:00:08. > :00:12.Tonight, there s still no explanation.

:00:13. > :00:20.She said I could not go on the plane. I said I had every documents

:00:21. > :00:21.needed. They could not give me an explanation and I asked the question

:00:22. > :00:41.more than once. A jealous man who murdered his

:00:42. > :00:44.girlfriend after getting "paranoid" about her being unfaithful

:00:45. > :00:50.is jailed for life. This is one of the most dangerous

:00:51. > :00:53.jobs in the country. Tonight, the new film

:00:54. > :00:58.to highlight safety at sea. Generations have

:00:59. > :01:00.holidayed in Porthcawl. Now the resort is being reinvented

:01:01. > :01:02.with a new multi-million And in tonight's sport: The

:01:03. > :01:13.countdown to the Champions League. A hundred days until the women s

:01:14. > :01:16.final, part of the biggest A teacher from Swansea says he's

:01:17. > :01:26.still waiting for answers after he was removed from a flight

:01:27. > :01:29.to New York while on a school trip. 25-year-old Juhel Miah who teaches

:01:30. > :01:33.at Llangatwg Community School in Neath was flying from Reykjavik

:01:34. > :01:37.in Iceland to the United States when The First Minister Carwyn Jones has

:01:38. > :01:44.written to the Foreign Secretary, asking him to pursue the matter

:01:45. > :02:05.urgently with US authorities. I can't believe this is happening.

:02:06. > :02:08.Honestly, I feel like a criminal. The thoughts of Juhel Miah recorded

:02:09. > :02:14.on its phones moment after he was excluded off a plane bound for New

:02:15. > :02:18.York without any explanation. It was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime

:02:19. > :02:23.trip to Iceland and the US but for maths teacher Juhel Miah he will

:02:24. > :02:29.remember it for the wrong reasons. Having spent a few days with pupils

:02:30. > :02:33.and staff in Reykjavik he made his way through passport control to fly

:02:34. > :02:38.to the US. As he did so he was told he had been randomly selected for a

:02:39. > :02:47.security check. They took me into this room. Two of the people were

:02:48. > :02:57.checking me. I took my jacket off and my bag offer. Then I had to take

:02:58. > :03:08.my jumper of. They checked me and made me take my shoes off. Then they

:03:09. > :03:12.rubbed the swab all of my back. As collected pupils passport it was

:03:13. > :03:15.then a US Homeland Security official approached him and asked him to

:03:16. > :03:20.leave the plane and return to the airport terminal. I have just been

:03:21. > :03:29.kicked off the plane. I'm not going to New York. My bag is already off

:03:30. > :03:34.the plane. Juhel Miah was eventually told he would not be travelling to

:03:35. > :03:38.New York. As soon as she said I'm not allowed on the plane I asked her

:03:39. > :03:43.on what grounds because I had my Visa and every document needed and

:03:44. > :03:48.they could not give me an explanation and they asked the

:03:49. > :03:52.question more than once. After he was taken off the flight Juhel Miah

:03:53. > :03:56.returned to the UK the following day alone. He has since told me he's had

:03:57. > :04:01.no answers as to why he was removed from the flight to New York. They've

:04:02. > :04:08.put the council says it is written to the US to express its dismay at

:04:09. > :04:11.the treatment of Juhel Miah. The First Minister Carwyn Jones has also

:04:12. > :04:14.written to Boris Johnson urging the Foreign Secretary to pursue the

:04:15. > :04:19.matter with the US authorities. In his letter Mr John states that it is

:04:20. > :04:23.passport holders should not be affected by the US government 's

:04:24. > :04:26.travel ban which has been suspended. Adding it appears that both the UK

:04:27. > :04:30.Government 's travel advice and the UK's agreement with the US

:04:31. > :04:35.government have been disregarded in this instance. He goes on to say I

:04:36. > :04:41.should be grateful for your urgent consideration on this matter. We

:04:42. > :04:47.have had Donald Trump's decision in the UK -- and the US and that policy

:04:48. > :04:51.has been suspended but it seems to be pretty likely this may be a

:04:52. > :04:53.consequence of that. Both the US Embassy and the White House have

:04:54. > :04:59.been asked to comment. I kept the school Juhel Miah said he would like

:05:00. > :05:02.to travel to the US one day but for now continues to wait for answers as

:05:03. > :05:03.to why on this occasion he was treated differently to everyone

:05:04. > :05:07.else. A barman has been jailed for life

:05:08. > :05:10.for murdering his wealthy Chinese girlfriend who moved to Britain

