:01:34. > :01:41.The judge described the venture, run by John Hargreaves

:01:42. > :01:43.and his son Matthew, as 'a sophisticated well

:01:44. > :01:44.organised operation, which risked the health

:01:45. > :02:00.Good morning. What's your name? When Powys Trading Standards raided the

:02:01. > :02:04.Hargreaves luxury home two years ago. Tonight, 69-year-old John

:02:05. > :02:08.Hargreaves and his 49-year-old son Matthew had been sentenced for

:02:09. > :02:13.selling cheap wine with 110 times the limit of the legal limit of

:02:14. > :02:19.hydrogen peroxide. It started to come undone at the

:02:20. > :02:22.Royal Welsh show when they began to sell teeth whitening products from a

:02:23. > :02:28.stand. -- cheap teeth whitening products.

:02:29. > :02:33.This post as customers and bought some of the goods, they were tested

:02:34. > :02:38.and shocked by results. The store was raided and goods

:02:39. > :02:42.seized. They were trading selling products which were over 6% hydrogen

:02:43. > :02:48.peroxide, which really means that they could be harmful for anybody

:02:49. > :02:52.using the products. Our investigation demonstrated that they

:02:53. > :02:58.were active at 150 sites throughout the UK. They were trading for at

:02:59. > :03:01.least eight years. Ruth Clements from Dorset wanted whiter teeth so

:03:02. > :03:06.she bought one of the home whitening kits from a stall at the show which

:03:07. > :03:10.cost her ?30. She told a BBC programme that she took it home but

:03:11. > :03:14.after putting it in her mouth, she had to take it out almost

:03:15. > :03:21.immediately. My gums began to burn after a very short time. A tingling

:03:22. > :03:24.sensation which was most uncomfortable, and soon became

:03:25. > :03:28.painful. My gums were actually on fire. Teeth whitening is a popular

:03:29. > :03:31.and modern way of lightning teeth which is used extensively in the

:03:32. > :03:33.UK... Professor Alan Gilmour is a

:03:34. > :03:41.consultant in district -- dentistry in Cardiff, he realises

:03:42. > :03:45.that teeth whitening is becoming more popular but is concerned as to

:03:46. > :03:48.how it is done. Safety is paramount and materials

:03:49. > :03:55.used need to be able to cause minimal or no harm, and affect

:03:56. > :03:58.whitening. Unfortunately, some materials at the wrong concentration

:03:59. > :04:02.or the wrong material themselves can cause sensitivity, sometimes

:04:03. > :04:07.extreme, and cause gums to be burned around the teeth. The judge said

:04:08. > :04:10.upon sentencing that this was a sophisticated and well organised

:04:11. > :04:15.family operation that was thoroughly dishonest, risking the health of the

:04:16. > :04:18.general public for a highly lucrative business. He sentenced

:04:19. > :04:21.Jonathan and Matthew Hargreaves to 18 months in prison each, Jean

:04:22. > :04:26.Hargreaves received a six-month suspended sentence.

:04:27. > :04:29.An Iranian man, living in Cardiff, has been sentenced for illegally

:04:30. > :04:30.helping asylum seekers into the country -

:04:31. > :04:36.It's the first case of its kind dealt with by the Regional Organised

:04:37. > :04:40.Cardiff Crown Court heard that 32 year old Mostafa Rabeh Lalaikah

:04:41. > :04:42.helped 4 Iranian women and 2 children enter the UK -

:04:43. > :04:45.in what was described as a carefully organised enterprise,

:04:46. > :04:46.where people were exploited for substantial gain.

:04:47. > :04:50.He was sentenced to 38 months in jail.

:04:51. > :04:53.If we are serious on addressing this problem, I think we need to continue

:04:54. > :04:59.to develop whatever information is available and look

:05:00. > :05:02.for information to get us to a point where we can

:05:03. > :05:05.identify these people and stamp this form of criminality out totally.

