:01:00. > :01:07.Emergency services were called to the centre of Cardiff just before
:01:08. > :01:10.6am this morning after reports of two bodies outside
:01:11. > :01:15.Police later confirmed they were investigating the deaths
:01:16. > :01:19.of a 33-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman.

:02:01. > :02:04.After the incident police cordons were quickly set up and scenes

:02:14. > :02:18.Just after 9am this morning police confirmed they'd
:02:19. > :02:21.arrested a 20-year-old man at Castleton near Newport.

:02:25. > :02:27.Throughout the day police have been searching a property in Castleton
:02:28. > :02:30.where the man was arrested less than one hour the incident.
:02:31. > :02:33.They say it doesn't appear to have been a random assault and believe
:02:34. > :02:36.this aspect was known to the victims.
:02:37. > :02:38.They say they are not looking for anyone else in connection
:02:39. > :02:44.Back in the city centre this busiest streets was partially closed
:02:45. > :02:47.along with many shops, for most of morning.
:02:48. > :02:50.This coffee bar which fronts Queen Street was one of the few
:02:51. > :02:53.businesses that was allowed to stay open.
:02:54. > :02:55.But there were few customers and staff were naturally shocked

:03:01. > :03:04.was going on and then when we put the furniture out about 6:30am,
:03:05. > :03:07.it was all cordened off up there, and there were blue lights
:03:08. > :03:10.The incident caused chaos in the city centre with many shop
:03:11. > :03:14.workers sent home and shop deliveries unable to get through.
:03:15. > :03:22.Well, you could see the blood on Queen Street.
:03:23. > :03:24.Obviously, Queen Street being closed is going to put a huge
:03:25. > :03:27.dampner on things today, but at the end of the day