:05:11. > :05:12.to improve her education. Cardiff Crown Court heard how

:05:13. > :05:15.24-year-old Xixi Bi was killed by Jordan Matthews in a vicious

:05:16. > :05:17.and prolonged attack. Judge Nicola Davies said

:05:18. > :05:19.it was the "tragic culmination" of a course of physical and verbal

:05:20. > :05:25.abuse over a number of months. Clever, beautiful and much loved

:05:26. > :05:31.by her family back in China, Xixi Bi was studying for a Masters

:05:32. > :05:34.degree in the Welsh capital. The 24-year-old had

:05:35. > :05:37.started a relationship She showered him with gifts,

:05:38. > :05:43.bought him a car and paid the rent on their flat

:05:44. > :05:46.in the Llandaffdistrict of the city. But the relationship became abusive

:05:47. > :05:48.and the court heard he regularly beat her until one attack in August

:05:49. > :05:53.last year resulted in her murder. Cardiff Crown Court heard that

:05:54. > :05:56.Xixi Bi suffered 41 injuries including broken ribs

:05:57. > :05:58.and a broken jaw. She also had healing fractures

:05:59. > :06:01.from alleged previous attacks. The court heard how a weapon similar

:06:02. > :06:04.to a steel rod was used. Xixi Bi's death is the latest case

:06:05. > :06:10.in an ever-increasing problem here. In the year ending March 2016

:06:11. > :06:14.there were 18 murders resulting In total more than 36,000

:06:15. > :06:19.incidents were recorded here. However, just over 6000 cases

:06:20. > :06:23.resulted in a prosecution. Across the UK, the British Crime

:06:24. > :06:26.Survey revealed 1.2 million women were victims of domestic abuse

:06:27. > :06:32.and the vast majority Prime Minister Theresa May has vowed

:06:33. > :06:38.to directly oversee the creation The government is now consulting

:06:39. > :06:44.with experts about what should be included in any new domestic

:06:45. > :06:47.violence and abuse act. We don't know yet what this act

:06:48. > :06:50.will be and we don't know yet whether it will cover

:06:51. > :06:52.Wales within that. From our perspective

:06:53. > :06:55.what we would like to see is a lot of work being done around preventing

:06:56. > :06:57.domestic abuse and sexual violence to begin with so we work in schools

:06:58. > :07:02.and in education with young people and children, but also work

:07:03. > :07:06.within the community to enable women to access support

:07:07. > :07:11.where and when they need it. In the case of Xixi Bi

:07:12. > :07:14.there was evidence of previous attacks and hospital visits

:07:15. > :07:16.for months before she died. Matthews had pleaded guilty

:07:17. > :07:18.to manslaughter but the jury decided Sentencing Matthews to life

:07:19. > :07:25.the judge told him, over a period of months you regularly

:07:26. > :07:29.subjected her to abuse. The murder, she said,

:07:30. > :07:32.was the tragic culmination of physical and verbal conduct,

:07:33. > :07:37.and violence to which She said he should serve

:07:38. > :07:44.a minimum of 18 years before A couple from south Wales have been

:07:45. > :07:55.found murdered in South Africa. The bodies of Christine Solik,

:07:56. > :07:58.who was originally from Mountain Ash, and her husband,

:07:59. > :08:01.Roger, were found 50 miles from their home

:08:02. > :08:03.in the Kwazulu-Natal Police in South Africa believe

:08:04. > :08:08.they were kidnapped from their home Labour is investigating complaints

:08:09. > :08:13.about Carmarthenshire party members involved in a row over changing

:08:14. > :08:15.Llangenech Primary School Councillor Tegwen Devichand

:08:16. > :08:20.allegedly shared material with far On Sunday it emerged

:08:21. > :08:35.Councillor Michaela Beddows had been suspended from the party

:08:36. > :08:36.temporarily, but Labour didn't reveal the reason

:08:37. > :08:38.behind the decision. A ?15 million discount travel scheme

:08:39. > :08:41.for young people that was axed by the Welsh Government

:08:42. > :08:42.has been reinstated. Ministers had been criticised

:08:43. > :08:45.for scrapping My Travel Pass, which gives sixteen to eighteen year

:08:46. > :08:52.olds a third off bus travel. More TV dramas, comedy programmes

:08:53. > :08:54.and entertainment shows will be coming to your screen after the BBC

