:00:47. > :00:49.The prosecution say the woman was too drunk to consent.

:00:58. > :01:10.For a second day, Ched Evans listened in court that the woman he

:01:14. > :01:17.The court heard the 19-year-old woman was out drinking

:02:28. > :02:30.The QC put it to the alleged victim, I'm suggesting you

:02:31. > :02:33.were disinherited, you lost your inhibitions because you had been

:02:34. > :02:37.Later she said, a memory blackout does not mean unconscious,

:02:38. > :02:40.not capable of making decisions, would you agree with that?

:02:41. > :02:47.It was put several times to the alleged victim that she

:02:48. > :02:51.took the lead and directed things at the hotel that night.

:02:52. > :02:54.She maintains that's not something she would do.

:02:55. > :03:05.A thirty three year old man from Cardiff has appeared in court,

:03:06. > :03:07.charged with six terrorism offences - including membership

:03:08. > :03:10.of so-called Islamic State, and possessing a missile guidance book.

:03:11. > :03:14.Sam-ata Ullah was arrested in the city last Tuesday,

:03:15. > :03:17.by the Metropolitian Police Counter Terrorism Command.

:03:18. > :03:20.He was remanded in custody, to appear at the Old Bailey

:03:21. > :03:28.An investigation's underway into an oil spill which has entered

:03:29. > :03:32.Dead fish have been found after kerosene leaked

:03:33. > :03:34.from a pipeline which carries aviation fuel and diesel, from

:03:35. > :03:42.Natural Resources Wales say they're working to contain the spill,

:03:54. > :03:56.operating since 20-14 - has gone into administration.

:04:03. > :04:08.Right in the heart of Newport's Docklands,

:04:09. > :04:12.they've been putting together structures made from steel

:04:13. > :04:16.Just two years ago, AIC celebrated a ?10 million investment

:04:17. > :04:24.But yesterday lunchtime, 130 workers were called

:04:25. > :04:27.in the canteen, and told that the business was going

:04:28. > :04:31.101 of them were made redundant, and those that are still left

:04:32. > :04:33.here are keeping the business ticking over while the administrator

:04:34. > :04:41.AIC has been buying steel and drilling and welding it

:04:42. > :04:43.and cutting it into whatever structure their clients order.

:04:44. > :04:47.The sheer size of the site means this team can work on vast projects.

:04:48. > :04:51.The site has helped build some of the most high-profile

:04:52. > :04:54.sporting venues in the UK, including the roof at

:04:55. > :04:57.the London Olympics Aquatics Centre, stadia in Cardiff and Swansea,

:04:58. > :05:06.Most recently, AIC had a contract with Bristol City Football Club

:05:07. > :05:11.It is very unfortunate for the

:05:12. > :05:22.Unfortunately, it's not a great surprise, because the fabrication

:05:23. > :05:25.industry is facing a number of difficulties.

:05:26. > :05:30.Firstly, the demand, which was predicted to increase

:05:31. > :05:32.through 2016, is still flat-lining, there is very the full increase in

:05:33. > :05:41.Working here for more than 40 years, and at one time, more than 1000
