:02:30. > :02:35.So it's no wonder that the number of YouTubers from Wales

:02:36. > :02:39.is on the rise, but what does it take to be a successful vlogger?

:02:40. > :02:43.All you need is an idea and a camera, right?

:02:44. > :02:45.So many people were contacting me asking for information about how

:02:46. > :02:48.I produced my nail designs on my Facebook page

:02:49. > :02:51.and it was taking me so long to reply to them that I thought

:02:52. > :02:54.it is just going to be easier to film it on my phone,

:02:55. > :03:00.stick it on YouTube and then give my friends the links.

:03:04. > :03:06.and I show people on YouTube how they can grow their

:03:07. > :03:12.After building up an authentic brand creating content that is easy

:03:13. > :03:14.to follow and entertaining, can you really make

:03:15. > :03:23.It depends upon the number of followers that you have,

:03:24. > :03:25.but if for example you have over one million followers,

:03:26. > :03:31.then you can conceivably have a very good income of over ?20,000 a year.

:03:32. > :03:35.There is one thing that many Welsh vloggers say is holding them back.

:03:36. > :03:37.A lot of places have not been upgraded yet,

:03:38. > :03:39.so if you're thinking about doing that, check your broadband speeds

:03:40. > :03:42.before you start because it is make or break when you're

:03:43. > :03:48.It means that when I have about 0.2 megabytes per second

:03:49. > :03:51.and I have a video that is 400 megabytes, you can do the maths

:03:52. > :03:54.and realise it takes a long time and what I have to do is go

:03:55. > :03:57.to my college and use the Wi-Fi there, so I can

:03:58. > :04:05.The Welsh Government says the aim is to bring fast reliable broadband

:04:06. > :04:07.to every property in Wales and that the programme

:04:08. > :04:13.in which it is investing ?80 million still has a year left to run.

:04:14. > :04:16.But for the Welsh vloggers who work in a rapidly changing

:04:17. > :04:17.high-definition world, the wait for fibre-optic broadband
