:05:39. > :05:47.During Storm Angus water was streaming off
:05:48. > :05:54.Mark's house and around 50 others behind me were damaged in the flood.
:05:55. > :05:57.The nearest river is within 200 metres of Mark's house.
:05:58. > :06:03.It is at the bottom of the hill on the other side
:06:04. > :06:06.of the main road but both he and his local Assembly Member say
:06:07. > :06:08.the river had nothing to do with the flooding.

:07:15. > :07:17.to a victim of sexual abuse for the poor support he received.

:07:20. > :07:22.a victim told our reporter that he hoped for some
:07:23. > :07:23.closure by sharing his story with the inquiry.
:07:24. > :07:26.But he says he's "devastated" by the way he's been treated.

:07:48. > :07:53.on a youth summer camp in Porthcawl in the 70s by a man supposed to be

:08:15. > :08:19.Tony's that launch the Independent enquiry into child sex abuse, set up
:08:20. > :08:24.in 2014 by then Home Secretary Theresa May, to look at abuse
:08:25. > :08:28.allegations by private and public institutions. An office opened in
:08:29. > :08:33.Cardiff two months ago and survivors like Tony were urged to come forward
:08:34. > :08:36.and share their stories. A support worker contacted Tony before his
:08:37. > :08:42.appointment and was shocked when he started crying and she spoke of her
:08:43. > :08:44.own abuse. Tony said he ended up cancelling -- counselling her. When
:08:45. > :08:49.he hung up the phone he was devastated. It was like a train
:08:50. > :08:54.running over me. I did not know what to do. You are hopeful by giving
:08:55. > :09:01.evidence you will have some kind of closure. But at the moment the wound
:09:02. > :09:08.is opened. It is open big-time. More than ever. You cannot lock it, open
:09:09. > :09:15.it and lock it and open it all the time at will. Do you have concerns
:09:16. > :09:19.for other people? Absolutely. This affects people in different ways. I
:09:20. > :09:24.have been quite strong. You don't know who is out there. The people
:09:25. > :09:31.coming forward, they could be suicidal. By the outcome. When the
:09:32. > :09:36.office opened in Cardiff in October Professor Alexis J denied the quarry
:09:37. > :09:42.-- in quarry was in crisis despite being the fourth chairwoman in two
:09:43. > :09:50.years. -- enquiry. There has been criticism the remit is too broad. I

:10:12. > :10:17.enquiry says changes have been made to make sure this does not happen to
:10:18. > :10:20.anyone else. Tony Hadley three other men are pursuing civil claims
:10:21. > :10:23.against Cardiff Council for damages. -- and the three other men. The
:10:24. > :10:26.council said it takes the allegations very seriously but
:10:27. > :10:31.cannot comment on the case while it is ongoing. Tony has still not given
:10:32. > :10:34.his evidence but he hopes the new year will bring some closure to the
:10:35. > :10:38.memories that afforded him for decades.