:05:06. > :05:07.To make Wales a hostile area for individuals

:05:08. > :05:08.who want to engage in

:05:09. > :05:19.A 43 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder

:05:24. > :05:27.A 61 year old man was taken to the University Hospital of Wales

:05:28. > :05:30.where he is said to be in a stable condition.

:05:31. > :05:33.A former Anglesey councillor has been jailed for 18 months

:05:43. > :05:46.night-time low-flying exercises close to his house.

:05:47. > :05:48.The judge described him as arrogant and said his actions

:05:49. > :05:58.Earlier this afternoon, Diane James was appointed UKIP leader -

:05:59. > :06:02.And Neil Hamilton, who leads UKIP's group in the Assembly here has

:06:03. > :06:10.Infighting has already seen the party's leader

:06:11. > :06:12.in Wales, Nathan Gill, decide to sit as an independent

:06:13. > :06:15.The party's conference is underway in Bournemouth and our

:06:16. > :06:17.political reporter Cemlyn Davies is there.

:06:18. > :06:31.Yes, Diane James is already making her mark, just a couple of hours

:06:32. > :06:37.after she took over as leader, this new revised agenda was distributed.

:06:38. > :06:41.The first thing we noticed was that Ukip's assembly group leader in

:06:42. > :06:45.Cardiff Bay, Neil Hamilton, who was done to speak tomorrow, has been

:06:46. > :06:48.replaced by Ukip's leader in Wales Nathan Gill.

:06:49. > :06:51.We know that there are tensions between the two men and did a couple

:06:52. > :06:55.of minutes I will be getting Neil Hamilton's reaction but this is yet

:06:56. > :07:02.another example of a deep division within Ukip.

:07:03. > :07:06.Bournemouth basked in glorious September sunshine today, perfect

:07:07. > :07:11.weather for the post EU referendum party Ukip had planned. And there

:07:12. > :07:15.were celebrations here. Cakes too. But there is no denying this is also

:07:16. > :07:17.a deeply divided party, especially in Wales where the knives have long

:07:18. > :07:28.been out, having been turning his back on the party,

:07:29. > :07:30.Nathan Gill was conspicuous by his absence at the Wales delegations

:07:31. > :07:35.conference stand. Instead he was showing support for

:07:36. > :07:38.Diane James, the party 's new leader, who took questions later

:07:39. > :07:43.from journalists. May I ask about the situation in Wales and how you

:07:44. > :07:48.plan to heal a deeply divided party in Wales with Nathan Gill sitting as

:07:49. > :07:57.an independent member. Nathan Gill has my 100% support. He's been a

:07:58. > :08:02.very, very valued member. CLAPPING In European Parliament. I trust him

:08:03. > :08:08.100% entirely in terms of his views and commitment to Ukip. I believe

:08:09. > :08:14.that she will now be able to professionalise on many different

:08:15. > :08:17.levels way needs to be done. She is pro-sorting out the NEC which is

:08:18. > :08:23.something that has to happen for us as well as a party internally. And I

:08:24. > :08:27.think that she's got a very big vision and it is the exact vision

:08:28. > :08:30.that I had for the party as well. This leadership race has further

:08:31. > :08:34.exposed the deep split within Ukip between those like Nathan Gill who

:08:35. > :08:38.believe the party should continue with Nigel Farage's approach, and

:08:39. > :08:40.those who feel it is time to change direction.

:08:41. > :08:44.Although today grassroots members from Wales from both wings of the

:08:45. > :08:50.party were keen to look to the future. At the end of the day, we

:08:51. > :08:54.all have to be united and obviously Diane is now our leader and we had

:08:55. > :08:59.to support her. I'm delighted that Diane James has won today. I think

:09:00. > :09:05.that she can review build upon the success and either ship that Nigel

:09:06. > :09:09.Farage has had -- rebuild. So that we can become successful

:09:10. > :09:14.opposition. Away from the conference, a former

:09:15. > :09:18.aide to Nigel Farage who continues to work for Nathan Gill has said

:09:19. > :09:21.that she has joined the Conservative.

