:02:11. > :02:14.car was driven by Gareth Entwistle who admitted causing death by

:02:15. > :02:19.dangerous driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was

:02:20. > :02:24.sentenced to 5.5 years but that was cut on appeal. Two months on

:02:25. > :02:29.Miriam's mother has launched an online petition as King for tougher

:02:30. > :02:35.sentences. It has already reached 77,000 signatures. Causing death by

:02:36. > :02:39.drink-driving is a very serious crime and we feel at the moment that

:02:40. > :02:46.the sentences given does not reflect the seriousness of the crime.

:02:47. > :02:51.Lenient sentences feel to deter offenders and it feels to give that

:02:52. > :03:01.to them is justice. When an innocent person is killed the sentence given

:03:02. > :03:05.should reflect the crime. Miriam's killer was sentenced to five years

:03:06. > :03:13.but he will only serve half of that in jail. The Ministry of Justice

:03:14. > :03:16.said it is currently reviewing penalties for drink-driving related

:03:17. > :03:23.offences. It is the matter for individual judges making decisions

:03:24. > :03:28.due to factor in individual cases. When Ian's family want fewer

:04:17. > :04:18.has been encouraging people to share stories in groups

:04:19. > :04:21.Catherine Johnson from Wrexham was inspired to relate her

:04:22. > :04:22.experiences helping migrant and refugees

:04:23. > :04:33.You become so connected to the people, so aware

:04:34. > :04:38.is that you just don't know how to walk away from that.

:04:39. > :04:40.A sentiment Mark Yaconelli can relate to as

:04:41. > :04:48.It's being taken to an eisteddfod and to the sheepdog trials today.

:04:49. > :04:51.All those are neighbours coming by to make sure we

:04:52. > :04:54.This is an incredibly kind and generous country.

:04:55. > :04:56.The dioceses of St Asaph says it

:04:57. > :04:58.will build on the work that has been done.

:04:59. > :05:00.We are all hoping that there will

:05:01. > :05:02.be a legacy group to take each of those threads forward.

:05:03. > :05:10.Encourage more youth and more youth leadership to go

:05:11. > :05:14.Mark Yaconelli may have arrived here as a

:05:15. > :05:18.stranger but he'll be leaving many new friends behind.
