:03:10. > :03:16.Here's Political Editor Nick Servini.
:03:17. > :03:22.Is anyone listening to Jeremy Corbyn? This was the Labour leader
:03:23. > :03:26.in Cardiff in the referendum campaign, and it is his role in that
:03:27. > :03:33.that is at the centre of the crisis in the party. It is not exactly 180,
:03:34. > :03:38.but it was 172 of his own MPs who refuse to back him in a secret
:03:39. > :03:43.ballot. That was among MPs in Westminster but what about places
:03:44. > :03:49.like this? Labour club in Port Talbot? I spoke to two Labour
:03:50. > :03:52.councillors, one who wants Jeremy Corbyn to go, and one who wants him
:03:53. > :03:59.to stay. Regrettably I think he should step down. Because he has
:04:00. > :04:07.lost authority? I think so, yes, amongst his MPs. I am fearful that
:04:08. > :04:11.any event or a subsequent general election when it takes place at the
:04:12. > :04:15.core Labour vote will not come out in force. Surely there is something
:04:16. > :04:20.missing here between the membership and the MPs. The vast majority of
:04:21. > :04:23.the membership once Jeremy. Local councillors pride themselves with
:04:24. > :04:27.being in touch with their party members but no one really knows what
:04:28. > :04:30.would happen if there was another leadership contest. MPs believe much
:04:31. > :04:36.of the support that previously existed for Jeremy Corbyn is on the
:04:37. > :04:40.wane because the referendum was a game changer. Corbin loyalists say
:04:41. > :04:44.that Brexit has caused upheaval everywhere and the last thing
:04:45. > :04:51.neighbour needs to do is to throw things up in the air. -- Labour
:04:52. > :04:53.needs to do. The First Minister has refused to criticise Jeremy Corbyn
:04:54. > :04:57.but he has said that if he lost that level of support among his own am is
:04:58. > :05:01.he would find it difficult to continue and he had this level of
:05:02. > :05:06.assessment about the party prospects. The party is deeply
:05:07. > :05:10.divided. We have no hope of winning if it continues like this. There
:05:11. > :05:12.needs to be a resolution and that of course means a leadership contest.
:05:13. > :05:15.At the start of the week eight of Labour's shadow team had resigned.
:05:16. > :05:18.Three more have now followed, leaving one Welsh MP, Jo Stephens.

:05:21. > :05:24.prominent, with the shadow Welsh secretary role still vacant,
:05:25. > :05:34.despite being offered to four MPs, all of whom declined.
:05:35. > :05:39.Jeremy Corbyn supporters in Wales have warned that there could be
:05:40. > :05:45.consequences for the MPs who have gone against him. I think that we
:05:46. > :05:49.really do need to look at a more robust structure of accountability
:05:50. > :05:53.for our MPs, including mandatory reselection. I think for those MPs
:05:54. > :05:58.who have been consistently disloyal to the leadership then I think that
:05:59. > :06:01.is what political parties need to be considering. The driver may all be
:06:02. > :06:05.happening in Westminster at the moment but it looks increasingly
:06:06. > :06:11.likely that it will be resolved by voters in heart lit areas around the

:06:27. > :06:35.we did establish a cross-party agreement in the end. We got there.
:06:36. > :06:38.We managed to blend all the different viewpoints, from the Welsh
:06:39. > :06:42.nationalists to the Conservatives who were completely opposed to
:06:43. > :06:45.devolution. I managed to do that, I brought together the people around
:06:46. > :06:46.the table and we got a coherent position and we are taking forward a

:07:44. > :07:47.and Friday's match against Belgium will be the biggest game since 1958,
:07:48. > :07:53.that's What Gareth Bale thinks. Belgium are the favourites
:07:54. > :08:02.but will be wary of the Wales team, as Bale and his team mates beat them
:08:03. > :08:13.in qualification To know we can be the big teams give
:08:14. > :08:16.you do a bit more confidence for the team and you know you can go to the
:08:17. > :08:20.next level. Since beating Belgium we have gone up to another level and we
:08:21. > :08:25.have taken our game on. Obviously we have played more games in our system
