:01:37. > :01:40.Mr Anglesea as an abuser because he was a powerful
:01:41. > :01:46.Gordon Anglesea denies the four charges against him.
:01:47. > :01:48.Today in the witness box one of his alleged victims was
:01:49. > :01:51.asked to explain how he had come to identify the former senior police
:01:52. > :01:55.The witness, now in his 40s, cannot be named for
:01:56. > :02:01.He gave his evidence from behind a screen.
:02:02. > :02:05.He says he was a teenager when he was abused.
:02:06. > :02:09.He told the jury he saw a man with a birthmark on his face at the
:02:10. > :02:18.He had been taken there because he had run away
:02:19. > :02:21.Its owner, John Allen, is serving a life
:02:22. > :02:28.Allen, the witness says, took him to a
:02:29. > :02:32.There he says he was indecently assaulted
:02:33. > :02:34.by the same man he saw in the police station.
:02:35. > :02:35.The man he now says is
:02:36. > :02:41.The prosecution asked the witness why he had not
:02:42. > :02:43.named the man in a number of police interviews.
:02:44. > :02:55.Gordon Anglesea was very powerful, he said.
:02:56. > :02:57.I was scared of getting stitched up if I took someone down.
:02:58. > :03:01.The jury was told it was not until 2014 in the prison therapy session
:03:02. > :03:02.that the witness fully identifying Gordon Anglesea.
:03:03. > :03:05.Then came the cross-examination and the defence
:03:06. > :03:07.drew attention to the witness' criminal record.
:03:08. > :03:09.More than 60 burglaries, four robberies,
:03:10. > :03:16.She asked the witness why he had not identified Gordon
:03:17. > :03:18.Anglesea as his abuser until relatively recently and they were
:03:19. > :03:21.angry exchanges which he questioned him about compensation.
:03:22. > :03:24."You knew he had won over one third of a million
:03:25. > :03:29.pounds in compensation in a libel trial," she said.
:03:30. > :03:30."I don't want compensation, I want justice,"

:03:42. > :03:45.The men are from the north-west of England and have been named
:03:46. > :03:48.locally as Scott Penlington and Nick Jefferies.

:04:15. > :04:20.yesterday have been named locally as. Pending, and Nick Jefferies,
:04:21. > :04:25.understood to be from home chapel. They were flying from the North West
:04:26. > :04:31.of England to an airfield in south Wales when their light aircraft came
:04:32. > :04:36.down here. There families have been informed and are now being supported
:04:37. > :04:42.by a family liaison officers. We can see there is still a police presence
:04:43. > :04:46.there this evening. Yes. The police cordoned behind me has been here
:04:47. > :04:56.since yesterday lunchtime. We are about two miles north of... And the
:04:57. > :05:00.crash site is just behind us police officers but due to the sensitive
:05:01. > :05:04.nature of the investigation and the recovery work this is as close as we
:05:05. > :05:09.are allowed to get to the site. Local witnesses called the emergency
:05:10. > :05:13.services to this spot yesterday lunchtime immediately after they saw
:05:14. > :05:19.the micro light coming down. They were too upset to talk on camera
:05:20. > :05:23.today. I spoke to several local people who are short list would take

:06:25. > :06:26.could be sometime before the exact nature of the crash is clear.

:20:07. > :20:10.Last year it did a survey of people's bins and found that over
:20:11. > :20:12.half of what was thrown away could be recycled.
:20:13. > :20:15.The council says putting that extra waste into landfill tips
:20:16. > :20:18.It is a fact sometimes people need a nudge,
:20:19. > :20:21.and when we went to fortnightly refuse collections that
:20:22. > :20:24.increased recycling from below 20% to up to 40%.
:20:25. > :20:31.It has been proven in other areas and other parts of the country that
:20:32. > :20:37.reducing refuge collection frequency does increase recycling.
