:01:36. > :01:42.When he first come to me, we got told after five
:01:43. > :01:45.years he would be given his British passport.
:01:46. > :01:47.That hasn't been the case and he has fought ever since.
:01:48. > :01:51.He has had a long battle on his hands trying
:01:52. > :01:54.to stay in this country. It is his home.
:01:55. > :01:57.He's got the Welsh twang. If he goes back to Afghanistan
:01:58. > :02:00.with that, he hasn't got a hope. It's just not fair.

:02:06. > :02:11.She is working with his solicitor to try to suspend his deportation
