:01:36. > :01:43.The food industry can be notoriously difficult to operate in and often
:01:44. > :01:46.profits on products are actually quite small.
:01:47. > :01:49.That's because, when they're negotiating with supermarkets,
:01:50. > :01:52.it's the supermarkets that have the power.
:01:53. > :01:54.This site, for example, sells the vast majority
:01:55. > :01:58.of its product to just one supermarket chain.
:01:59. > :02:01.Unions are confused over the company's decision to move
:02:02. > :02:04.the packing business to Cornwall and want to know
:02:05. > :02:13.We want to sit down and have a full and formal consultation with them.

:05:32. > :05:36.in Wales Electoral College had been meeting to discuss their choice.
:05:37. > :05:40.And at lunchtime, the Archbishop of Wales broke the news.
:05:41. > :05:45.The Bishop Elect of St David's is Canon Joanna Penberthy.
:05:46. > :05:49.Canon Joanna Penberthy is 56 years old and was one of the first women
:05:50. > :05:54.to be ordained as a priest in Wales back in 1997.
:05:55. > :05:58.She's currently the rector of Glan Ithon in Llandrindod Wells.
:05:59. > :06:02.She knows St David's well having already spent 11 years as a canon
:06:03. > :06:07.She also worked in the dioceses of Llandaff and St Asaph
:06:08. > :06:11.and previously served in Bath and Wells.
:06:12. > :06:14.It is an historic moment but what's important to remember
:06:15. > :06:20.is that Joanna Penberthy is an enormously gifted priest.
:06:21. > :06:23.She is intellectually able, she preaches well,
:06:24. > :06:25.she engages with people, she's able to relate
:06:26. > :06:31.Women bishops in the Church in Wales remains a highly sensitive issue.
:06:32. > :06:34.Church law was only changed here three years ago
:06:35. > :06:38.and the Reverend Jenny Wigley was one of the driving forces behind it.
:06:39. > :06:41.I sent her a one-word e-mail this afternoon.

:06:45. > :06:47.And there were more exclamation marks than letters in that word.
:06:48. > :06:50.Canon Jo will be Bishop Elect until her appointment

:06:55. > :07:01.She will then be consecrated as a bishop here at Llandaff Cathedral,
:07:02. > :07:07.the seat of the current Archbishop of Wales, on the 21st of January
