:00:11. > :00:15.Dull, dreary, dismal - all good ways to describe today's weather.

:00:15. > :00:22.It was also chilly over those leaden skies. On Sunday, we reached

:00:22. > :00:27.18 Celsius. This afternoon, many places have been struggling at just

:00:27. > :00:32.eight or nine. A few places poked out from the cloud. But now that

:00:32. > :00:37.cloud is spilling in across all of the UK. The cloud blasts through

:00:37. > :00:42.the night, providing a bit of drizzle here and there. A bank and

:00:42. > :00:45.misty autumn night. But temperatures should stay at five or

:00:45. > :00:51.six degrees above freezing across the North. It adds up to a

:01:35. > :01:39.some sunshine again and not so much fog around as there was today

:01:39. > :01:44.through parts of the Great Glen. The eastern side of Scotland and

:01:44. > :01:49.much of north-east England will be dull. And temperatures will be

:01:49. > :01:58.struggling. A brighter day for parts of the Midlands, East Anglia

:01:58. > :02:02.and the south-east. It will feel warmer with a bit more sunshine.

:02:02. > :02:08.Temperatures are static at the moment, thanks to an area of high

:02:08. > :02:16.pressure over Scandinavia. There will be rain in the south-west on

:02:16. > :02:20.Wednesday. Elsewhere, it is generally dry. Again, whether it is