:09:22. > :09:23.We have these divisions which are executing people with talent, that

:09:24. > :09:31.is not what he party needs going forward. The environment is probably

:09:32. > :09:36.the worst in Ukip, they are not able to profit from those big electoral

:09:37. > :09:39.gains. Despite successes this year, Ukip faces challenges and the new

:09:40. > :09:42.leader has significant rebuilding work to do.

:09:43. > :09:48.Ahead of next year 's local elections.

:09:49. > :09:51.I am now joined by Neil Hamilton. Mr Hamilton committee did not support

:09:52. > :09:58.Diane James in this leadership race. You are not speaking tomorrow now.

:09:59. > :10:01.How do you feel this evening? It is very perplexing, I think, that on

:10:02. > :10:06.behalf of Wales to hear from someone not a member of Ukip rather than the

:10:07. > :10:15.leader of the Ukip group in the assembly. Nathan at McGill is still

:10:16. > :10:18.the leader, isn't it right that he speaks?

:10:19. > :10:21.To be a leader you need followers, I've been democratically elected as

:10:22. > :10:25.the leader of the group in the assembly but it is up to Diane James

:10:26. > :10:30.as to who she hears from. Had she thinks it is too exciting

:10:31. > :10:34.and needs a sedative? Nathan Gill has Diane James's unequivocal

:10:35. > :10:38.support, are you worried about what it could mean for you and your

:10:39. > :10:42.position in the assembly, for example? I was voted by the Ukip

:10:43. > :10:48.members in the whole of Wales. As the lead candidate in West Wales. I

:10:49. > :10:52.was elected by the people of West Wales as assembly member and was

:10:53. > :10:56.elected by the group of assembly members as the

:10:57. > :11:02.Leader. None of that will change and giving Nathan a title without

:11:03. > :11:09.substance attached to it will make no difference at all. You spoken

:11:10. > :11:12.today about needing to lend factionalism in Ukip at the moment,

:11:13. > :11:15.you don't sound like a man prepared to compromise or play a part in

:11:16. > :11:20.uniting the party. That is exactly what I want to do

:11:21. > :11:25.but I do not think this helps, for no reason at all, I've not actually

:11:26. > :11:29.been informed the agenda has changed tomorrow officially.

:11:30. > :11:33.To be taken off the speaker's list and for my slot to be given to

:11:34. > :11:37.someone who isn't even a member of the assembly. What do you think the

:11:38. > :11:41.future holds for Ukip in Wales and Nathan Gill? I've no idea what the

:11:42. > :11:47.future holds for him, we have to wait for the conclusion into the

:11:48. > :11:58.investigation into allegations that he is misused his expenses.

:11:59. > :12:03.They are allegations. Yes, they are, but we continue to work hard in the

:12:04. > :12:08.semi and fighting council elections next year in a positive frame of

:12:09. > :12:15.mind. Thank you. Back to you, Lucy, from Bournemouth. -- work hard in

:12:16. > :12:20.the elections. Should we have more of a say

:12:21. > :12:23.in the treatment and care Well a new campaign called

:12:24. > :12:27.Choosing Wisely Wales - wants to encourage a more equal

:12:28. > :12:29.relationship between medical It comes amid concerns that up

:12:30. > :12:32.to twenty percent of NHS treatments 'do no good' -

:12:33. > :12:35.or might even cause harm. Here's our Health

:12:36. > :12:38.Correspondent, Owain Clarke. Use plenty of it,

:12:39. > :12:41.a generation or two of germs The traditional view of the Doctor

:12:42. > :12:44.and patient relationship. Doctor Finlay knew best,

:12:45. > :12:46.his patients needed The TV series is showing its age,

:12:47. > :12:49.but its attitude hasn't It's interesting that some

:12:50. > :12:53.conditions that come over from England to work in Wales have

:12:54. > :12:57.said that Welsh patients are that little bit more passive,

:12:58. > :12:58.though not quite so He's leading a new campaign to try

:12:59. > :13:05.and get us to take more control of decisions

:13:06. > :13:07.about our own care, but why? Where there is decision-making,

:13:08. > :13:11.patients feel greater ownership of that decision and are keen

:13:12. > :13:16.to follow it through. It tends to been more in keeping

:13:17. > :13:19.with their needs and experiences While training for the London

:13:20. > :13:24.Marathon, she noticed she was lacking energy

:13:25. > :13:33.and her heartbeat was a regular. she was lacking energy

:13:34. > :13:35.as her heartbeat was irregular. After discussing all of the options

