:06:17. > :06:22.they have done it is amazing, they will be over the moon and absolutely
:06:23. > :06:25.buzzing. What will it mean for British sailing hopefully? It is

:07:01. > :07:03.them, it is great for South Wales and for her, they were disappointed
:07:04. > :07:09.after London but all of that hard effort has paid off and it is
:07:10. > :07:13.brilliant. Obviously sailing is not as easy and accessible as clicking a
:07:14. > :07:19.football around the park and you have had an event today to show that
:07:20. > :07:22.it can be for everybody. Yes, the club owns boats like every other
:07:23. > :07:27.club in south Wales so if you want to come down it doesn't really cost
:07:28. > :07:33.anything, people are always happy to take you out. So the champagne is
:07:34. > :07:38.nice here? Definitely. People can't wait for the race to start so the

:11:31. > :11:33.Put this into context for us - how does the class of 2016 compare
:11:34. > :11:45.The previous record medal haul for Welsh athletes was seven, set in
:11:46. > :11:51.London four years ago, three golds, for silver, won bronze. In Beijing,
:11:52. > :11:58.five medals. Only the one bronze in Athens in 2004, that was the David

:12:04. > :12:09.four gold medals, but only two of those were one in the same race, the
