:00:55. > :00:57.As Britain prepares to leave the European Union,

:00:58. > :01:00.the pressure to find new, untapped markets for Wales,

:01:01. > :01:10.A taste of Wales in the food hall at the Royal Welsh Show.

:01:11. > :01:14.We have started exporting to China, Hong Kong, Japan, the US.

:01:15. > :01:23.We have dabbled with the Middle East, as well.

:01:24. > :01:25.From honey made in Powys exported all across the globe,

:01:26. > :01:27.to cheeses and ice cream and even bottled water,

:01:28. > :01:30.the show is not just a chance to sell to those

:01:31. > :01:33.Wales is still largely unknown overseas,

:01:34. > :01:38.Daniel says to reach new markets, building Brand Wales is key.

:01:39. > :01:43.We still need to understand each other, not only the products,

:01:44. > :01:45.but also the culture, the commercial things.

:01:46. > :01:51.If we could obtain better conditions between two countries,

:01:52. > :01:57.This organic milk is already exported to China and they hope that

:01:58. > :01:59.raising the profile internationally will boost trade for

:02:00. > :02:08.Wales having done well in the football has made the general

:02:09. > :02:12.awareness of Wales of a higher profile but we need Daniel

:02:13. > :02:18.to understand how green and fresh and different Wales is to China.

:02:19. > :02:24.So he is able to go and show off a product from Wales.

:02:25. > :02:30.Since 1999, the value of Wales' exports has jumped from ?1.7 billion

:02:31. > :02:36.It is not just food and drink here at the Show that

:02:37. > :02:41.There are all sorts of products looking to sell all over the world

:02:42. > :02:47.Our main market remains the UK but the percentage of exports has

:02:48. > :02:54.We are exporting more than 30% of our product range.

:02:55. > :02:57.And in due course, it could be over half of our output goes overseas.

:02:58. > :03:02.The First Minister was at the show today talking trade.

:03:03. > :03:04.He says despite the huge potential of global markets,

:03:05. > :03:08.securing access to the European market is the priority

:03:09. > :03:12.The bottom line has to be that when Brexit happens,

:03:13. > :03:16.our exporters can have access to that European market

:03:17. > :03:19.without having to pay extra to get into it.

:03:20. > :03:22.But to achieve that, it might well be that the UK

:03:23. > :03:25.Government has to also accept free movement of labour which could be

:03:26. > :03:31.At such an uncertain time, the need to find new ways to grow

:03:32. > :03:36.the Welsh economy for the future is more important than ever.

:03:37. > :03:38.The Pontypridd MP, Owen Smith says he's capable of getting

:03:39. > :03:47.Tonight, he's now the only candidate to challenge Jeremy Corbyn

:03:48. > :03:49.for the Labour leadership after Angela Eagle pulled

:03:50. > :03:52.The former Welsh Secretary, Lord Murphy, says he can

:04:22. > :04:25.Two people have been arrested tonight as part of a murder

:04:26. > :04:26.investigation in a north Wales village.

:04:27. > :04:30.The body of Emma Louise Borm was found in the garden of a house

:04:31. > :04:39.A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder -

:04:40. > :04:41.and a woman on suspicion of perverting the course of justice,

:04:42. > :04:49.The search for clues has extended beyond the small terraced house

:04:50. > :04:51.where Emma Louise Borm lived with her two-year-old son,

:04:52. > :04:52.to the surrounding streets and even the drains.

:04:53. > :04:58.It was in the early hours of a warm Sunday morning that one witness,

:04:59. > :05:01.who did not want to be identified, told me he heard a woman

:05:02. > :05:03.screaming and shouting, stop, please, and sorry,

:05:04. > :05:06.He rang 999 at about 4am, even describing hearing footsteps

:05:07. > :05:10.But when he woke up later that morning, he learned

:05:11. > :05:17.This quiet street is still absorbing the full horror of what happened.

:05:18. > :05:19.It is quite shocking because we are a close community

:05:20. > :05:24.and everyone perceives that things happen in big cities where people

:05:25. > :05:27.are found like this and we are just thinking of the family.

:05:28. > :05:29.It is just a close-knit community and virtually everybody knows

:05:30. > :05:37.And as I say, everybody helps each other out,

:05:38. > :05:42.This afternoon, a postmortem examination has been carried out.

:05:43. > :05:45.North Wales Police said they sent officers to investigate a possible

:05:46. > :05:47.disturbance in the early hours of yesterday but did not

:05:48. > :05:53.As is customary in such cases, the matter has been referred

:05:54. > :06:00.to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.

:06:01. > :06:03.On social media, those who knew Emma Louise Borm have been offering

:06:04. > :06:05.each other condolences and sharing memories of the last

:06:06. > :06:08.There are still many unanswered questions for family and friends.

:06:09. > :06:11.Some of whom have told us that they are too raw to speak

:06:12. > :06:15.to the media today but they have all paid tribute to a popular young

:06:16. > :06:19.woman who was a loving mother to her small son.

:06:20. > :06:21.Caerphilly Council has unanimously voted to scrap plans to build

:06:22. > :06:25.thousands of new houses, many on greenfield land.

:06:26. > :06:27.People in the area had protested that the plans

:06:28. > :06:29.for Caerphilly Mountain, and other green spaces

:06:30. > :06:32.around the town, would ruin the environment.

:06:33. > :06:35.The authority will instead work with neighbouring authorities

:06:36. > :06:42.A big drop in the number of district nurses in Wales is placing pressure

:06:43. > :06:44.on GP surgeries and emergency departments, according

:06:45. > :06:50.It claims a 42% reduction in district nurse numbers since 2009

:06:51. > :06:52.could also be contributing to re-admissions to hospital.

:06:53. > :06:57.The Welsh Government says the number of all nurses is up overall,

:06:58. > :06:59.and district nurses are increasingly being used to lead and

:07:00. > :07:09.Fire fighters have put out a fire on a bus in the centre

:07:10. > :07:12.It meant part of Castle street, near the Angel Hotel,

:07:13. > :07:16.No one was on board and nobody was injured.

:07:17. > :07:20.It's thought it was started accidentally.

:07:21. > :07:22.Football, and the New Saints have been knocked out

:07:39. > :07:41.Wales has been experiencing the hottest day of the year so far,

:08:07. > :08:08.stay warm tomorrow with some decent sunny spells but also some showers.

:08:09. > :08:10.Overnight, it'll stay muggy with cloud spreading

:08:11. > :08:13.Most places stay dry, but scattered heavy showers

:08:14. > :08:16.These may be heavy in parts of the north and west.

:08:17. > :08:20.Temperatures holding up in the high teens, low 20s, and it will feel

:08:21. > :08:26.There's a Met Office warning in place for a risk of those showers

:08:27. > :08:29.Torrential downpours possible, but also hit and miss.

:08:30. > :08:32.Tomorrow's chart shows a trough of low pressure moving

:08:40. > :08:43.So a few scattered showers tomorrow, especially further north and west,

:09:03. > :09:07.The best of the sunshine, further east across Wales,

:09:08. > :09:11.Temperatures lower than today, but still very warm.

:09:12. > :09:19.Thursday's cooler and fresher with a mixture of sunny spells

:09:20. > :09:26.and a just few scattered showers pushing in from the west later.

:09:27. > :09:39.It is that mix of sunny spells and just take you showers, probably dry

:09:40. > :09:41.on Friday and we keep the relatively warm weather but lose the heat as we