:13:36. > :13:38.with a specialist, she decided to have a pacemaker mainly

:13:39. > :13:40.because it meant she I don't have the symptoms I had

:13:41. > :13:45.at all now, I hardly In fact, some of my friends

:13:46. > :13:48.are a bit jealous. They think I've got some

:13:49. > :13:50.kind of advantage now, But equally it is argued that

:13:51. > :13:59.patients will be less likely to want treatment if they understand it

:14:00. > :14:02.will not make much difference. It is estimated around 20% of tests

:14:03. > :14:04.and treatments carried out One example where more is not

:14:05. > :14:09.necessarily better is in There's almost this belief growing

:14:10. > :14:13.that an MRI scan will provide The key element is about having

:14:14. > :14:16.the confidence to keep So we are all being encouraged,

:14:17. > :14:24.when discussing treatment options, Second, what are the benefits

:14:25. > :14:31.and harms? And lastly, what can I do

:14:32. > :14:39.to help myself? Through taking more exercise

:14:40. > :14:48.or living more healthily? So what do the patients

:14:49. > :14:50.here in Prestatyn think? When you go to the doctor

:14:51. > :14:52.you are looking for a solution If I've got an opinion, I'll

:14:53. > :14:55.tell him. I used to have a doctor years ago -

:14:56. > :15:06.you walked into his office. He never looked up, he'd be

:15:07. > :15:08.writing everything down. A cigarette in one hand,

:15:09. > :15:11.and he'd say "sit You'd say yes, he'd say give it up,

:15:12. > :15:15.and he's there puffing away! So that wasn't

:15:16. > :15:16.a relationship really? And then he said, how long do

:15:17. > :15:20.you want a sick note for? He didn't even know

:15:21. > :15:22.why I'd gone there! The Choosing Wisely Wales

:15:23. > :15:25.campaign concedes that some will think that this

:15:26. > :15:27.is all about cutting costs. Others ask, can this work

:15:28. > :15:30.when patients usually get no more But what is clear is that compared

:15:31. > :15:35.to the days of Doctor Finlay, The question is, does

:15:36. > :15:38.it always need to? Disappointed, yet proud -

:15:39. > :15:50.Newport's Claire Griffiths denied bronze in her 5th

:15:51. > :15:52.and final paralympics. Preparations for Cardiff to become

:15:53. > :15:56.the City of the Unexpected - It was established in the aftermath

:15:57. > :16:07.of the BSE crisis to help support local producers -

:16:08. > :16:09.and 17 years on the Abergavenny Food Festival has grown

:16:10. > :16:11.into an international event - attracting chefs like

:16:12. > :16:13.Raymond Blanc and Rick Stein. It opens tomorrow and tens

:16:14. > :16:16.of thousands of visitors But some local traders in the town

:16:17. > :16:19.claim they're being They say they've been told to close

:16:20. > :16:28.for the weekend to make room for the event -

:16:29. > :16:43.without compensation. Sights, sounds and tastes of an

:16:44. > :16:47.international food Festival. For 17 years, Abergavenny has played host

:16:48. > :16:54.to producers, chefs, critics and visitors from across the world, an

:16:55. > :16:56.event that is flying high like the art installation the organisers

:16:57. > :17:00.helped pay for. But market traders will have to

:17:01. > :17:03.close over the weekend to make room for all of those visitors.

