:03:07. > :03:11.I feel better in myself that I can deal with things appropriately

:03:12. > :03:13.and then I can whizz off to the osprey centre

:03:14. > :03:22.Local GP surgeries are, after all, the front-line of the NHS,

:03:23. > :03:25.with staff in Wales dealing with around 20 million cases a year.

:05:52. > :05:55.I think it is very frustrating and I think if we are not careful

:05:56. > :05:58.we could end up going back towards more Victorian kind

:06:53. > :06:54.here stands at just over 40%, compared to nearly 80%

:07:07. > :07:08.Disabled people have seen their wages fall by 9%

:07:09. > :07:10.but there wasn't any change for non-disabled workers.

:07:11. > :07:13.The Welsh Government recognises these are long term issues which it

:07:23. > :07:27.Back in Swansea, while the pupils take a break from learning

:07:43. > :07:51.Let's see what the weather has in store.

:07:52. > :08:06.I think we have seen the last of the rain for a while. March was the

:08:07. > :08:13.latest in Wales since 2008 but the next few days are largely dry and

:08:14. > :08:21.settled. -- wettest. Tonight, the sky is fairly clear with a few

:08:22. > :08:27.clouds in the North. A touch of ground frost in sports. Tomorrow, a

:08:28. > :08:30.fresh start, but bright for most of us the cloud will increase during

:08:31. > :08:36.the morning, the odd spot of light or drizzle in the North. The rest of

:08:37. > :08:40.the UK, sunny spells in southern England tomorrow, sunny in the best

:08:41. > :08:46.country in the afternoon, elsewhere a lot more cloud, most places dry,

:08:47. > :08:55.some spots of light rain and drizzle in the Northwest. Generally dry in

:08:56. > :08:58.Wales tomorrow afternoon. Fairly cloudy but bright in places. Some

:08:59. > :09:09.sunshine in the south and south-east. A light to moderate

:09:10. > :09:14.breeze. Thursday, maybe the odd shower in the north and West,

:09:15. > :09:21.otherwise eight dry story. Some gaps in the cloud allowing sunshine

:09:22. > :09:25.through. Friday, generally dry again and hopefully the cloud will break

:09:26. > :09:31.up more readily with a bit more sunshine so feeling a bit warmer.

:09:32. > :09:36.High-pressure on Saturday begins to drift away into the continent. It

:09:37. > :09:41.looks promising for the weekend. Saturday, the sunniest and warmest.

:09:42. > :09:45.Sunday is cloudy but staying mostly dry. A lot of dry weather over the

:09:46. > :09:47.next few days. Week In Week Out next tonight

:09:48. > :09:52.investigates children in care. From all of us on the