:08:55. > :08:57.announced it s increasing the amount But the total falls short

:08:58. > :09:02.of what some politicians Let's talk to our arts and media

:09:03. > :09:08.correspondent Huw Thomas. What will this mean

:09:09. > :09:22.for television viewers in Wales? Think of the dramas like satellite

:09:23. > :09:26.city and comedies, these are the kinds of programmes BBC Wales says

:09:27. > :09:31.there will be more of once this investment kicks in. By 2020 there

:09:32. > :09:36.will be an extra ?8.5 million a year to spend from the BBC in London on

:09:37. > :09:40.in this language TV programmes. That will be added to the 21 million or

:09:41. > :09:45.so which is already spent on programmes here. Making TV

:09:46. > :09:48.programmes is expensive but BBC Wales says there will be noticeable

:09:49. > :09:53.impact on the from this new investment. The ambition is that the

:09:54. > :09:58.BBC will just be showing these programmes on BBC One Wales or on

:09:59. > :10:03.the BBC Wales services, that at least half of them will make it onto

:10:04. > :10:10.the network which means they will be seen I BBC audiences across the UK.

:10:11. > :10:13.Why this announcement? Three years ago the head of the BBC came to

:10:14. > :10:17.Cardiff and said he felt English-language programming had

:10:18. > :10:22.been eroded over the previous ten years. It started a debate with

:10:23. > :10:26.everyone from the First Minister through to the Institute of Welsh

:10:27. > :10:30.Affairs contributing to say that what was needed was more money and

:10:31. > :10:35.that actually about ?30 million would have meaningful impact. So

:10:36. > :10:38.there has been some criticism that the ?8.5 million has not come close

:10:39. > :10:45.to match the levels that were spent on in this language programming a

:10:46. > :10:47.decade ago. Bethan Jenkins from the Culture Committee called for the ?30

:10:48. > :10:54.million figure and this was her reaction. I think it has been a long

:10:55. > :11:01.time coming. We do welcome any investment. If 50% increase is

:11:02. > :11:05.something we will look forward to but we would see it falls short of

:11:06. > :11:11.the ?30 million a year increase we wanted to see. The first fruits of

:11:12. > :11:14.this announcement will be revealed in the next few days. BBC Wales has

:11:15. > :11:18.commissioned two new dramas and they will be revealing a few more details

:11:19. > :11:22.about those in the days to come. The seaside and funfair

:11:23. > :11:25.have entertained holiday And some nasty conditions on the way

:11:26. > :11:33.on Thursday thanks to storm Doris. South Wales Fire and Rescue service

:11:34. > :11:43.says it hopes the conviction of a former safety consultant

:11:44. > :11:46.who gave "valueless advice" will help bring in new rules

:11:47. > :11:48.to regulate the industry. 59-year-old Brian Fakir was given

:11:49. > :11:51.a six month suspended sentence for failing to carry out proper risk

:11:52. > :11:54.assessment for charity shops in Aberdare, Bargoed,

:11:55. > :11:56.Blackwood and Caldicot. Cardiff Crown Court heard anyone

:11:57. > :11:58.can set themselves up as a fire safety expert,

:11:59. > :12:15.something the fire Fire crews were amazed no one was

:12:16. > :12:22.killed here in Pontypool in 2014. A charity shop gutted and the flat

:12:23. > :12:26.above destroyed. Just months later another Saint Davids Hospice shop

:12:27. > :12:33.was also destroyed by fire in Newbridge. Nobody was prosecuted but

:12:34. > :12:41.a wider investigation began. This is Brian Fakir. Lives depended on his

:12:42. > :12:45.reports being suitable and sufficient but they weren't. He

:12:46. > :12:51.failed in his duty 13 times. This was a shop he assessed in Aberdare.

:12:52. > :12:55.Escape routes blocked, no appropriate fire alarm fitted. He

:12:56. > :13:03.didn't even record that this basement existed as part of a shop

:13:04. > :13:05.he assessed in Blackwood. The judge handed Brian Fakir a six month

:13:06. > :13:11.suspended jail sentence and ordered that the complete 180 hours

:13:12. > :13:16.committee service. He told in your assessments failed to address the

:13:17. > :13:20.most obvious risks. It seems to me they were valueless. He also told

:13:21. > :13:24.the court it was jaw-dropping that anyone could set themselves up as a

:13:25. > :13:28.consultant and give fire safety advice without having any formal

:13:29. > :13:31.quotations. South Wales Fire and rescue hope this case will help them

:13:32. > :13:36.in their campaign to change the rules. It is a vital piece of

:13:37. > :13:41.legislation. The skill sets and require -- requires to identify this

:13:42. > :13:45.and we're talking about potential loss of life and serious injury, we

:13:46. > :13:49.have to have people qualified and experienced to undertake that work.