:17:04. > :17:08.This business has been in Robert's family for two generations. We are

:17:09. > :17:12.all small businesses here, it's difficult enough as it is but to

:17:13. > :17:17.lose two days has a big impact. When you lose half of a week 's wages you

:17:18. > :17:20.don't see other councillors losing their wage packages, they will still

:17:21. > :17:25.get paid. Other businesses have applied for one of 300 stalls at the

:17:26. > :17:29.festival itself, they cost hundreds of pounds though. This bakery says

:17:30. > :17:34.it is worth it. You can encourage people back to the

:17:35. > :17:39.business in the market in future. No reason why it cannot work on both

:17:40. > :17:44.sides. I don't know why people don't want the festival to come, they just

:17:45. > :17:47.want people to stop and give them a thought. The issue was only brought

:17:48. > :17:53.while retention yesterday and sadly it's too late for us to be involved.

:17:54. > :17:56.So next year, perhaps compensation or a different arrangement? I think

:17:57. > :17:59.that we would have to look at making sure these people have a good

:18:00. > :18:04.arrangement next year. Contractually, the issue is with mum

:18:05. > :18:11.and share council -- Monmouthshire. But we have to put these issues out.

:18:12. > :18:15.Robert received a token amount in compensation last year for lost

:18:16. > :18:19.trade, but no sign this year. I asked the council if they had spoken

:18:20. > :18:24.to some of the traders here about their concerns, about perhaps

:18:25. > :18:29.offering some sort of compensation for losing their pitch here this

:18:30. > :18:32.weekend. I also asked if the council received money from the food

:18:33. > :18:36.Festival this year as rent for this building. But I was told there was

:18:37. > :18:42.no one available for interview and the council had no information to

:18:43. > :18:46.act. Millions of pounds of spending

:18:47. > :18:49.power, some local businesses hoping for some thing slightly different

:18:50. > :18:51.next year though, to make them feel better.

:18:52. > :18:56.Time for tonight's Sport - here's Tomos.

:18:57. > :18:58.The Rio Paralympics enters its final weekend -

:18:59. > :19:01.Welsh athletes have so far contributed a total of 6 medals

:19:02. > :19:05.Tonight, Claire Griffiths from Newport is part of GB

:19:06. > :19:06.Women's most successful Wheelchair Basketball side

:19:07. > :19:09.just missed out on a bronze medal - she said this will be her

:19:10. > :19:27.Disappointed yet proud. Newport's Clare Griffiths helped the GB

:19:28. > :19:31.women's basketball team to their first appearance in a bronze medal

:19:32. > :19:35.match. But they lost to the Netherlands earlier, missing out on

:19:36. > :19:38.a medal. When a member of the Paralympics GB team wins a medal

:19:39. > :19:43.they are brought to British house to speak to the world's media. So far,

:19:44. > :19:47.six athletes have stepped onto the balcony for round after round of

:19:48. > :19:52.interviews in Welsh. There were gold medals for Rachel Morris, Hollie

:19:53. > :19:59.Arnold in javelin, table tennis player Rob Davis, and shot put

:20:00. > :20:04.Geordie Shore. One of the youngest Welsh

:20:05. > :20:11.competitors of the games, 19-year-old Sabrina Fortune, claimed

:20:12. > :20:15.a shot put bronze. It was a really good performance, a

:20:16. > :20:19.couple of chances still to come, but I think we would all say it has been

:20:20. > :20:24.a successful games for Welsh athletes. When it comes to sport, it

:20:25. > :20:28.has been a golden games, the best ever in terms of medals for

:20:29. > :20:31.Paralympics GB. The build-up they was branded a mess

:20:32. > :20:37.by the International Paralympic Committee. The games organisers

:20:38. > :20:41.Brazil were plagued by financial problems. With everything going on,

:20:42. > :20:45.my expectations were so low. To be fair though, it's been really good.

:20:46. > :20:52.Such a nice place. It would never beat London, London was phenomenal.

