0:01:08 > 0:01:12She did tell them she might be five minutes late because she had to sort
0:01:12 > 0:01:15out bringing the kids here and then phoning for a lift
0:01:15 > 0:01:16because she wasn't driving at the time.
0:01:16 > 0:01:24And when she got in, she was a few minutes late,
0:01:24 > 0:01:25because she checked her phone.
0:01:25 > 0:01:35And they wouldn't see her.
0:01:38 > 0:01:40And you believe that decision cost Ellie-May her life?
0:01:40 > 0:01:41Yes, because she did get worse.
0:01:41 > 0:01:51So she had to phone the ambulance.
0:01:51 > 0:01:57And while the ambulance was on its way, she collapsed.

0:02:18 > 0:02:21The confidential report confirmed that Doctor Rowe refused to see
0:02:21 > 0:02:24the child because she was late for the appointment and did not make
0:02:24 > 0:02:25any clinical assessment.
