:00:09. > :00:14.Good evening. This summer is proving to be

:00:14. > :00:18.neither one thing or the other. It teases us with a few days of fine

:00:18. > :00:22.weather, this was the scene on the Kent coast earlier this week, but

:00:22. > :00:27.up the road in East Yorkshire violent thunderstorms caused some

:00:27. > :00:30.flooding. The weather will remain as fickle this weekend. It will be

:00:31. > :00:35.cooler and many will see some outbreaks of heavy rain, had fully

:00:35. > :00:38.with brightness in between. At the moment, the clouds are ganging up

:00:38. > :00:42.on us from the West and although many will stay dry through the

:00:42. > :00:46.night, the cloud will fit in and before the end of the night we will

:00:46. > :00:51.see some showery outbreaks developing, notably across Northern

:00:51. > :00:57.Ireland. It will be a fresher night, with temperatures between 10 and 14

:00:57. > :01:01.degrees, 0 to Sat. A dry start to the weekend for many, and if you

:01:01. > :01:05.are lucky you will see some sunshine, but the clouds will be

:01:05. > :01:09.developing. As we head towards lunchtime, some heavy and slow-

:01:09. > :01:15.moving downpours developpe. More prolonged rain across parts of

:01:15. > :01:19.northern England in the afternoon. Some bright spells in between, the

:01:19. > :01:23.northern half of Scotland seeing some sunshine and so, too, for

:01:23. > :01:29.Northern Ireland. Not desperately warm, there. For Wales, cloud and

:01:29. > :01:32.showers in the West, brighter further east for a time. Not ideal

:01:32. > :01:42.holiday weather in Devon and Cornwall, a lot of cloud and a cool

:01:42. > :01:48.breeze. A breeze in the Channel, but wet weather pushing up. There

:01:48. > :01:53.will be some brightness a press -- across parts of East Anglia, and

:01:53. > :01:56.then we run into the wet weather in northern England. Do not take the

:01:56. > :02:01.detail too literally, it is still to play for, but it looks like it

:02:01. > :02:07.will develop to the north into the early hours of Sunday morning. Some

:02:07. > :02:17.nasty conditions, it could cause some flooding. We could see 20 to

:02:17. > :02:18.