:20:53. > :20:58.But, for what it was, it was pretty special. My highlight was a la John

:20:59. > :21:03.Davies in the shot put which was remarkable. This man has been out

:21:04. > :21:05.here seven weeks volunteering as a Riojas met Angel, helping the

:21:06. > :21:14.athletes and spectators. It's been fun, everyone enjoying

:21:15. > :21:20.each other's company and sharing achievement and stories. With two

:21:21. > :21:25.days left, matching the 14 medals won by Welsh competitors at London

:21:26. > :21:26.2012 looks unlikely, but the Rio games have provided some memorable

:21:27. > :21:32.moments for athletes from Wales. Rugby - and the Scarlets face Ulster

:21:47. > :21:47.captain Sam Warburton will start his first

:21:48. > :21:49.competitive game of the season when Cardiff Blues

:21:50. > :21:52.host Glasgow Warriors. Both sides so unbeaten

:21:53. > :21:56.in the Pro 12. Football - and Swansea City's Neil

:21:57. > :21:59.Taylor could be left out of the team The Wales international

:22:00. > :22:02.was substituted before half-time last weekend as manager

:22:03. > :22:04.Francesco Guidolin changed Record signing Borja Baston

:22:05. > :22:08.could be on the bench after a thigh injury which has delayed his debut

:22:09. > :22:10.since a 15 million pound move and Non Stanford from Swansea

:22:11. > :22:17.are competing at the Triathlon World Series Grand Final

:22:18. > :22:26.in Mexico this weekend. Stanford, who finished

:22:27. > :22:27.4th at the Olympics, says she's considering taking part

:22:28. > :22:31.in 2 events at the The former World Champion wants

:22:32. > :22:40.to compete in the triathlon and in the 10,000

:22:41. > :22:48.meters on the track. I might look at doing some track,

:22:49. > :22:51.they have not released qualifying times yet or the timetables to see

:22:52. > :22:55.if it would be possible to double up on both events. It interests me, it

:22:56. > :22:59.is a different challenge. Normally the grand final is the biggest race

:23:00. > :23:04.of the year but for us it was three or four weeks ago. It's not as big

:23:05. > :23:07.as Rio, definitely! But I'm just happy to be here and see what my

:23:08. > :23:11.body can produce on the day. See how they get on on the BBC

:23:12. > :23:14.Red Button and Online Roald Dahl's centenary celebrations

:23:15. > :23:17.will continue this weekend, with Cardiff being transported

:23:18. > :23:20.into the "City of the Unexpected". Organisers remain tight-lipped

:23:21. > :23:22.about the detailed arrangements, but they say it will be the biggest

:23:23. > :23:25.arts event ever to happen on the streets of the capital,

:23:26. > :23:27.with thousands of artists and performers contributing

:23:28. > :23:29.to the spectacle. Our reporter Geraint Thomas had

:23:30. > :23:44.a look behind the scenes. It has been two years in the making,

:23:45. > :23:48.the pages of Roald Dahl's books will come to life on the streets of

:23:49. > :23:52.Cardiff this weekend in an event on the scale rarely seen in Wales.

:23:53. > :23:58.Around 6000 performers have been rehearsing to take part in the

:23:59. > :24:04.weekends events, including 2000 choristers, 1000 dancers, four brass

:24:05. > :24:10.bands and 40 bald men! These amateur performers will be taking part in

:24:11. > :24:13.one of over 75 spectacles staged across the centre of the capital

:24:14. > :24:18.after responding to an advert searching for hairless volunteers. I

:24:19. > :24:22.thought the question was quite interesting, are you a bald man?

:24:23. > :24:26.I've always been a fan of Roald Dahl, I'm half Swedish so the

:24:27. > :24:29.Scandinavian and Welsh connections were intriguing.

