:04:35. > :04:38.An office opened in Cardiff two months ago and survivors
:04:39. > :04:40.like Tony were urged to come forward and share their stories.
:04:41. > :04:57.A support worker contacted Tony before
:04:58. > :04:59.his appointment and he was shocked when she started
:05:00. > :05:01.crying and she spoke of her own abuse.
:05:02. > :05:03.Tony said he ended up counselling her.
:05:04. > :05:05.When he hung up the phone, he was devastated.
:05:06. > :05:09.You are hopeful, by giving evidence, you will have some kind of closure.
:05:10. > :05:10.But at the moment, the wound is open.
:05:11. > :05:12.It is open big-time. More than ever.

:05:42. > :05:49.I think that is very sad for those who have witnessed

:05:54. > :05:55.negative outcome, as a result of their disclosures.
:05:56. > :05:58.An urgent review was carried out after Tony complained.
:05:59. > :06:00.He received an apology and the enquiry says changes have
:06:01. > :06:03.been made to make sure this does not happen to anyone else.
:06:04. > :06:05.Tony and three other men are pursuing civil claims
:06:06. > :06:10.The council said it takes the allegations very seriously,
:06:11. > :06:13.but cannot comment on the case while it is ongoing.
