:00:05. > :00:15.with everything on the website. From all of us on the late team,

:00:15. > :00:18.

:00:18. > :00:21.The cloud did break up a little bit more readily than we were expecting.

:00:21. > :00:24.It's often the case when the weather patterns are static,

:00:24. > :00:29.getting the detail right is rather tricky. That is definitely the case

:00:29. > :00:31.at the moment. Weather patterns are static because we have a big area

:00:31. > :00:35.of high pressure over Scandinavia keeping the weather fronts at bay.

:00:35. > :00:39.We're between the two where the cloud comes and goes. The cloud

:00:39. > :00:43.went today, but is coming back overnight. It's a cloudy, misty

:00:43. > :00:50.night most places. Fog patches forming as well. Temperatures

:00:50. > :00:55.generally staying in towns and cities 6 degrees above freezing. In

:00:55. > :01:00.the far north-west, temperatures may dip to freezing with the cloud

:01:00. > :01:04.and the mist, it will be cold. But some places will brighten up. Like

:01:04. > :01:07.today, difficult to say where. Parts of West Wales and Cumbria and

:01:08. > :01:10.north-west Scotland may see sunshine. There is the possibility

:01:10. > :01:13.of the south-east and East Anglia brightening up. In the west,

:01:13. > :01:17.however, I don't think it will brighten up. That weather front

:01:17. > :01:26.finally starts to push in bringing rain into south-west Wales late in

:01:26. > :01:31.the day. It will cloud over through Northern Ireland. Light drizzle

:01:31. > :01:35.coming in for the evening. Across the north-west, we should get

:01:35. > :01:38.sunshine. Perhaps just a hint brighter on the east coast later on.

:01:38. > :01:40.Most of the east coast will be gloomy, as will much of the

:01:40. > :01:44.Midlands. There is the possibility of East Anglia and the south-east

:01:44. > :01:49.seeing the cloud break up. We may get a little bit of sunshine here.

:01:49. > :01:53.That sunshine does make a difference. With a bit of Blue sky,

:01:53. > :01:55.temperatures could reach 12-13 Celsius. We may see that in the

:01:55. > :01:59.south-west. The weather front coming into Devon and Cornwall.

:01:59. > :02:03.That could well pep up as it expands during the evening -

:02:03. > :02:08.Northern Ireland into north-west England up into Scotland. As it

:02:08. > :02:12.moves eastwards, the rain band does tend to fizzle out, but not much of

:02:12. > :02:15.a rain band in the east where it has been a dry autumn. For most of

:02:15. > :02:19.England and Wales, Thursday has promised a little bit more sunshine.

:02:19. > :02:24.Rain may return to Northern Ireland later on, and temperatures still on
