :04:58.zone which can hold up to 30,000 fans at today here, it has been

:04:59. > :05:01.quiet. Outside that area, it has not been too much evidence of the

:05:02. > :05:06.tournament in this city. The fans you see don't appear to be wearing

:05:07. > :05:10.their team colours. Perhaps that is on purpose as there are concerns

:05:11. > :05:12.that things could change here as more fans arrive over the coming

:05:13. > :05:18.days. A far cry from the relaxed party

:05:19. > :05:22.atmosphere, the police on the streets, hoping to avoid more scenes

:05:23. > :05:25.like these, a fight between German and Ukrainian funds ahead of the

:05:26. > :05:30.match last night. Today the Welsh boss urged fans to avoid any

:05:31. > :05:34.trouble. It needs to be dealt with and it needs to be severe. For

:05:35. > :05:44.everybody else, enjoy it and have a good time, come and support your

:05:45. > :05:50.company. -- country. Whether we win, lose or draw, we are representing

:05:51. > :05:53.our country. The Welsh bands were impeccably behaved. It is quiet now

:05:54. > :06:02.but in few days, some more fans will be arriving here. I shall play

:06:03. > :06:06.Slovakia on Wednesday. 24 hours later, Wales take on England and

:06:07. > :06:11.France have already been told to stay away from that game and

:06:12. > :06:15.instead, Congo get here. Security is so tight around here, you see

:06:16. > :06:18.everyone with guns but I expect there will be a little bit of

:06:19. > :06:22.trouble but you got to hope it's not too much. I'm not worried about it

:06:23. > :06:27.but if you go looking for trouble, you will find it. But we're just

:06:28. > :06:31.here to have a good time. It comes after days of violence in the

:06:32. > :06:36.streets of Marseille. French prosecutors say 150 Russians were

:06:37. > :06:42.behind it, setting of layers and rushing at England fans. Uefa are

:06:43. > :06:45.investigating. I have asked for all necessary measures to be taken to

:06:46. > :06:49.prohibit the sale, consumption and transport of alcoholic drinks in

:06:50. > :06:55.sensitive areas on match days and the day before and days when fan

:06:56. > :06:59.zones are open. Uefa has already said it will consider banning

:07:00. > :07:03.England and Russia if there is more fan trouble. Tomorrow it will

:07:04. > :07:04.sanction Russia, looking to send a message that violence at this

:07:05. > :07:12.treatment will not be tolerated. Tonight, six English fans have been

:07:13. > :07:18.jailed in connection with that violence and to Russians have been

:07:19. > :07:29.arrested. They are urging fans who do not have tickets with Ashes match

:07:30. > :07:32.to travel. Tomorrow, there will be a high-level meeting between security

:07:33. > :07:37.representatives from the FA W, the English FA, British police of others

:07:38. > :07:40.and the Uefa security bosses, to find a way to see the police this

:07:41. > :07:45.match and make sure that it is a member together right reasons.

:07:46. > :07:50.RAF pilots training of Anglesey were put at risk when a bright light was

:07:51. > :07:54.shone into the cockpit at night, a jury has been told. John Arthur

:07:55. > :07:58.Jones faces 13 counts of endangering aircraft. He is said to be obsessed

:07:59. > :08:08.with flights over his land denies the charges. Leaving court

:08:09. > :08:13.tonight, John whether Jones is home is close to the airfield used by RAF

:08:14. > :08:17.Valley. The base is the main centre for air force training. The

:08:18. > :08:22.prosecution said night flying includes safe take-off and landing

:08:23. > :08:26.drills and it was during these that Jenny pilots reported being

:08:27. > :08:30.distracted by bright lights which they have judged to come from the

:08:31. > :08:34.direction from John Arthur Jones land. A police surveillance officer

:08:35. > :08:37.saw him there with a torch. He said he was inspecting his property. In

:08:38. > :08:42.his opening statement, prosecuting counsel said John whether Jones had

:08:43. > :08:48.an ongoing animosity towards the RAF. He had written a letter of

:08:49. > :08:52.complaint and had developed an obsession, keeping notes of flying

:08:53. > :08:56.activity but whatever the rights and wrongs, he said what he did was

:08:57. > :09:03.cruel. John Arthur Jones denies all 13 charges and the case continues.

:09:04. > :09:08.Back to France now and the wheels squad were training today with Wayne

:09:09. > :09:12.Hennessey, the only absentee as the goalkeeper tries to recover from a

:09:13. > :09:17.back spasm. The rest of the players are all fit and ready to prepare and

:09:18. > :09:20.went on thirsty. We have been speaking to Joe Ledley.

:09:21. > :09:26.Back at work and with the exception of Wayne Hennessey, all fit. There

:09:27. > :09:29.were smiles as ever on the training ground this morning with one

:09:30. > :09:37.especially ecstatic to be part of this adventure. Exactly five weeks

:09:38. > :09:41.after fracturing his leg, Joe Ledley was representing his country in the

:09:42. > :09:46.European Championships. From the present moment, you think, that's

:09:47. > :09:51.it, it will be three months. I only had three weeks but the squad to be

:09:52. > :09:55.named so my bones started to heal pretty quickly and from there, I

:09:56. > :10:03.haven't looked back. How good was Bordeaux getting that 20 minutes?

:10:04. > :10:08.The adrenaline was working in site couldn't feel anything. It was just

:10:09. > :10:13.and has to. To get off to a winning start, it was vital. It was a great

:10:14. > :10:19.performance. We dug deep and got that when and if you ask any of the

:10:20. > :10:26.boys, it was probably the best selling their lives. So, it is on

:10:27. > :10:33.now but will England be favourites on thirsty? Is, I think they are.

:10:34. > :10:37.They have fantastic players and they are seeded higher than us. I think

:10:38. > :10:41.they are favourites and all the pressure will be on them.

:10:42. > :10:49.The weather is next. Is a case of dodging the showers in

:10:50. > :10:56.the next few days. Tonight, some dry weather. Showers in places as well.

:10:57. > :11:01.Also some low cloud and mist and fog patches and another mild night with

:11:02. > :11:05.those temperatures, 11 degrees. A mixed bag tomorrow night. Showers,

:11:06. > :11:10.heavy and sundry in places. There is a yellow warning in force. If you

:11:11. > :11:15.are lucky, you will miss the downpours and stay dry with a few

:11:16. > :11:19.bright intervals. Temperatures around average. Wednesday's charred

:11:20. > :11:23.shoes low-pressure setting of the UK and that means cloud and more

:11:24. > :11:27.showers. For Wednesday, some dry, bright weather but more showers

:11:28. > :11:32.coming in over the day and they could turn heavy and sundry in

:11:33. > :11:37.places. A mixture of sunshine and heavy showers but by the end of the

:11:38. > :11:42.week, it looks much drier and fresher with a northerly breeze on a

:11:43. > :11:45.Friday. Saturday should be dry and more settled thanks to high pressure

:11:46. > :11:49.but the signs are, it won't last. There is some rain on the way

:11:50. > :11:57.although the timing of this is uncertain. That's all for now.

:11:58. > :11:59.That's all for now, thank you for watching and from all of us, good

:12:00. > :12:06.night. I've brought you all here

:12:07. > :12:08.to lay out a vision - a team of radio presenters

:12:09. > :12:10.without equal. Actually, we're already...

:12:11. > :12:14.Wynne Evans - singer, raconteur.