:24:30. > :24:33.I love Roald Dahl, I thought he was amazing. Great, I love Cardiff. I

:24:34. > :24:40.want to be part of something amazing for Cardiff. It is so far out of our

:24:41. > :24:45.comfort zones, I think we had to say yes to it. It would be like Roald

:24:46. > :24:50.Dahl is up there in the heavens with a control of logic and the city and

:24:51. > :24:53.traffic and the people... Nigel Jamieson has directed many

:24:54. > :24:58.world-famous large-scale events, including the Sydney Olympic opening

:24:59. > :25:03.ceremony. This National Theatre Wales and Wales millennium Centre

:25:04. > :25:07.collaboration is his latest project. Although the budget of course is

:25:08. > :25:12.nothing like the opening ceremonies, but I've been involved in in the

:25:13. > :25:16.past, in terms of sheer scale of time and energy and ideas, it is

:25:17. > :25:20.certainly, I think, one of the biggest things I've been involved

:25:21. > :25:24.in. I don't think any city has ever attempted anything like this. It

:25:25. > :25:29.really is a first. Don't forget we are counting down Wales's favourite

:25:30. > :25:33.Roald Dahl characters... Familiar faces and voices will be taking part

:25:34. > :25:38.in the weekend events. But, the exact details are being

:25:39. > :25:45.kept tightly under wraps. I never read Roald Dahl as a child, but

:25:46. > :25:49.thankfully because of the centenary celebrations, Roald Dahl has come

:25:50. > :25:51.into our home. But I'm not quite sure if I'm allowed to tell you what

:25:52. > :25:56.I'm doing. But if I don't say a word, I'm not

:25:57. > :26:02.spoiling anything! If you are in Cardiff, over Sunday, come over and

:26:03. > :26:05.see us at the castle. Some of Cardiff's they miss lummox will be

:26:06. > :26:12.transformed this weekend. For flash mobs to giant fruit to

:26:13. > :26:16.pyjama parties and pillow fights, the city of the unexpected aims to

:26:17. > :26:18.inspire visitors in Cardiff with Roald Dahl magic on the streets of

:26:19. > :26:23.the city that made him. Looks fantastic -

:26:24. > :26:25.but will the weather perform? Sue hoping for dry in Cardiff this

:26:26. > :26:27.weekend? After the humidity

:26:28. > :26:32.of the last few days - feeling much fresher

:26:33. > :26:35.as we head into the weekend, fairly settled with some

:26:36. > :26:36.decent sunny spells - Although rain is likely

:26:37. > :26:50.later on Sunday. Tonight's fairly quiet -

:26:51. > :26:51.the odd shower, otherwise clear dry spells -

:26:52. > :26:53.some cloud around - and slightly cooler

:26:54. > :26:55.than recent nights - High pressure builds

:26:56. > :26:59.from the SW into the weekend, keeping things settled -

:27:00. > :27:01.although this Atlantic low will start to push

:27:02. > :27:03.in later on Sunday. So a chillier start tomorrow -

:27:04. > :27:06.we swap the humidity for fresher, fine and settled weather with some

:27:07. > :27:11.decent sunny spells, variable amounts of cloud -

:27:12. > :27:13.it should stay dry for most with a cooler northerly breeze -

:27:14. > :27:16.16C in Conwy - 19 in Cardiff - temperatures back where they should

:27:17. > :27:18.be for mid-September. It stays clear tomorrow night -

:27:19. > :27:21.but this cold front will arrive Fine on Saturday evening,

:27:22. > :27:25.dry and quiet tomorrow night - and under those clearer skies

:27:26. > :27:32.temperatures will drop away - lower than of late, 7-13C,

:27:33. > :27:35.cooler in the countryside. A dry but chilly start to Sunday -

:27:36. > :27:38.sunny spells in the morning - but turning a bit cloudier

:27:39. > :27:41.from the west, with the threat of rain heading in later -

:27:42. > :27:43.reaching Anglesey and Pembs So we lose the humidity

:27:44. > :27:47.of the last few days - then we're in for a cooler,

:27:48. > :27:49.fresher weekend. More typical autumnal

:27:50. > :27:51.conditions to come next week. Finally today's picture,

:27:52. > :28:07.taken by one of our I will be back with a quick update

:28:08. > :28:08.at eight o'clock, but from all of us on the programme, good evening and a

:28:09. > :28:11.great weekend.