:13:50. > :13:55.Saint Davids Hospice has furnished this shop that has had to spend tens

:13:56. > :13:57.of thousands of pounds reassessing all its properties. The Fire Service

:13:58. > :13:59.is now urging other customers to get in touch.

:14:00. > :14:02.The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales says he's "disappointed"

:14:03. > :14:04.that Bridgend Council has rejected his recommendation

:14:05. > :14:07.to compensate a man who grew up in foster care for failing

:14:08. > :14:13.In December, Nick Bennett said the council should pay Rob Johnson

:14:14. > :14:16.more than ?3,000 by January but the payment has not been made.

:14:17. > :14:25.Rob Johnson was two-years-old when he was fostered but having

:14:26. > :14:29.turned 18 he's starting to stand on his own two feet.

:14:30. > :14:32.His carers had put money aside for him.

:14:33. > :14:35.However, when Rob asked the council for his savings when he left care,

:14:36. > :14:39.there was substantially less than he was expecting.

:14:40. > :14:43.He still hopes that he'll receive the full amount.

:14:44. > :14:53.It would make my life better. It's my money and it's not been given to

:14:54. > :15:02.me. I feel a bit let down by the council. I want you to get justice.

:15:03. > :15:03.Following an investigation, the Ombudsman agreed some

:15:04. > :15:05.of the savings were wrongly used by the council.

:15:06. > :15:08.He'll meet with officials tomorrow to discuss the case.

:15:09. > :15:17.I hope I can persuade the council leader that it would be a very

:15:18. > :15:20.disappointing message to the people of Bridgend and further afield if

:15:21. > :15:21.they cannot see they have a responsibility to put this wrong

:15:22. > :15:24.right. The Ombudsman says he will issue

:15:25. > :15:26.a further special report if the authority doesn t

:15:27. > :15:36.change its stance Bridgend council said it takes its

:15:37. > :15:40.role as a corporate parent seriously and the council goes on to explain

:15:41. > :15:43.that as the ombudsman has recognised this case raises issues at the

:15:44. > :15:47.national level and that it would be inappropriate to seek a deal with

:15:48. > :15:52.them at a local level. The thing about an individual case like this

:15:53. > :15:57.is that it highlights a crack in the system and once this case is

:15:58. > :16:04.resolved the Welsh Government and the Welsh Local Government

:16:05. > :16:08.Association will look at the consistency of rights to savings and

:16:09. > :16:09.pocket money are being applied right across Wales to make sure it is

:16:10. > :16:11.consistent and fair. This case may have wider

:16:12. > :16:14.implications in the long run but the focus will now be

:16:15. > :16:16.on tomorrow's meeting, and whether Rob Johnson

:16:17. > :16:27.will get his money or not. The sister of a Welsh fisherman

:16:28. > :16:30.who died in an accident on his boat is helping to lead a new campaign

:16:31. > :16:33.to improve safety at sea. In a film produced by the RNLI,

:16:34. > :16:36.Yona Hughes, from the Lleyn peninsular, speaks movingly

:16:37. > :16:38.about her brother. Gareth Jones died after getting

:16:39. > :16:40.caught up in deck machinery while he was fishing alone

:16:41. > :16:55.on his boat. He was my younger brother, two years

:16:56. > :17:02.between us. We were great friends. Yona Hughes was close to her

:17:03. > :17:07.brother. He knew everyone in the village and the area and because of

:17:08. > :17:12.his work he knew various fishermen from across the country. Dafydd

:17:13. > :17:16.Jones grew up with the sea and boats. He was 36 when he died in

:17:17. > :17:21.March 20 14. He was fishing alone when his clothing got caught up in a

:17:22. > :17:30.deck winch. Because he was on his own he wasn't able to free himself.

