:03:19. > :03:25.not let Carwyn Jones nominate a member of the NEC, why are you so
:03:26. > :03:29.resistant to that idea? I'm not resistant to the member at all. You
:03:30. > :03:33.don't want him to nominate it. I want agreement in the party about
:03:34. > :03:37.how the nomination should take place to the NEC so that he enjoys the

:05:49. > :05:59.on who's in charge? For the Ukip family in Wales,
:06:00. > :06:07.there's been plenty to celebrate this year. From winning seven seats

:06:28. > :06:30.It's all smiles here today, but since Ukip entered the Assembly for

:06:36. > :06:40.in-fighting between Ukip's Assembly Group Leader, Neil Hamilton, and
:06:41. > :06:44.Ukip Wales leader Nathan Gill. Another snap for the family album,
:06:45. > :06:49.but Nathan Gill was missing, apparently stuck in traffic. In the
:06:50. > :06:52.Assembly too, he's stuck in a jam, having decided last month, in
:06:53. > :07:00.response to the endless internal quarrels to leave the Ukip Assembly
:07:01. > :07:04.group and sit as an independent. I'm having, so far, a very serious
:07:05. > :07:07.construct meetings. I will build on that and hopefully develop something
:07:08. > :07:13.both what the existing group wants at the moment and equally what Mr
:07:14. > :07:19.Gill wants. Who leads Ukip in Wales? She gave no answer to that question.
:07:20. > :07:22.In another interview, she said she understood it was this man, Neil
:07:23. > :07:28.Hamilton. His team say she's right to say so, in what will be seen as a
:07:29. > :07:32.blow to Nathan Gill who hasn't responded to BBC Wales's calls this
:07:33. > :07:35.afternoon. Our understanding constitutionally was that it wasn't
:07:36. > :07:41.Nathan any more and perhaps that was as far as we knew. What I saw on the
:07:42. > :07:45.television was that it was Neil Hamilton. But leader of the group
:07:46. > :07:50.and leader of Wales, you know, could be confusing I think. Speaking ahead
:07:51. > :07:55.of today's visit, Diane James said she hoped to have a happy bunch of
:07:56. > :07:57.Ukipers by the time she left Wales. But she may well have made the
:07:58. > :08:00.splits even deeper. Let's get the weather for Wales -
:08:01. > :08:05.Benaz has the forecast. We can look forward to a fine
:08:06. > :08:11.afternoon, first we have a bit of rain to deal with through tonight
:08:12. > :08:15.and tomorrow morning. Tonight we have low-level cloud, mist and fog,
:08:16. > :08:19.blustery conditions as well. Some rain on and off through the
:08:20. > :08:23.overnight period. Temperatures, not dropping too much. We are dragging
:08:24. > :08:29.in milder air. Temperatures in double figures for all of us. There
:08:30. > :08:31.is a mild start to tomorrow. We have this weather front which will push
:08:32. > :08:35.through, behind it high pressure building from the south. That will
:08:36. > :08:40.settle things down nicely by the afternoon. First thing for tomorrow
:08:41. > :08:44.morning, once you head out, leave the umbrella, it's looking quite
:08:45. > :08:48.miserable. Mist and fog and blustery conditions. Slowly, it will brighten
:08:49. > :08:53.up from the north and west. For the rest of the British Isles, yes, we
:08:54. > :08:57.have something brighter for Northern Ireland, western parts of Scotland.
:08:58. > :09:01.We can look forward to some sunshine. The further east you are,
:09:02. > :09:05.we have more cloud around and also some patchy rain and brisk winds. As
:09:06. > :09:09.that front clears, things will start to improve. Here in Wales tomorrow
:09:10. > :09:12.afternoon, it's a lovely afternoon to be out and about. We can look
:09:13. > :09:16.forward to some sunshine. Temperatures up to 19 Celsius. The
:09:17. > :09:20.winds easing. So it's a pleasant afternoon with those temperatures 17
:09:21. > :09:26.to 19 Celsius. Into a fairly quiet night. We'll see variable cloud. The
:09:27. > :09:30.winds will pick up again. Also some clear skies it's a dry night.
:09:31. > :09:35.Temperatures not dropping too much thanks to the wind. From nine to 14
:09:36. > :09:39.Celsius. Into Wednesday, it's a dry start, some sunshine to look
:09:40. > :09:42.forward. To a few showers, especially across the north and
:09:43. > :09:45.west. Brisk winds, touching gale-force, along coastal areas.
:09:46. > :09:49.More persistent rain coming into Wednesday night. That will clear
:09:50. > :09:54.through by the time we get to Thursday.
:09:55. > :09:58.We're back in breakfast with the latest news and sport from 6am.
:09:59. > :10:00.That's Wales Today. Thank you for watching. From all of us on the
:10:01. > :10:02.programme, good night.
