0:00:40 > 0:00:47back-to-back Olympic gold medals.

0:00:47 > 0:00:52I was 6-0 up and then I think I came off the gas a bit and my coach

0:00:52 > 0:00:54would have killed me if I'd have lost it after that,

0:00:54 > 0:00:57so I just thought one round, go for it with everything you have

0:00:57 > 0:01:00got and I had to be happy no matter what.

0:01:00 > 0:01:03It is no secret that Jade Jones had a difficult spell after London 2012.

0:01:03 > 0:01:05She struggled with motivation and took a short

0:01:05 > 0:01:06break from taekwondo.

0:01:06 > 0:01:10But here in Rio the world number one was back to her best, once again

0:01:10 > 0:01:14becoming Olympic champion.

0:01:34 > 0:01:36to competitions.

0:01:36 > 0:01:38We are immensely proud.

0:01:38 > 0:01:40It is immeasurable.

0:01:40 > 0:01:43To do it once is incredible but to become an Olympic champion

0:01:43 > 0:01:45at such a young age is unbelievable.

0:01:45 > 0:01:52Jade does not do bronze and silver, it's gold only!

0:01:52 > 0:01:55Back home in Flint they are getting ready for a homecoming party.

0:01:55 > 0:01:59And last night, for those who did not make it to Rio,

0:01:59 > 0:02:03the celebrations went on well into the night.

0:02:03 > 0:02:06I knew she would get it.

0:02:06 > 0:02:07Look at her!

0:02:07 > 0:02:09Look at that girl!

0:02:09 > 0:02:14From fairly early on you could see she had lots of promise.

0:02:14 > 0:02:18She started doing well in tournaments early and she had

0:02:18 > 0:02:22a lot of support from members of the family who took her all over

0:02:22 > 0:02:28the place to compete and it all went from there.

0:02:28 > 0:02:36It's a sight we have come accustomed to in the last few weeks,

0:02:36 > 0:02:43Welsh athletes up on the podium on top of the world.

0:02:43 > 0:02:47Figures obtained by NSPCC Cymru show that more than 150 people in Wales

0:02:56 > 0:02:58The Welsh Government says it has an extensive e-safety

0:02:58 > 0:03:04education programme in place to support pupils.

0:03:04 > 0:03:06They were really clever with it.

0:03:06 > 0:03:10I would say I love you to someone and they would be like, prove it.

0:03:10 > 0:03:13So he didn't ask for anything directly but I knew that meant some

0:03:13 > 0:03:16pictures and I didn't realise how damaging it was.

0:03:16 > 0:03:20Even subconsciously, I'm so different.

0:03:20 > 0:03:24It badly affected me through the rest of school

0:03:24 > 0:03:26while I was doing it and I'm much better now.

0:03:26 > 0:03:31It is like a weight lifted off your shoulders.

0:03:31 > 0:03:33The real challenge for us all is can we help young people

0:03:33 > 0:03:36spot the danger signs, the warning signs of what might be

0:03:36 > 0:03:41grooming behaviour so they can stop this risk happening before it

0:03:41 > 0:03:48manifests itself in a terrible way.

0:03:48 > 0:03:52A 23-year-old man has been arrested following the death of a woman

0:03:52 > 0:03:55in Cardiff this morning.

0:03:55 > 0:03:57Police were called to reports of a 24-year-old woman having

0:03:59 > 0:04:03She was pronounced dead at the scene.

0:04:03 > 0:04:06North Wales Police has said it will not be investigating

0:04:06 > 0:04:08allegations of fraud against UKIP MEP Nathan Gill.

0:04:08 > 0:04:09The Anti-Fraud Office of the European Union

0:04:09 > 0:04:11is reviewing the allegations that he misused parliamentary funds.

0:04:11 > 0:04:14Nathan Gill says the claims are entirely bogus and are part

0:04:14 > 0:04:20of an ongoing strategy to damage his reputation.

0:04:20 > 0:04:22An army bomb disposal team was called to the Intellectual

0:04:22 > 0:04:25Property Office in Newport this morning, after a suspicious package

0:04:25 > 0:04:27arrived in the post.

0:04:27 > 0:04:29Police say all staff were safely evacuated.

0:04:29 > 0:04:31Specialist officers have carried out a controlled explosion

0:04:31 > 0:04:33of the package as a precautionary measure, and an investigation

0:04:33 > 0:04:40will be carried out.

0:04:40 > 0:04:43A group of young people from Wales who have experienced homelessness

0:04:43 > 0:04:46are calling for a 24/7 helpline for others in a similar situation.

0:04:46 > 0:04:48The group has started a petition calling on the UK Government

0:04:48 > 0:04:52to invest in a nationwide service providing free support.

0:04:52 > 0:04:54The Welsh homeless charity Llamau is backing the idea,

0:04:54 > 0:04:56but it says it will need a multi-agency effort

0:04:56 > 0:05:02to make it work.

0:05:02 > 0:05:06We will lead a coalition of homeless charities as well as local

0:05:06 > 0:05:08authorities across the whole of the UK working together

0:05:08 > 0:05:09to make this happen.

0:05:09 > 0:05:12A really good example of this would be the domestic abuse helpline

0:05:12 > 0:05:16that runs across the whole of the UK so charities can feed into that

0:05:16 > 0:05:19and help staff it.

0:05:19 > 0:05:21The governing body of disability sports in Wales has raised

0:05:21 > 0:05:25concerns about the funding of the Paralympic Games in Brazil.

0:05:27 > 0:05:31all Team GB Paralympians will reach the Games,

0:05:31 > 0:05:37but other nations may struggle.

0:05:37 > 0:05:40Obviously seven years ago when the Games were given to Brazil

0:05:40 > 0:05:43we were in a different financial situation and Brazil has been hit

0:05:43 > 0:05:46just as much as any other country and they are facing austere times

0:05:46 > 0:05:50like we are in Britain so yes they have to look at it and find

0:05:50 > 0:05:58answers and hopefully by Tokyo things will have improved.

0:05:58 > 0:06:01A look at the weekend weather forecast now.

0:06:01 > 0:06:04Here's Derek with the details.

0:06:45 > 0:06:49strong to gale force winds, particularly in the South and West.

0:06:49 > 0:06:52Showers or longer spells of rain tomorrow, particularly in the West.

0:07:06 > 0:07:08A few sunny intervals as well.

0:07:08 > 0:07:10You may hear a rumble of thunder.

0:07:10 > 0:07:12Cooler than today.

0:07:12 > 0:07:15There is a warning of flooding in parts of the south and west coast

0:07:15 > 0:07:17due to the combination of high spring tides

0:07:17 > 0:07:20and strong onshore winds.

0:07:20 > 0:07:22Sunday will bring an improvement.

0:07:22 > 0:07:26Fewer showers and more in the way of dry weather.

0:07:26 > 0:07:28Some sunshine.

0:07:28 > 0:07:30The wind easing as well.

0:07:30 > 0:07:32However, more rain may reach the South and West by evening.

0:07:32 > 0:07:35So some rough weather this weekend, particularly on Saturday.

0:07:35 > 0:07:37Improving for a while on Sunday.

0:07:37 > 0:07:40Next week, rain on Monday but all being well, summer may

0:07:40 > 0:07:43return by the middle of the week.

0:07:43 > 0:07:45Let's hope so.

0:07:45 > 0:07:49Have a nice weekend.