:17:31. > :17:36.Complete and utter shock. It was just awful. I couldn't believe such

:17:37. > :17:40.a thing happened. But it did happen and all too frequently. The RNLI

:17:41. > :17:48.said it launched 450 times to commercial fishing related incidents

:17:49. > :17:52.last year. Sean Williams 's secretary of the pot fishermen 's

:17:53. > :18:00.Association. I want to make it as safe as possible to work

:18:01. > :18:10.single-handedly. Half the fishermen work single-handedly and it is a

:18:11. > :18:17.dangerous occupation. I try now to think about everything I do

:18:18. > :18:22.carefully. With problems often caused by older equipment the RNLI

:18:23. > :18:28.is now urging operators to take advantage of an EU fund to improve

:18:29. > :18:31.safety. You need to come home their families at the end of the day and

:18:32. > :18:35.you need to keep yourself safe and your boat well equipped.

:18:36. > :18:38.Tonight's sport now. Here's Tomos.

:18:39. > :18:40.It's the biggest sporting event of the year with 200 million people

:18:41. > :18:42.expected to watch on TV around the world.

:18:43. > :18:45.For the first time Wales will host the Champions League

:18:46. > :18:49.Before the men's final, the women will take centre stage

:18:50. > :18:59.at the Cardiff City Stadium 100 days from now.

:19:00. > :19:10.It kicked off with a quiet staging a flash mob. Previously quiet corner

:19:11. > :19:19.of this Cardiff library as confused at first. Organisers hope the

:19:20. > :19:27.women's game will be given a go because staging both finals has its

:19:28. > :19:36.advantages. It gives the spectators a chance to see both finals. For the

:19:37. > :19:44.national team manager and ambassador for the finals it's a chance to grow

:19:45. > :19:48.the game here. Jayne Ludlow was forced away from the sport as a

:19:49. > :19:54.teenager. Too few opportunities free and girls. I went back to track and

:19:55. > :19:59.field for a few years because they weren't many female clubs in Wales.

:20:00. > :20:04.It has grown and we want to push down any boundaries. Events like

:20:05. > :20:08.this can only help us do that. This singer got his hands on the first

:20:09. > :20:15.ticket. Organisers are hoping to sell 15,000. At ?6 for adults and

:20:16. > :20:22.three times the children they are a fraction of the cost of the men's

:20:23. > :20:27.final with top tickets are ?390. They will be hoping for better

:20:28. > :20:34.weather in June when both the finals will take place. Part of a four-day

:20:35. > :20:39.festival of football. Large parts of Cardiff will be transformed to cater

:20:40. > :20:43.for tens of thousands of fans. The only British side left in the

:20:44. > :20:50.competition, Manchester City, have just signed Carli Lloyd, the player

:20:51. > :20:53.who won the World Cup for the USA. The lights of Barcelona are also

:20:54. > :20:57.aiming to make it to Cardiff. Whichever teams contest the final

:20:58. > :21:01.there is no doubt it will be a massive that is to security

:21:02. > :21:04.challenge, staging the biggest sporting event of 2017.

:21:05. > :21:07.Newport County, four points adrift at the bottom of League Two,

:21:08. > :21:10.County are expected to have Mitch Rose available after appealing

:21:11. > :21:12.the midfielder's red card in the defeat at Cambridge

:21:13. > :21:19.To rugby and George North is on course to return from injury

:21:20. > :21:21.for Wales' Six Nations game against Scotland on Saturday.

:21:22. > :21:24.The wing missed the defeat to England with a leg injury,

:21:25. > :21:26.but defence coach Shaun Edwards says he's trained today and there

:21:27. > :21:45.We are looking very healthy at the moment. Healthier than we were in

:21:46. > :21:51.the England week. We are going to be selecting from strength. We are

:21:52. > :21:55.aware of the threat from Scotland. The games are won and lost upfront

:21:56. > :21:59.and the forward battle will be pivotal.

:22:00. > :22:06.The team is announced on Thursday. Back to you, Jamie.

:22:07. > :22:15.Generations of holiday by the seaside in Porthcawl the visitors

:22:16. > :22:16.have declined. Now they will be multi-million pound maritime centre

:22:17. > :22:31.will. Riding high above Porthcawl in its

:22:32. > :22:36.heyday. For decades tourists have flocked to this town attracted by

:22:37. > :22:42.its caravan parks and beaches. But in recent years although visitors

:22:43. > :22:46.have continued to come here some argue it's a shadow of what it once

:22:47. > :22:51.was. There was a massive building here which was a cinema. Victor

:22:52. > :22:55.Davis is Porthcawl born and bred and has lived here for 82 years

:22:56. > :22:59.witnessing its ups and downs. Growing up here in the 30s and 40s

