0:01:01 > 0:01:03Ruth was concerned about some of the care he
0:01:03 > 0:01:06had received so she made a complaint through the private and independent
0:01:06 > 0:01:08sector's complaint process in 2011.
0:01:08 > 0:01:12Final resolution only came last month when an adjudicator
0:01:12 > 0:01:16upheld most of her complaints.
0:01:16 > 0:01:21The length of time it took meant myself and my
0:01:21 > 0:01:24family, we weren't able to begin to come to terms
0:01:24 > 0:01:27with what had happened to Peter.
0:01:27 > 0:01:29because It was all consuming.
0:01:29 > 0:01:31In a statement Spire Hospital say providing high quality

0:01:34 > 0:01:37They acknowledge it has been a difficult five and half