:23:00. > :23:02.he and his friends would take advantage of the high volume of

:23:03. > :23:08.people coming into the town. We would be the train and we would take

:23:09. > :23:15.the cases to trickle Bay. There was a train every hour so you couldn't

:23:16. > :23:19.walk when you add on the beach without stepping on someone it was a

:23:20. > :23:25.backpack. How have you seen exchange? It's not the same as it

:23:26. > :23:34.was. It's lost something. Porthcawl has a lot to offer but it's days

:23:35. > :23:38.like this that let it down. There is little to do here which is within

:23:39. > :23:43.new development over here comes into play. Cosy corner as it's known next

:23:44. > :23:46.to the harbour was named after the former cosy cinema which was once

:23:47. > :23:51.year along with the skating rink. The plan for the space now is

:23:52. > :23:57.Porthcawl Marathon Centre including watersports and exercise facilities,

:23:58. > :24:00.a science centre and an outdoor theatre. Those behind it say

:24:01. > :24:04.although figures show close to ?1 million -- close to a million people

:24:05. > :24:10.visit the area some only visits per day. Most people will come for a day

:24:11. > :24:16.to walk along the seaside and have an ice cream. Then they go home.

:24:17. > :24:22.What we are trying to create is somewhere people can feel with a

:24:23. > :24:27.want to come and stay and spend money. It's a chance to have an

:24:28. > :24:34.all-weather attraction, somewhere that might be thought of as a

:24:35. > :24:37.seaside holiday destination. It is a way of getting people to see the

:24:38. > :24:44.fantastic coastline in all its majesty. Work could begin as early

:24:45. > :24:47.as this year with the building expected to open by 2019. A place

:24:48. > :24:54.for tourists to go when the weather is not so kind to this seaside town.

:24:55. > :24:56.The weather now and Doris is heading our way.

:24:57. > :25:09.Heavy rain and strong winds likely on Thursday and an amber warning in

:25:10. > :25:12.place. Not as bad tonight. We have some patchy rain to deal with. A

:25:13. > :25:16.little bit windy out and about. Overnight we will see more

:25:17. > :25:21.persistent rain coming in from the north-west but still some dry

:25:22. > :25:26.weather as well. Temperatures not dropping too much thanks to the

:25:27. > :25:30.wind. As we head into tomorrow we have this cold weather front

:25:31. > :25:36.lingering and bringing a lot of cloud and rain from the word go. Not

:25:37. > :25:40.a very nice for the rush hour tomorrow morning. Strong winds from

:25:41. > :25:44.the West. Poor visibility and we will hang on to the rain as we head

:25:45. > :25:49.into the afternoon. Temperatures tomorrow still pretty mild for the

:25:50. > :25:54.time of year. Tomorrow night we do have that rain for a time. We will

:25:55. > :25:59.hang on to the cloud and overnight another band of rain will push in

:26:00. > :26:09.from the south-west. Starting to get a bit chilly tomorrow night.

:26:10. > :26:15.Temperatures down to four Celsius. Then stormed Doris and a deep area

:26:16. > :26:20.of low pressure as we head into Thursday bringing with it the rain

:26:21. > :26:27.and then the wind. We do have an amber warning across North Wales for

:26:28. > :26:31.Thursday. Guests of 70 or 80 mph could cause some problems with

:26:32. > :26:37.travel. For the rest of the country we have the yellow be aware warning.

:26:38. > :26:42.The good news is once the rain clears through it will brighten up

:26:43. > :26:50.and temperatures ranging between eight and 10 Celsius. Once the rain

:26:51. > :26:53.clears on Thursday night it is looking to try and turning colder as

:26:54. > :26:59.we head into the end of the week. Chilly but bright on Friday and

:27:00. > :27:03.looking unsettled for the weekend. The headlines. They heterosexual

:27:04. > :27:06.couple have lost a court battle to have a civil partnership rather than

:27:07. > :27:19.be married. Civil partnerships are currently only available to same-sex

:27:20. > :27:21.couples. A teacher from Swansea says he is still waiting for answers

:27:22. > :27:28.after he was removed from a flight to New York while on a school trip.

:27:29. > :27:33.25-year-old Juhel Miah who teaches in Neath was flying from Iceland to

:27:34. > :27:35.the United States when he was asked to leave the plane.

:27:36. > :27:40.I'll have an update for you here at 8:00pm and again

:27:41. > :27:44.From all of us on the programme, good evening.
